I have been going here for about a year or two (whenever Mavis bought out Jack Williams) and, not only is Monro convenient for me, they also service in a very timely manner. Five stars thus far!

Didn't catch his name but the fella working upfront was great. They were booked solid when I came in to get a tire replaced on short notice, but he directed me to three different places that were very close! Also put the donut on for me as I had no way to do so myself. Thank you!

Polite, friendly staff. Car was done in a timely manner. Learned a lot about tires from John, the manager. Didn't feel ripped off. I found my new go to place for my car.

I have brought my car here for service only 3 times since July 2022 (I don't put many miles on) since I found out Mavis bought Jack Williams. So far, I am cautiously optimistic. I am hoping we get to the point that they build enough history with my car that they'll be able to make recommendations around what may be needed based on miles, etc, for example: engine coolant flush. I rely on my service station for things like that.

Scheduled an appointment online clearly defined the services that I required and when I got there they said no we can t do that. You need to come back in two weeks.

While travelling from Atlantic Canada to Sarasota, one of my car tires was showing that it was low. During our overnight in Allentown PA, I took my car to Monro on Easton Ave and the manager kindly took it into the shop to check for a leak and attempted to recalibrate the tire pressure monitoring system..all at NO COST! He was friendly and extremely kind to help me out as a walk in. He gave me piece of mind to continue of my journey. Thank you ?John (manager)!!

Came here specifically for their $159 brake special. I got there and was quoted $250+ pads only. Had to remind them what they were doing. It's busy but if I didn't say anything they would've taken advantage in my opinion.

Always receive great service from the manager at front, provides excellent service and oil changes are done well and better prices than other car care companies. I take both of my cars for the last three years since I've moved to PA.

The cheapest place I got for an oil change. It was 39.99 + tax. All the other places wanted 50 to 75 dollars. I will always go back if they remain the cheapest.

Automatic Transmission full service = pan down, flush radiator, instal new filter and pan back, fill up with new ATF. Guy at front desk soind skilled and trustfull like he knew what he was talking about. So far it is OK. Price deeply bellow KBB advising

I LOVE these guys and gal! They are so knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help make sure I am driving a safe vehicle for me and my nephews! They have fixed and found mistakes that other places have missed or made and will do what they need to do o make things right! They are also an entertaining group and work fast! Plan to continue to have all my vehicle services done at this location! Always honest and will tell.me if service actually NEEDS to be performed or not. Chris is an awesome Manager and makes sure to keep his customers happy and safe! Keep up the good work Chris, Sean, Luke and Hailey! See you in a few months for my next service appointment!

Went out of their way to help me late on the same day I called. Even though I expected to need to replace tires, they showed honesty by telling me only a less expensive fix was necessary. Quick work -- couldn't be happier. Will definitely return. Thank you!

If you ever need work done on your car, please come to Monroe on Easton Ave. John is super helpful and professional. I had to have my oil pan replaced, I dropped it off before work and it was all ready to go by the time I was done. Excellent customer service!

I'm used to getting an oil change at a smaller shop and either having to leave my car or wait an hour or 2. Here I waited about 30 minutes and that came with incredible and honest service. The team explained everything that they noticed was wrong with my vehicle, printed out a quote before I even asked. They were very efficient and I didn't feel pushed into having work done on my car that I didn't want at the moment. I will definitely be going here for future repairs or services.

Wonderful place and great service. Can't say enough good things especially about John. They stand by their products and go above and beyond to help customers even if they came from another location originally. Lesson learned and I will be back to this location from no on whenever I need anything. Thanks again for getting me in today, ordering and getting my tire in a few short hours and having me out of there quick. Couldn't be happier thanks guys!!

I've been here a few times for various services (tires, inspection, oil, etc.). The guys here are always honest and do great work while keeping me updated on what's going on with my vehicle. Work is always completed quickly and efficiently, and prices are extremely reasonable. This has become my go-to shop over the Honda Service Center. I've had only positive experiences here and I plan on returning for any work I need done.

What a relief to find someone to come to who will give you their professional opinion and not try to oversell! I had gone for an oil change at another location and was told my car needed new brakes. John and Austin, took a look and shared that new ones weren't needed. I'm so grateful for their honesty and look forward to coming back when I do need those new brakes.

I called Friday 1/8/21 and after speaking to a polite employee. They told me to bring my car in on Sunday 1/10/21 for service first thing in the morning when they open and, they will see about getting to my vehicle at some point. Come Sunday I arrive at 9:50 and they told me that I missed my appointment time for 9:30 even though there was no appt set?? I scheduled another appt for the next day @12pm and when I get there they tell me that they cannot provide me service because their equipment to weld stainless steel doesn't work! First and last time I do business with this location.

This place really helped me out after having an unexpected flat right before a holiday weekend. I work long hours this weekend, and they were willing to squeeze me in last minute so I didn t have to be driving around on a donut until Monday or Tuesday. They absolutely didn t have to put themselves out for me the way they did, but they did a quick, fantastic job & earned themselves a regular customer!

John and Austin are the best. They called the dealership and price matched my brake fluid flush. Saved me $70. Also saved me from the drive to the dealership. Super personable and great customer service. I'll be back there again. Highly recommended. Thanks

Best place in the valley to take your car. Chris and Sean are very knowledgeable and very friendly.. the entire staff is friendly and they do a great job and work quickly too. I have been other places in the past and the crew at Monro in Bethlehem is a million times better. If you want good service, experienced mechanics and friendly atmosphere this is the place to go. I wont go anywhere else...

Went on Sat 6/27 because I heard a grinding metal sound coming from the back of my Jeep . After looking at my brakes & then test driving it found out it was something extremely minor that took 5 min to fix.They didn t charge me which I was so greatly. This is my second time going to this shop other than a oil change. Found myself a new mechanic. The owner & his workers are very respectful & a pleasure to work with !! Highly recommended them!!!

The team works very quickly and efficiently. I came in without an appointment and they were able to take me right away. Very informative and kind, didn't try to nickel and dime me, just told me what I needed to pass inspection, even pointed out to me in my car where would would need to be done. Will definitely be returning

As a woman I felt very comfortable that I wasn't getting taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge about cars, and I think that is the most important thing I can say. The staff here is kind and helpful, was very honest and helped me understand what I did and did not need to have done and made suggestions that weren't the most expensive, but the most practical and best for my budget. I highly recommend this garage!

I wasn't expecting to leave this place so satisfied and stress-free. They treat their customers great and they are very easy to work with and very fair when it comes to working on your car and their prices. I was so frustrated from the way I was being treated everywhere I called or stopped in to speak to someone, prior to going to Monroe. I am not a "car person" but they made sure to answer all of my questions accurately and if I didnt understand something, they made sure they explained it until the light bulb in my brain went on. I believe the associates name who answered my initial phone call was Scott- he was absolutely wonderful. Then when I brought my car in, the store's manager, William, was the one who took care of me and he was overall amazing, too. I couldn't have asked for better service, prices, and customer service. In the future, even if I could get work on my car done at a cheaper price somewhere else, I am pretty sure I would still choose Monroe, specifically these gentlemen who saved me AND my car, because they were so much better than everywhere else.... all of the way around.
