Got my oil changed, state inspection, and fluids topped off for a little more than $170. Super nice people. The front desk lady, Kristy I believe, is so nice and patient. This is a locally owned business which I love. Answered any questions I had and kept me updated. Will definitely go back; my family goes there, too.

Kristy has no people skills and I can t give a place service after seeing how she talks to employees and even loyal customers. Her dad is great but the future of this business isn t looking good. I never write reviews and it s been a bit since my last visit but her disrespect really stuck with me. I m not rude to anyone and was patient while being talked to in an extremely condescending way. After our phone call, I couldn t help but feel betrayed after being a loyal customer for years thinking maybe my business was actually valued. I had witnessed her being mean to staff before but I chalked it up to having to manage people and minded my business. Ugh, such a bummer.

Everyone is so nice, honest, and they do excellent work but I really can t stand grease hand prints all over my interior as well as getting my hands black when I touch the steering wheel! I take good care of my car, inside and out. I get it serviced because I keep it in great running condition but I simply cannot take someone disrespecting my property by getting it dirty. I don t know why they can t wear gloves and use paper car mats like other places. They certainly don t charge less than other places so the caliper of service detail should be the same too.

I like the place but the woman who answers the phone has a lot to be desired. Absolutely no personality or professionalism. She is extremely rude and unprofessional!!! As she put it are you asking me or telling me . And puts me on hold who needs this type of attitude in these times . The owner should know this .

The owners daughter (who works the front desk) is EXTREMELY disrespectful. She was rude and condescending. It felt like she was attempting to embarrass me when I asked if I could only have the most important repairs done due to limited finances. After reading the reviews and seeing so many other people have the same experience its clear she has trouble communicating with customers in a professional manner. I just wish id have seen the reviews before I gave them my business. It goes without saying, I wouldn't recommend them.

Stopped coming to F&L years ago..but my review was taken down and want to make sure that all the negative reviews about customer service, public humiliation and horrible business practices are reiterated!! Bought into one of their "brake guarantees" just to find out that within 2 years I needed 3 more brake replacements which they fully charged me for. They would not honor the guarantee saying it was "the way I drove" ...with a small block 2004 Pontiac Vibe? How rough can you drive with a car like that?? Had their mechanic publicly humiliate me in the lobby. I have other horror stories about F&L but not enough space to report them all!! STAY AWAY!!!!!

If I could give Zero star I would.This is the worst auto shop you could go in the Lehigh Valley area. I took my car to get what I thought was a simple repair. The first time they repair it they charge me $500 for making it worst. I came a second time and they didn t do anything but make it even works and scratch my car too. Than they wanted to charge extra to fix something they should ve repair the first time.After talking to the mechanic he admitted he did not know what was wrong with the car and I quote he said I am not God .I took my car to another shop and it was repaired for less than half the price.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND MESS UP YOUR CAR.Ps. If you are a woman, not white, or part of the LGBTQ+, stay away.

I can't say enough about the kindness, professionalism, and talent at F&L. I first met them when they helped me out by putting air in my tires after defective tire pumps at other stations gave me a flat. Recently a fender bender wrecked my tire and rims, so I asked them to fix my car and not only did they thoroughly repair and check over my car to make sure it was safe, but they did it for a fair price and I'll be darned if they didn't do extra repair stuff that makes my car look even better than before the accident. They go beyond the call of duty here, and now they have even more loyal customers in my family.

Bought four tires for my car about 10 months ago after an extensive price comparison. F & L had the best price and I was pleased with the service. Happy enough to return for my annual inspection. Yet again the service was excellent and the price reasonable. I think I found my new shop for anything I can t do myself.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! My grandfather has been a customer of F&L since I was a kid. Last year I brought my 2002 Ford Explorer to have extensive suspension work done. I followed the tow truck in, locked my car and handed my keys over for them to start the following Monday. Monday morning I come in to the driveway to find my belongings strewn outside my vehicle. All doors open. Many things missing. I brought it to the owners daughters attention and was told that that is how they received my vehicle. I was told that they don't have a fenced in lot so I had no reasonable expectation of safety. Theres no cameras. She was EXTREMELY disrespectful to me. Basically laughing at me and making it seem like I was lying. I let it drop hoping to speak to the owner at a later date. My SUV was "finished" a few days later. I paid the $2000 and took it home. 3 weeks later I go to have my tires rotated and find out that not only was my SUV not safe to drive, but they put parts on that didn't even match my vehicle. I was never reimbursed. It was never rectified. Now the Explorer just sits in my parking spot. The way I was treated by the owners daughter was disgraceful.

Prices are fair and work has been completed quickly and properly the first time. Way better than the crooks at Jack williams.Update 10/2020They are still great. The work is always done in a timely manner and prices are fair. They have great customer service. I highly recommend going there.

Been going here for over a decade. That's a long time and have had few hiccups with F&L, when I did they have made it right. I appreciate that a lot.

