Very helpful and friendly store associates.I noticed it was a popular auto service related store.The associates were taking care of the customers with real care, wiyos listen, try to help, or suggest. It takes long to serve a customer, but that's what care is. So need to be patient on the lines to them.Great store.

The customer service with Andrew was amazing. Called in the morning and gave him my request for parts and he made sure everything was ready and even honored the Labor Day discount they provide online. I wish I had more people like Andrew in every store I walked into!

The service was excellent. When my car wouldn't start, I gave it a jumpstart and went to Advance Auto. The defective battery was discovered after testing. A new one was put in. Thanks to a fantastic crew, I was in and out in 25 minutes. There is a lady and two men, and I wish I knew their names so I could thank them individually.

I was in need of new wiper blades for the front and back of my car. I purchased the blades and, as a courtesy, the employees will change them for you. Now, when I went there on Wednesday, I purchased the blades. However, the man who went to change them said they weren't the right ones and he said I needed a different kind that would cost me an additional $20. I'm on a very fixed income, so the extra $20 would mean that I wouldn't be able to afford the new wipers. But he told me to come back after 2pm when another man who was more knowledgeable could help me. I wasn't able to come back until the next day, but the other man was in and he told me that the ones I had purchased were in fact the correct ones. He said he had the same car and these were the ones that he used. And he was able to install them in just a few minutes. While I would say that the service I received on the second day was excellent, I can only give it 3 stars because of the poor service I received on the first day plus the fact that I had to come back again. This store is on the other side of town, so not only is it inconvenient, I had to spend extra time and gas to go back there. At least I don't have to go back for quite some time.

After an extremely frustrating morning, and fighting on the phone with Honda over their terrible customer service and refusal to help me out, I stopped into Advance Auto to seek some help with my dying battery in my lease. Don came to the rescue with tools and a smile. He was super patient with me given how angry I was with my car dealership and he replaced my battery with a happy attitude. I own my own business and I have no time to spare dropping my car at a dealer with no rental - and he replaced my battery within ten minutes. Being in the customer service industry for over ten years - I know what customer service looks like and he was the perfect example of it. This man deserves a raise, Thank you so much Don - and THANK YOU for happily handling my (unrelated to you) frustration.

The staff here has always been very friendly and helpful. I go here quite often and have never been disappointed with the service. I especially like free testing and installation that they offer on several items such as batteries. The Perks program is also a nice loyalty program which has saved me a good amount of money over the years.

Excellent service - car wouldn't start - I got a jump start and drove it to Advance Auto. They tested and found that the battery was bad. They installed a new one. In and out in 25 min. thanks to a great staff. I wish I knew their names to mention them personally - 2 gentlemen and a lady.

The gentleman we spoke to on the phone seemed very helpful and willing to help us with our car battery. When we got there, the man who assisted my husband found the battery needed, but refused to help with the battery installation. So much for their battery installation services. This is very disappointing especially after the positive reviews we saw.

The store has gone down the drain lately because there have been so many parts that go defective from them and since they have delivery we decided it would be more convienient for that since we have a garage 5 minutes away but no three drivers ( I belive there names are Rick Ray and Bob) have been taking up to 2hrs because they slack and the manager has turned into a big corporate freak and won t get rid of them. They used to be good with bill but the new manager has been bad.

Bruce acted as though he didn't want to be there and was hard of hearing. I bought the part in the store with me, however he never took time to look at the part. After asking several times about the proper gas cap, he still gave me the wrong part. I wound up having to return it. His service was subpar at best.

Went to Auto Zone and they didn't have the battery I needed nor could they order it. I called Advance Auto and they said they had the battery in stock. I drove there and within minutes I purchased the new battery and the service rep installed battery in minutes. Hardly any wait, excellent customer service and gave great advice on saving a digital copy of receipt for the battery 3 yr warranty.

Absolutely the best Advance Auto Store in the entire chain. These guys will go above and beyond when you need help. My starter died while I was in the area for a wedding. Miles from home, these guys helped me replace it right there in the parking lot, when they couldn't get in touch with a garage. Never expected this much help from Advance Auto. They didn't have to do what they did, but my wife and I have never experienced such help ANYWHERE.

Very pleased to find an AAP where the staff is very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. My new go to for miscellaneous parts and car cleaning supplies. The rewards program is something new (to me at least) and gives me money back almost every time I shop.

Appreciate employees who know old school motors... and those that admit that and step aside or ask for help. They have been very patient and courteously helpful as we rebuilt a 1980 Chevy 350 Grumman step van.

Advanced Auto is usually my GO TO Auto parts store for all my trucks parts. But on a recent custom order I placed for Hi Performance Breaks / Rotors / PADs over $600 order. My sales slip stated delivery would be on the 23rd of April. I call the store @ 3:30pm I told there on the truck for delivery Ok no problem I be there Friday morning to pick them up. So my mechanic buddy shows up @ my place proceeds to take off the old parts I go to Advanced Auto to pick up my parts get to the store the staff member goes looking for 10-15mins I say let me guess my parts are not hear guy responds nope there not hear. I call my Mechanic buddy he told me to ask when they get there UPS truck so I ask the guy tells me 1200 noon my mechanic says he s sure 1200 noon the truck gets there guy again says yup 1200 it will be hear. OK I say I be back around 1:00pm I go back home help my mechanic buddy out with stuff. Go back to store get there 1:30pm soon as I walk in store guy says UPS has not come yet. I say you said the truck is hear by 1200 noon my mechanic is at my house in the garage working on my truck & waiting on parts I need those parts I said find out how far the UPS TRUCK is. The mgr rudely says we can get our UPS truck anytime after 1200 noon. I told mgr what am I supposed to do now my mechanic is at my house waiting my parts where to be hear yesterday. Mgr told me sorry with the covid-19 pandemic our delivery s has been slow & sometime don t arrive on promise date. So now my mechanic is mad 2 trips to the store with no parts over 3hrs waisted. My mechanic now says don t call me for a wile I waisted my time & money & labor on your job when I could of done other small jobs. & says don t call me for a wile I am busy Advanced Auto really put a strain on my relationship with my mechanic buddy now because they couldn t deliver on there services. VERY DISAPPOINTED NOW IN ADVANCED AUTO.

I prefer to do my car parts shopping online but it's okay when I need a part right away which they usually do not keep in stock and have to order. Always check online to see if your parts are in stock before driving over. Oil is more expensive than Walmart but they have a better filter selection and they have a okay car detailing selection.

i love advance. much better than auto zone. come here if you want good service by associates who speak clear english. i ve never been to an auto zone where i could understand the person at the counter, whether it s a mumble issue or a language barrier always something.

Walked in from the rain holding a battery wrong. A simple "please turn the battery right side up" would have sufficed, instead the worker became insulting, offensive, and combative. Decided to immediately leave and went somewhere else instead.
