I was turned away by M&W auto poor customer service .. but looked up closest muffler spot near me and led me to Meineke Matt was very helpful I told him exactly what I wanted gave me a fair price and time frame and came through . Izzy was exceptional as well also the gentleman that actually did the work on my car but forgot his name he was very helpful and took his time to show me his work which was above my expectations . This meineke on Stefko blvd is Grade A all the way !!! Thanks for taking care of my 2007 Jeep Wrangler will be back soon for other things . Went for an oil change. Was also sold an air filter and a battery cleaning. When I went to pay I was told there is a 3.5% added fee to pay with a credit card. I paid cash to avoid the fee. When I got to my car the window sticker that they changed to note when my next oil change was due was off by 2,000 miles. When I brought it to their attention they changed it. Buyer beware. Not a positive experience.

I really liked the place. They are respectful of your time and money. After the first visit, I became a regular customer. I had an evap leak problem and they were able to find it and fix it at a reasonable price. To be honest less than half of the cost at the dealership.

My problem required welding. The cost given to me site unseen was exactly what they quoted on the phone a couple days before. There were no problems whatsoever in the customer service, in fact the person who quoted and took care of me was pleasant, knowledgeable, and flawless. Definitely recommend the location.

Got my car inspected and oil changed on September 29, 2023. In order to pass inspection they said I needed two new front tires. So I approved the $200 a piece tires. On October 10, 2023 one of those brand new tires failed and blew out. I called to ask if the tires were covered and they said Tred warranty only. Even though the tire gave no warning and I didn t run over or cause this to occur they would not help with the situation. Good service but I feel that some responsibility and protection for their customers is needed as this is not a cheap investment.Was going to take my car in for new brakes and rotors next week. But now have to think long and hard before I bring them more business or just take my business elsewhere.

I had a critical issue of an expired inspection sticker. Matt at Meineke helped me quite a bit by fitting my car in to their schedule. At my request, the staff also installed windshield wipers and are checking a potential tire leak.I am a new customer for this station. I was very impressed with their consideration and courtesy. I have confidence in their business and technical abilities. I look forward to being a repeat customer.

I love coming here for any of my car repairs. They are so personal and Matt is awesome. Treats me like a valued customer and always looks out for the customers. They have towing discounts as well as awesome recommendations for jobs they don t do. Love their work. Our entire family that would be 5 vehicles trust our local Meineke on Stefko Blvd. Matt is the absolute best..I won't see him for 6 months and he gives me a big smile and remembers my name. Now that's customer service that is really hard to find lately. Hes honest and let's us all know pricing up front

Its always a positive experience at this Meineke location. Matt is beyond amazing in terms of service, communication and Honesty.And I have full confidence in their assessments. He never upsells you on repairs you don't need and is always a pleasure to deal with-you lose Matt...sorry, im takin the bus!

Quick service, friendly staff! Brought my vehicle in for the state and emission inspection. Was told its first come, first serve, it only took about 3 hours. Convenient for me bc I live close by. Better experience then when the dealership does this service with an appt.

Customer service was excellent. My mechanic was awesome, not only fixing my car problem, mechanic came out and explained what he did to fix the problem, after that we went outside with him and he showed us the problem, I highly recommend Meineke on Stefko Blvd, for all your repairs. I came in for an engine replacement, car did not make it off the block without the check engine light coming on. When I opened the hood, I heard a loud grinding and a deeper sounding engine. I inspected the work and noticed how the a/c cord was dangerously dangling near the serpentine belt. The air filter was not connected to the engine or the air tunnel. Some bolts are missing all around, and the engine mount is loose. I believe there are issues with my transmission now as when the car goes into second gear there is a loud thump. This job was not taken seriously and done sloppy. Besides the check engine light and occasional transmission thump, the car runs fine.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I was highly recommended to this place and must say they were not wrong at all.I was hesitating on where to take my vehicle, because normally for some reason us women get taken for granted or get overcharged for simple things. I must say this place it s not like that at all, they are very reasonable and get your car done in a timely manner.I had the pleasure of dealing with Matt, in which was extremely nice, attentive and professional. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Dominique in which was also very nice as well as Izzy.This place was clean, comfortable and they have a waiting room with a television for your entertainment while you wait.This will be my go to place from now on.Thanks for having such outstanding services. I just stopped by to see if I could make an appointment to have tire leaked checked out at a later date and they took care of it on the spot - in about 30 minutes - and at a very reasonable price. I ll be back!

A piece of my car was dragging underneath my car . All other garages were closed due to the snow . Someone recommended I go there . They took me right away and fixed the issue and didn t overcharge me at all. They were extremely helpful and courteous!

They don't play no games I've been going to them for years ,and when I say what ever car they worked on that I brought there is I'n and out I mean . Matt ,the manager and domic I consider like brothers they treat you like family . I don't deal with any one else