Lady at the desk was very nice and friendly. Had Good Year Max Life tires installed. I was floored when my tires were on in 27 min. From the time the car went back it was 27 min.! That was the shortest amount of time I've ever waited and only one guy worked on them. Tires were perfect driving home on highway. Picked this place because of reviews from other customers which were 4's and 5's. Would highly recommend if needing tire!!!

Family owned, great folks. Best cheapest place in the Lehigh Valley for vehicle State Inspection. They also do a lot more... Oil Changes, Trans + Rad Flush, etc.12.2020 Update:Took one of my vehicles in for state inspection and the great mechanics here found out that one my front rotors was seized and the rotor was damaged. Kristin took great care of me and i can gladly say F & L Tire and Service once again went above and beyond to get the needed parts, and had me out of there within 3 hours. This is what I call top notch quality service - although my pockets hurt a bit this was all stuff that needed to be done at some point so glad this was caught earlier and nibbed in the bud. Thank you F & L Tire and Service! You guys awesomely ROCK.

Slightly above average. The prices are competitive, especially when using the online coupons. The service is quality. The behind the counter folks are a tad short on personality, but have always been overall good to me. I do most of my own wrenching at home so I'm only here once a year for state inspection and emissions.

The coupons are a 'bait and switch'. Went in for my car inspection. Told I needed $38.00 or $26.00 wiper blades or my car would not pass. With my $39.99 coupon I still ended up paying $93.77 with all the extra fees. My car only has 50,000 miles. I don't trust these guys.

Excellent service and very competitive pricing! Been going to F & L since their first day of operation. Family run business that cares about the customer. Their staff does not turn over and provides honest opinions of their expectations relative to the repair(s).I have recommended and will continue to recommend F & L to many friends, family and businesses.

Got ripped off in labor charges while my car sat on the lift waiting for my brake pads and rotors to be delivered. I was outside when I saw the delivery parts car pull up. 20 minutes later my car pulled out of the garage. So I was charged over $120 for labor. The going rate is $96 an hour, I got charged for 1.3 hours. Which means I was charged for car to sit on the lift while my parts were being delivered. The mechanic also never went over with me that he ordered rotors which were not nessacary. This place is a rip off. Good place to get tires and oil change. The only reason I went there was because I could use my good year credit card. The staff is friendly but not worth the money for simple wear & tear on vehicle maintenance.

Had a flat tire this morning caused by a quarter inch screw. AAA Roadside removed the tire. Took it to F & L Tire Service to have it repaired. Had ready for pickup within 2 1/2 hours. Nice people to deal with.

Very helpful service staff! I came in with an embarrassing request help me put air in my tires, since I tried myself and ended up just letting more air out. They very quickly filled my tires to the correct pressure and refused my offer of payment, since air is free. But labor isn t, and I greatly appreciate their speedy and friendly help!

They are very friendly, service is quick and reasonably priced. Brian took the time to explain everything that was fixed on my car and went around the block with me when I pulled in with no appointment and concerns about a new sound. Highly recommend!

In my 28 years of life I have never experienced or have been talked to the way that these employees have. They called me a list and raised their voice at me as if I was a child. Not once did I raise my voice or disrespect these employees like they did me. They claimed I would pay for a service in cash and I agreed to it and when I said I didn't, even though it was not a big deal because I can just run to the atm and get it they began to humiliate me and call me a list and say I am playing games and changing my story. Publicly humiliating me claiming she now has a new vehicle for the price that my invoice came out to aswell. Very bad experience and outrageous fluctuating prices.

One of THE best mechanics I have been able to find in the Leigh Valley! Jim even takes the time to explain everything else that he found during his diagnosis of my vehicle. GOOD, BAD, and UGLY! HE EXPLAINED until I GOT IT! Prices are comparable, sometimes, quite a bit cheaper! My SERVICE &TIRE SHOP from today on! THANX

Extremely disappointed in their customer service!!! They sold me a tire with a pin hole in the side wall. I returned there so I could get it replaced. the woman there told me she can try and get me a discount from Goodyear on Monday, I said you sold me a bad tire I want it replaced with no cost today!? She replied "Sir most places wouldn't even offer a discount since you didn't buy the road hazard. this is very true because most places would except responsibility and replace a product that was bad at the time of sale!!! I will be contacting Goodyear corporate office on my own. Also as I was waiting for the to examine this tire they sod me.... I over heard the lady lying to another costumer about sensors on her car. saying if one went bad then the other three will be going bad son and you should just replace them all now at an expense of $90 a piece. Come on.... I own a business and would never tell someone that! It is a sensor that can easily be replaced as they go bad. If in fact they ever do. this woman had a relatively new Toyota car. companies who want repeat business should be trying to save their customers money when ever it is possible! not try and make an extra buck with shady sales.

I have been using this place for about 13 years now I have always been happy with them. I have always found the employees in the garage and the staff behind the counter very friendly I strongly recommend them. I find them to be very honest.

I needed 1 tire to match the 7 year old brand new spare tire and front end alignment and I was not pressured by the for any additional services.1 new tire (Goodyear RT/S 265-70R-16), 2 wheels balanced, front end alignment, tax and fee's came to $201.00.--Dennis
