This is a hack shop. They had my car for 4 months. The paint work was poor quality, prep was not done correctly, poor quality used parts, the parts of the vehicle that were not painted were scratched and scuffed up, damaged parts were missed, and to top it off, I was told that since they filled my gas tank, I should be compelled to give them a good review. I believe a good review should be earned by quality work. You will not get that here. I have been restoring and building antique cars and building hot rods for 35 years. This was an insurance job. My insurance company paid them over $22,000, only to have the car declared a total loss after it was completed. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I would not recommend this place. If you must use them make sure to check everything before you pickup your car.When I went to pickup my car after an insurance claim, my airbag lights turned were on. They tried to convince me that it how they received the car. When I refused to take the car and told them I would call AAA to complain (this was a AAA claim), they relented. They checked the code, determined that the shop had not reconnected a sensor under the passenger seat, and fixed it. I was brusquely told return later to pick up my car once they figured out they had to fix the problem.Mistakes happen. I must be able to trust that the shop I take my car to makes few, and then owns up to their mistakes without requiring me to threaten to call AAA.I will not be taking my cars there again. They did fix the problem I took it in for quickly, so I gave a 2-star rating.

They do good work but dont stand behind their work. Took my car in for damage on my front bumper which was replace and painted. After 9 months notice that my clear coat was coming off. Took it back and they told me because I had a stone chip that what cause the clear coat to come off. I have two other stones chips on my bumper which the clear coat clearly bonded to the paint. In the photo I circle the stone chip in yellow and the clear coat that is coming off in red.

Frank was our claims adjustor and he was prompt and fair. He even took time to give us advise on vehicle maintenance that was outside of the scope of the accident/insurance claim.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Nobody knows what s going on, saying the part was changed and painted, finding out they used bondo that cracked. Save yourself headache and go somewhere else.

I took my car in for dent repair which they did a great job. The second time I took it in for a mirror replacement. After several hiccups with the mirror it was finally replaced. Rob Shade was very courteous and kept me informed of the issues. Joy the receptionist was very helpful and professional. They did the job to my satisfaction and would recommend them to family and friends. I'm a big proponent of mom and pop shops so definitely will recommend.Service: Body & Trim

Took my car in to have work done after I was involved in a hit and run took a month to get the parts, I followed up and was treated like I was the one who caused the accident! Then I notice about a month after I got it back the bumper wasn't put on right. I took it back for them to look at and they claim there is damage to the bottom so my warranty is voided, and was called "kiddo" by the tech in the process, very disrespectful. Now I have to pay out of pocket to fix my car that I didn't damage in the first place!Service: Body & Trim

Worst place ever...Waited multiple days for just an estimate to get done on my car. They call me 30 minutes before my appointment to tell me Frank is sick and they didn't know when to reschedule it. A blind squirrel can do an estimate on my car.

Very unprofessional. The guy giving me a quote told me my truck was drivable even though there was a gap between the door and truck body. I said what about rain or snow getting into the cab and he said that wouldn't happen. I poured water onto the roof and watched it get into the cab so I knew that was a lie. They wanted to schedule me for March 21st which would have been a month wait. Only reason I went here was because of my insurance company. I wouldn't recommend.

Well, I had a great experience. Hit a deer and they fixed my car. Dan was easy to reach and was easy to talk to. I received updates everyday and they were are on time with my repair. The receptionist was also nice when I needed to pick up my car. Overall, friendly service and great work. Thanks!

Faulkner Collision did an excellent jobThe staff did a better job of painting than the dealer from where we bought the new car. When a small nick was detected after the work was done, it was corrected at no cost. Then 2 small paint chips were detected, those were fixed quickly also. Staff was very friendly. Thank you, it was very appreciated. I will post these positive comments at online review sites. Good word and service deserves to be rewarded and positively referred to others.

Great service and reputation. Well earned.Rob and I game planned on the parts because they were having a hard time with the service that they insurance company's wanted them to use. They forgot I spent 29 years on the automotive industry.

Hi my girlfriend was in an accident with a vehicle that was purchased new and a month later was in an accident. Faulkner ended up with the work and were great til i picked up the vehicle. I looked the vehicle over and saw a pretty decent job cosmetically. I drove the vehicle away and everything was fine til i took it on the highway. At that point while braking at high speed 70 the vehicle shook hard while braking. I called them up right away and they said oh drive it for awhile and see what happens.I'm in the car business for 30 years and new this shouldn't be the case. After a few days i call back . I wanted it resolved and they said sorry gentleman handling your case is out sick with the flu, call in a few days.It took two weeks for the manager to decided that he should drive the vehicle that he could of weeks ago. Finally he drove it and he noticed the same vibrations at high speed braking. He said he would have to call the insurance company. After a day i called him and he said insurance would not cover it because it's considered where and tear. It was a 5 week old car with about 1600 miles on it that ran perfectly before the accident. They didn't inspect the vehicle thoroughly. I would recommend if you do go to this location to drive the vehicle with the person handling your case before you just pull away . After that fact they will just do nothing .Plus my tire warning symbol has been on since then too. I thought it was the cold and filled tires. I'm sure they broke the sensor while repairing left front tire. Writing this to warn to inspect so you don;'t run into the same situation. I personally think the work that was done properly was fine. it's the little things that matter. Joe Morales

Wow, I am shocked to have received such an attitude from an employee at this location. My insurance sent information over for repair. Due to insurance policies I was trying to confirm that when my car is taken for the estimate, repairs will soon follow so that I wouldnt have to find rides and time to take the car back and forth. This guy changes to a nasty tone, frustrated by simple questions that my insurance company advised me to ask. I would never give my business to someone who cant even answer a few questions about the repair timeline. I will be working with a much friendlier shop. You should probably give this guy a course in anger management and customer service.

They do not replace work that has been previously done with warranty. I sent my rim and tire fixed and replaced and they did not honor my warranty of sending out my rim to get re-done. I would not recommend them as the best place to take your car.

Took them nearly a month of having my car after an accident to tell me it was totaled. When they received my car my boyfriend asked them about how long it would take their response was we will get to it when we get to it. Never again wouldn't recommend.

I elected to have my bumper fixed at faulkner ...they told me they would need my car for 3 days ! 3 days to put on.a front bumper on? I never found time to bring the car in because I need my car .. I found a body shop that will do it in a day being that the bumper comes painted already .. Since I own the car out right and there's no lien I.asked for the check the guy at faulkner said oh we mailed the check back to geico ..this has been over a month ago..geico says they haven't recieved any check back from them .. So now the status of my claim says paid but I didn't recieve the money nor is my bumper repaired ...

They fixed my husband car and left it new !! They even painted the part exactly the same as the whole car and cleaned it for us! On top of that the car feels new and when we get on the wheel it's like we don't recognize the car anymore

They wanted to charge me 2700 bucks just to repair a simple dent on bumper meanwhile back in NYC Citifield i got it looking brand new again for only 200 bucks.

The CSR and lot attendant were very nice, but some of the staff could have worked faster at getting an estimate made up. It shouldn't take 7 days...
