Failkner Subaru service center is an efficiently run, well organized & personally welcoming place. I lease my car so I only ever go in for routine service. It s always nice to be greeted by Dan & work with through the process. Great job! Honest people there... period. Nothing is an exact science... but these guys are easily the best experience I've had with an "auto mechanic" and I'm 44... lots of mechanics in my history. Highly recommend for anything subaru.

East to get a service appointment. Knowledgeable service underwriters. Fidnt push for service I didn't need. In and out in a timely manner. Friendly staff

At service dept for a recalled part, was offered to have the state inspections, oil chg., tire rotation, & wiper blade replacement all done as well. Saved me an extra visit. So nice of them.
