Not all Auto Zones are created equal for sure. I bought the battery at the Airport Road store (trashy place with trash on the floor and trashier attitude all around). when the battery died on a rainy day, i managed to drive over to them to have it replaced. they refused to help because nobody was willing to work in the rain. I had to jump start my car and go away. I desperately called this Auto Zone on Nazareth Pike. They did not even hesitate. I asked tentatively what about the rain? . Resny said We prefer not to work in the rain. but we will help you no matter what. You need the car, don t you? . I almost chocked with tears hearing his kind words. so i actually waited when the rain stopped to go over. a little inconvenience on my side just to pay back. The store manager Kasey was extremely welcoming and explaining things clearly. He said no way they would turn away a customer because of the rain.They replaced the battery with courtesy and professionalism and let me test it twice before driving away.A little kindness could go a long way!!I have decided not to step into any Auto Zone because of the Airport Road store earlier today. Now i guess i will make the Nazareth store my go-to store from now on. Thanks very much, Resny and Kasey.

Today I had the opportunity of being greeted by a wonderful associate at the Nazareth pike location. I was very happy with my customer service and pleasant greeting. You guys rock!

They don't want to help anyone coming into the store because they are lazy and don't want to do anything, especially for women

Nice clean store. Associates were friendly and helpful. I easily found what I needed.The whole time I was in the store the associates were loudly chatting about smoking weed. Getting caught smoking weed. How their hair always smells of weed and whether or not you can get a DUI for having weed in your system.I would prefer to hear them talk about cars I guess.

Lewis and Rondell went above and beyond the average employee. Not only did they help me find a belt but a custom length belt for my 95 Ford F-150 do to me removing the smog pulley assembly. They are outstanding employees and should be a model for the company standards.
