Usually really good service however they subbed my trans out it has to be done I am waiting for a answer from the owner take your car somewhere else until this is resolved

After getting a flat tire on the turnpike, I had my car towed there. The following day they said they replaced my tire and asked if I had hit something because my alignment was off and the rim was a little bent. I picked up my car and a few days later I took it to get the rim looked at and a front end realignment. I dropped off my car took an Uber to work thinking by the end of the day my car should be done but I didn t get a call and they wouldn t answer the phone. I go to pick up my car many Ubers and $$ later and my car never even moved from where I left it. They said it was fixed and he drove 80 mph and there was no pulling on the steering wheel. I pay, get in my because I need to get to work and I drove down the road with my steering wheel turned halfway to the left in order to go straight. I immediately called and he said bring it back in and I ll take a look at it . I brought my car there a few days later and they said they re too busy to look at my car. I was in the area and decided to stop in again and nope they were too busy to look at my car. They can inconvenience me by taking my money and not fixing the issue but when it s convenient for me to get it fixed they re To busy .Liars and thief s!!!!!!My car still drives absolutely terrible from them working on it and I would NEVER recommend anyone waste their time with this place.Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement

Drove in for a sudden loud noise in back of car. Turned out previous service at subaru dealer was faulty. The shop fixed the car in record time at a low cost. The owner was very professional and accommodating. Highly recommend this auto repair shop.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

great service by hami. took the car to dealer for a over heating issue. was quoted $1,800 plus dealer. hami did the same job with dealer parts for 900 bucks less. the car is running perfectly fine and the job was warrantied. keep it up

5 years agoBest prices in the town for inspection and oil change got my tires changed also. Owner is extremely polite and very friendly. Gave me a very good service. Failed inspection for brakes and rotors. Quoted me the best ones from AutoZone for $250, $350 installed. I looked at AutoZone and found them for under $200. I stopped back for reinspection and was told they weren't doing anymore inspections today and to come back tomorrow. I came back the next day and was told the garage is closed on the weekend. I took my vehicle somewhere else and it only needed brakes.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

Don t fall for this low price inspections. Today I went there for safety and emission inspection. They told me they cannot pass my car because they found the engine and transmission mount is broken. They told me to repair this it may cost $400 (accurate figure will be provided when I wish to repair). They charged me $33.53 for the inspection as per their policy(doesn t matter pass or fail.). So, it cost me $33.53 and my car didn t pass. That was not the issue. Issue is that I took my car to another auto shop and they inspected my car and said it s perfectly fine. So my car had no issues and passed the inspection at another auto shop.So, either they are fraud or they are not professional auto mechanics. Either way I ll ovoid them, and I ll ask my friends not to visit them. I will report this to pa dmv for sure.

My previous car bought brand new failed as well for rotors they said that needed to be replaced. Paid over $500 for what looked more rusty than the ones that were on my car in the first place. I felt like I paid them to steal my rotors. I recently replaced my vehicle (I don t think they realized because it s was couple years later) took it in an failed another inspection for leaking shocks. Quoted almost $700. I contacted the dealership and they reassured me I wasn t sold a lemon lol they advised me to bring it in for a complimentary inspection and there was not one leak from any shock. The mechanic even left the back to let me see how oil was rubbed over the shock to make it appear as such. The others were clean and a silvery color. They told me go back and demand my stickers since I paid the $30 they lure you in with. The reaction after I told them it was inspected by the dealership let me know they were guilty and aware of what they were doing. I was given my stickers and refunded even though they kept my receipt. The owner was very insistent I leave while they inspected it as well. I had no option of leaving look out for these signs. I would have been scammed twice had I not contacted the dealership. Don t be fooled by the smiles and hospitality. It s a scam!! Big time. Even if you take your car here get a second opinion. I will be reporting to pa inspections because something must be done to protect single mothers like me.

Been using H&Z for 2yrs and so far has been the best choice for my mechanic needs. Always have been very good with pricing, excellent with customer service and there timing has always been accurate. I came here for an oil change and inspection today and it was the most pleasant experience I've had with any shop. The mechanic, Haris, was super nice and very knowledgeable. He explained what was wrong with my car in a way I could understand and even showed me what was wrong too. The prices were unbelievable, around only $50 for everything. I will DEFINITELY be coming back here and reccomend this place to anyone!

Hami and his team do a great job for their customers!! Gas is the cheapest in the Valley, nice selection of items in the convenience store with great prices!!! I've worked with them for years and they are a pleasure to do business with!!!!

Beware going this place for Inspection, repair or Gasoline. I went for a car Inspection. Did not give me a failure report. Showed me a part that causing problem and quote me $500 for repair work. I went to another car mechanic and re-inspected. Everything was good and not require to spend $500. Beware from this Gas station mechanical attitute. I do not recommend this place. Look around and check the price of gas is always higher than everyone else.

Worst mechanics I've ever went to put two tires on my truck and did a "wheel alignment" well it's been 7 months and both my front tires are completely bald on the insides of the tire. Apparently they did the alignment by hand and I see how that worked out... the out sides of both tires still look brand new so the mechanic didn't adjust the toe- in right on the wheels which is why they are evenly worn on both insides of the tires. When I went to ask for a refund we got into a huge argument and they ran off to hide in their offices... now I know better...these guys can stick to pumping my gas

Last night I had a flat tire. Luckily I was very close to this shop. The owner opened the shop, fixed my tire and had me on my way in no time. It was after hours on a cold, rainy night. I'm truly impressed and will definitely go back.

I wouldn't even give this place one start but it's the only way to leave a damn comment. The worse service ever they're crooks here to get you for your money. Went to get my inspection done, for them to tell me my car didnt pass due to my shocks leaking and brakes are bad. Then quoted me $646 to get the job fix... ok I got dumb written across my face. I took my car back to the dealer where I purchased it and pass inspection with a blink of an eye no issues what so ever. SHOCKS AND BREAKS ARE GOOD!!!! So think twice before you get any work done on your car cuz they will get you for your money when nothing is wrong with your car.

Failed inspection my 2014 car for a leaky rear shock. In my 20 years of driving, I have never had a leaky shock. I took it to Steve Shannon in Stroudsburg for a 2nd opinion. No leaky shock bone dry!!!! Went back to them, they pulled me onto the garage to show me..... I am not a mechanic!!!!! Wouldnt refund the fee for my "failed" inspection. Women beware!!!!! I felt like was trying to be taken advantaged of.

Worst place to go to get your car fixed. Unknowladgeable , Liars , charge high price for no reason. They charged me almost $200 for a simple job for my 2008 Lexus, the very next day the same problem occurred, turns out they bought cheap non lexus part from autozone , cut pieces of it to make it fit, then the next day the same problem happened almost blew my engine. Beware of this people , they will quickly scam you for your money .

Buyer beware..failed inspection at this $19.99 inspection shop. Told me I failed for a strut on a 2012 vehicle, which is dealer serviced. Didn't trust he was truthful, so took it to a local mechanic, told me there's nothing wrong with my strut. They advertise 19.99, as a bait, its really 30+ dollars, IF you past their fraudulent inspection. STAY AWAY, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

Badly run operation. I brought my car for inspection and was told I could wait and it would be one hour. I returned in an hour and a half and was told I d be next. Two and half hours later, they had still not looked at my car. I left with my car I inspected. What a waste of a day!

Worst place around WARNING !!! don't give them you're business. Just fast talking and phony smiles. Take your business somewhere else honesty is definitely not they're policy. Don't waste your $$$ at this hole in the wall garage. They will sabotage you're vehicle and jack up the prices to unsuspecting customers BEWARE WHO ENTERS !!!!!!
