Needed 24 panes of glass replaced after a careless contractor scratched every one with an orbital sander. Hecktown was quick to provide a quote. Quick to schedule. Took the windows to their shop and had them all including custom cuts back the same day. We re having them back to do more. Great people who know their business and truly care about the customer.

Took my wood fireplace door glass window to get replaced, they fixed it on the spot. The employees was very professional, polite and very fast with replacing the glass.

We needed a new glass shower door that we decided on while doing a bathroom upgrade. We looked at other businesses and decided on Hecktown glass. Everything from the beginning to the ending was great - great service, smooth installation, great job. The serviceman was very professional and showed a lot of respect for my home. He showed up on time and asked me to view the work prior to leaving. I'd highly recommend this company!

I gave one star only because that was the lowest rating available. My husband and I have been calling for 5 months trying to get someone to come out and look at our shower doors they installed. One time in those 5 months my husband spoke with a woman who said someone would be calling within a week or two to come out. No one called. We have been leaving message after message. No one answers the phone or calls us back. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

I would give a negative star if I could! I am posting a review because it appears they respond here, and I haven't had any luck calling or emailing them. Here is the email I sent:Here is a summary of my interactions with your office over the last 6 weeks:6/7 - I originally called your company to inquire about getting new tempered glass for my china closet. I was given an appointment for 11am on 6/14.6/14 - no one shows. I tried to call the office starting at 11:45 and finally reached someone at 12:30. At that time, I was told someone had called in sick and no one could make it to me until the next day.6/15 - Measurements done. We were told we would hear from the office the next day with a quote and estimated time frame for getting the glass.6/23 - I called for a status because I hadn't heard from anyone. Left message.6/24 - Received a call back. The glass had not even been ordered yet. Office claimed they had just received the measurements.7/12 - I called for status. Left message.7/13 - Received a call back. The glass had apparently just come in. I got the quote and was told someone could come out on 7/20 to install. I needed to check availability with my husband. I called back 45 minutes later and left a message that 7/20 was good for us.7/19 - I called for status. Left two messages.7/20 - I called for status. Left message.7/22 - I called 5 times - no answer and I didn't bother to leave a message.At this point, I am ready to give up and tell you to keep the glass. However, I am giving you one last opportunity to keep my business. I want to hear from someone by tomorrow afternoon, 7/23, and I want the glass installed early next week - no later than Wednesday, 7/28. If you can't do that, I will take my business elsewhere.

I recently got a brand new 2021 dodge charger. Within a month someone decided to bust my rear window out. I called Hecktown Glass due to it being recommended by someone else. The lady that answered the phone was nice. I vacuumed the vehicle the best I could (really particular about my car especially being brand new). I dropped the vehicle off and it was a one day install. The price was average compared to other local companies. When I picked the vehicle up I noticed the glass wasn't clean at all and it looked funny. As I was driving I noticed the cars looked 'stretched' out (like looking at one of the funny mirrors that make your face stretch). There were smear marks all over and hand prints all over. The lady on the phone said they would and did vacuum the car to the best of their ability. I opened my trunk and it was full of glass including larger chunks. I had glass all over back seat and on top (just underneath the rear window). I had marks like they slid the glass over my seat without protection (I have leather and suede seats). I had large chunks of glass on the backseat floor. The state I received my car was disgusting and very disappointed. I'm hoping when I clean the glass properly it actually looks normal.

Not sure how these folks are getting 5 star reviews. Called them on a Friday to get a single window pane replaced in my home. They said they'd be out the following Wednesday but when I said the home was vacant with a lockbox, I was told it might even be done sooner! Great! I called twice Monday just to see if they could fit it in and no one at their office answers either time. No big deal. Call Tuesday twice to see if they were available. Still, no one answers any phones. Left a message and of course, no one calls you back. But still, no big deal, as Wednesday is the day I was told it would be done. 5:00pm rolls around Wednesday, no one has shown up nor called. Called the office, no answer. Called the office again today (Thursday) NO ANSWER. How on earth does a business that's run this poorly stay open? Meanwhile, photographer from real estate company came on Wednesday and we had to photograph the house with a broken window. Avoid this company at all costs. Abysmal customer service.

It s been 8 months and the problem is still not fixed. They didn t measure the glass right the first time. Then the shower leaked at the door. They didn t show up one time. Tried to reschedule and I wasn t on the board so they didn t come again. The fix they had didn t work the first time. Very frustrating when someone doesn t show when they re supposed to come. Quality work (the shower door itself) when they actually show.

Never had to babysit a business to do a job that I'm paying for more in my life! Scheduled appointment with them for Friday install. Coordinating with myself AND the tenant. The day came and gone with no one showing and NO CALL. Communication is horrendous. Called Monday and they apologized stating that the window never came in (but should shortly). So we scheduled an appointment for Tuesday at 3. Time came and gone. Got call from tenant, who had to make special arrangements to be home, stating that NO ONE showed up. And again I did not get a call or anything. NEVER do business with these guys unless you have all the time in the world to hand hold their process.

I am a local real estate investor and have been searching for a reliable and reasonable company to replace screens and broken glass panes for my units as needed. After dealing with other companies who were unreliable and didn't want to complete small jobs after telling me they would....I grew frustrated. I went through 3 companies! Finally I found Hecktown Glass and they have came through on every single job for me....whether big or small! I highly recommend Hecktown Glass.

I stop here whenever I break the glass in a picture frame. Gene and staff replace it for me and my frame is back on the wall.I also get windows here that are high quality and a great price. I got my shower door here years ago and it still looks and works great.

They did a great job on my windshield. They were super friendly and worked very fast. I brought my baby and laptop with me and they had a table where I could work and sit while I waited. Pricing was very good too.

I'm starting to question about this company. Had a job done previously by them, they did wonderfully but had to call a couple of times to get a hold of someone to ask about my order. Took about 3 weeks. This time, went to do another order, dropped off work order on Aug 13th. Woman at the desk said either last Friday, the 16th or Monday, the 19th. Nothing since. Called twice in two days but no answer. I guess I'll have to take the order somewhere else. :/

Poor service at best. Took my glass and promised to work on it that day or next day worse case. Never heard back 3 days later so called them...no answer, left a message and no return call. Same thing next day and the day after that so I drove there to see what was up. Guy never got a chance to look at my glass and didn't seem to care. I took it to ABE Glass in Easton and got immediate service.

Excellent service! All I needed was a piece of screen for my cricket cage (True story, I promise.) The gentleman who greeted me was super helpful in getting me what I needed. I highly recommend!

Came out a supplied a quote 1 day after I called. Then the price was 1/3 than a previous quote from another company. Awesome workmanship !

Fast quick service, very friendly people, had a teardrop motorcycle mirror cut and installed in under an hour. Highly recommend!
