My check engine light came on and the staff was More than happy to help out on a beautiful day and the store was extremely busy. All 3 staff people were helpful with answering questions with the customers in front of me and yet didn't take forever to be served.

I cannot thank this store enough. My parents car died in the Valley Farm lot. After waiting over 2 hours for AAA my husband called his friend for a jump. Of course we needed jumper cables. We pulled up to Auto Zone right as they were closing. They very kindly let us in to buy what we needed and we were finally able to get the car out of the lot. Thank you again!

Had to go to this store while visiting family. My car blades were not doing a damn thing and I have no idea size, style or whatever I would need. John was able to get me what I need just by my car make and model. He was also training a new hire and was polite and explained his tactics which I thought was great! Guy knew his store well and how to treat a new customer! Will be going here instead of my dusty old man infested auto zone back home.

Several days ago, I went with my cousin to purchase some new wiper blades for her vehicle. Before we left, I tried to figure out how to replace them...Well, I couldn't even figure out how to remove them. My Cousin told me that they would help with that...Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Natalie. ( I may be spelling that wrong ). Very friendly & very fast finding the right ones that were on sale. Natalie asked if we needed help installing them. Being a bit embarrassed, I reluctantly said Yes. She told us she would be right back...I foolishly assumed she was going to get another employee to help us, Nope, Natalie came back ( All 5'3 100 lbs. Of action ) putting on gloves & we headed out the door. She began working on removing the old blades But, She said " The clips are broken " She excused herself & came back out with a screwdriver. It was windy & cold but, she was determined to remove them. All while smiling & assuring us we were not being a bother..She was very patient & dedicated to helping us. At that point Edwin showed up, spoke with Natalie & HE went to work to get these ancient wipers off. Then, They got the right motion & off they came & on went the New ones. Auto Zone, It was nice to see & experience such great customer service from them, Especially in today's world. We can't say " Thank You Natalie & Edwin " enough. Fantastic Representative's for the customer & for the company. Keep up the Great work...God Bless. . Dave & Deb.

This AutoZone is in a convenient location on Stefko boulevard. There is a few car shops located within a mile of it as well. Although I shop here sometimes, it s usually a because it is close. If I need a few things I will definitely shop around as they are a bit pricey.

Darren and Jose R were super helpful. They let my 5yo daughter use the restroom and then they installed the brake/tail light I purchased and stuck around to make sure it was working properly. So many auto stores are super dismissive of women, especially if you have a child with you, and it was nice to feel welcomed and have the staff take great care of you even with a small purchase. Will definitely go back to this location.

Knowledge is bare minimum. Lady asked if chevrolet and Chevy were the same, then had no clue what she was doing she had to have another associate look for her. After all that, for some reason, she couldn't ring me up at her register. 20 mins to buy a filter lmfao well there went my lunch break

For all of my car basic needs my number one choice is Autozone over other auto stores. Why you would say? Because they carry lots of high quality aftermarket car parts and accessories other stores don't have. Plus if you make a 5 purchase exceeded 20 dollars you will earn 20 dollars off your next purchase and I used all the time. Highly recommended!
Can t we just be kind to each other?

Milton and Omar were both incredibly helpful, patient and kind. The store was super busy each time I went in and they handled themselves professionally, even with some of the more impatient people who were calling asking questions. Thank you for your great service and assistance with all of my purchases!

Edit to original review. Still 1 star. 2 years later and this place is still incompetent. They don't even know how to properly install a battery. We had to take my gf's car to a real mechanic down the street. Please, unless you're buying something off the shelf, do not shop at this store.Someone needs to learn how to run a store. 6 customers in line, 1 poor dude on register and 3 employee's doing things that could have waited. Dude on register deserves a raise. 20 mins in line for a single windshield wiper. Such a joke.

Had a small scare today when changing my car battery on my '17 Crv. The guys at the zone here on Stefko were nice enough to do the dirty work and install it for me free of charge. Unfortunately, all the warning lights on my dashboard lit up as a result but nothing to worry about they said. They plugged in to my OBD and made sure none of the alarms were legitimate and told me to go on a small highway ride. I did as they said and voila, all the warning lights disappeared. I was extra confident due to the courteousness and professionalism of the Puerto Rican young man that helped me. Best wishes my friend. Cheers and thank you. Sincerely yours. -Will

My daughter is a student in the area and I live 5 hours away. She needed a new battery so I told her to go to Auto Zone. I'm glad she did. She said the employee who did the installation, Jerry, was very nice and helpful. It was good for me to know that she was helped in a courteous, professional and friendly manner and that the battery was correctly removed and installed. Please pass along my thanks to Jerry for helping her out!

From what I saw today store does not enforce a mask wearing policy nor care. Guy in front of me didn't have a mask on and kept touching his mouth and touching the keypad. Another person behind the counter didn't have a mask on. Staff didn't seem to care when I spoke about it. Guess they don't care about our families. If you or your loved ones are at risk for covid KEEP OUT of this location. And they didn't have the part they told me they had earlier. 30 miles and put my family at risk for nothing.

The staff was friendly, however they were not available to help install battery so if you plan on their advertised help, don't bother.I got the battery home and swapped it, turns out they sold me a dead battery.Very friendly and nice when I returned it. Tested it to make sure it was dead when I returned it, confirmed dead. It would have been much more helpful to test the battery before they sold it to me.Shopping here was a large waste of my time that could have been avoided at several point in my shopping experience. Suggest you find another store.

I visited the store this afternoon after experiencing a problem with my VW Passat where it almost failed to turnover when I turned the key. Jessica tested the battery and found it was dead. I bought a new battery and she installed it at the no cost. Excellent service!

Needed wiper blades as mine were shredded by the last snowstorm. My glasses were fogging up due to wearing a mask. The sales clerk found the proper blades, rang me up and installed them for me. Awesome.

If there was -100 star, that's what I would give. This store has the worst customer service that I have ever come across in autozone stores that I have been to. The people here will belittle you as if you have been forced to shop there. I went there to shop and I was already in line. A new customer came in and another cashier went to help the new customer. I requested if I could be taken care of because I was first before the other customer. The male cashier yelled at me saying, Am going to take care of you after am done with this customer. Everybody is treated equal. It left me wonder if that's what equality mean in this store, I will rather go to someplace else. I left immediately without getting what I wanted since I refuse to be treated like garbage. Shoppers beware.

The absolute worse customer service EVER!!!!!! I went in to get a key battery and instead of the person who was helping me (couldn't read her name tag since she had a jacket on) tells me "oh their right there" instead of looking it up on the computer that was clearly in front of her. So I kindly asked if she would be able to change the battery for me and proceeds to say " no, you would have to you tube it because we are not liable if we break your key". So as I'm opening my key to place the battery in it another customer comes and asks if they had wind shield wipers for her car so the employee named Jessica while on her phone says " their in the back", two minutes later the same customer comes back and says "is it possible that you may have something in the back" STILL on her phone at the register without even raising her head to acknowledge the customer says " whatever we have in the back is what we have". NEVER in my life have I seen such unprofessional people working at an establishment which is sad because I have been to this same location in the past and was never treated with such disgust. Higher management definitely needs to do something about the people they have working at this store and maybe hire people who actually know things about cars.

Long wait times. Friendly service but 4 employees on site with manager in back. Waited 35-40 minutes in line while the manager hid in the back. Friendliness a five star, way manager treats customers by staying in back hiding 1 star. Wasnt just once, is a common practice at that location.
