I realized there was a nail in my tire and it was virtually flat. I was able to get down there and they had it fixed quickly. My son is autistic so waits are never good. Luckily it was fixed quickly and they didn't even charge me! My wife and I always get our tires here, and have even when living further away. These guys are great!

They are wonderful. Quick in and out. They are very modest and honest. Basic tire prices..but no matter what price..you still need tires on your car..just like gas in the stupid thing and bread on your table.. no matter what the price you're still going to pay for it.

I can tell you they are honest based on going in with a loud noise in steering and wheel base under the impression it was an alignment issue. They checked it out, determined it was nothing they could fix and sent me on my way. You cant beat that and in turn i found out it was an exhaust issue related to a leak. In a big way them being honest saved me from breathing in carbon monoxide and who knows what could have happened.

Greeted with a friendly hello, and a warm smile, Essey's salesmen was able to help us find the best deal on tires for my van. They were quick and courteous. While there, they helped several other customers with multiple needs. They treated everyone so nicely.

Great experience! Came in early Saturday morning from our of town as I had a blown tire and was using the temp spare. Researched online to look for tires and found very good prices so I went in. They set me up with a couple of tires and had me out if there in short time. Definitely recommend these guys.

I came to them at 5:20 pm, I needed to make /dismount/mountain 2 wheels on my trailer. At first the manager said that they could not do it because the wheels on the trailer were big. I begged them to see what the rims have for radius 16 and it's not a big wheel. in the end, they answered me simply: sorry, our working hours are coming to an end, we don t want to work today.

Quick, efficient, open!(This review was submitted during the covid19 pandemic)The businesses that adapt to these circumstances are the ones that will continue to thrive. The online website makes it very easy to shop for tires, whether by size or by vehicle type. Once your tires are selected, you get an 'out the door' cost sent to you via email. This includes everything-the mounting, the balancing, the old tire disposal, etc. Be forewarned, however, once you start this process if you back out to research the tires you select, you will have to start the entire process over again. Once you have your price you then select available appointment times(you can select 2). You can also select to be contacted by email or by phone for confirmation. The first time the tires I selected were sold out, so the employee had me select a second option. At this point we were communicating directly via email. Once I selected the tire, the appointment confirmation was sent to me. The second time the tire I desired was in stock and within 30 minutes my appointment time was set!Once at the shop, the process was virtually seamless. Go in and confirm your arrival (the lobby is open again!) They will give you the order to place on the outside of your cars windshield and tell you which garage bay to pull into. At no time does anyone enter your car. That being said you do have to drive into the garage bay yourself which some drivers may find a bit intimidating. Once inside the service is performed, in my case 2 tires on the front new, then rotated to the rear. Each time took less than a half hour and was done flawlessly.I cannot say enough good about this business. If you want tires fast, done correctly and at a good price come see Essey's!Update 1/24: There have been some changes, but some things are the same. The changes: The business is basically back to how they used operate. There is no need to go online to buy the tires or make an appointment. In fact they no longer give appointment times, it's first come first serve. The technicians take your keys and drive your vehicle into the garage bay. The waiting room is open and there are no mask requirements anymore.The things that are the same: You can still browse their inventory and find your "out the door" price online. The inventory online may not reflect what they have in the physical store so I do recommend that you check by calling first if you find a set of tires you want to buy online on their website. They can usually get the tires you are looking for but it may take a few days. The prices are still very competitive with other tire places although inflation has affected this business as it has all others. They are still very quick and efficient. I went in the morning and had 2 tires mounted and balanced. I was out the door in a half hour! Obviously there are busy times but the core experience remains. It's still a great place to come for good prices on tires!

I wouldn t have even given them a star but review wouldn t allowed me to comment. I drove 30 some miles after getting off work to buy a tire which I need for a spare I made it to the store with 8 mins to spare I asked if the could still mount the tire and they told me no so I thought ok that s understandable. Then I asked to simply buy the tire figuring I would just get it mounted else where they then told me no the there team was standing right over there awaiting to clock out. I left the parking lot with another 5mins before they claimed they closed.

Getting the right tires you need is a pain. There really knowledgeable about the tires they sell. I get my tires there alot. Just about 2 weeks a go. The have really the best prices and warranty's and tire protection plans

Great quality tires!! Friendly & knowledgeable!! Reasonably priced!!I've been getting my tires from Essey's for as long as I can remember.. My Pap took me here, as a small child, & told me when I grow up, this is the place to go get you some tires..Most of my family gets their tires from here..

Was a customer for about 10 years until recently. I bought tires with a 75k warranty and only got 40k out of them. So I stopped in to talk to them to get them replaced under warranty.. The employee was a nice guy but he came out to my car and said they would not be covered because the one side was worn down a little more. I asked if they could just warranty from the highest spot and he said no. So I called around and talked to discount tire in West Mifflin. He said he bring it in so he could look at it. When I got there said it was not a problem to get it covered under warranty, ordered new and was on my way back home in under 15 minutes. So with that being said I will not go to essey tires any more. I will get all my tires and discount tire.

I have been going here for years. Can't say nothing but great things about the employees here. I had a bolt in my tire and they patched me up for free. I was in and out in no time whatsoever. It really made my day when they said you are good to go and just had me my keys and the bolt. Excellent customer service. Thank you for always taking care of your customers

Wonderful.customer service, quick, friendly, helpful!! Needed a plug put in my back tire they were busy but I only had to wait 20 min. And not to expensive!! Highly recommend!!

Great family run business. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They don't upsell things you don't need. Very fair pricing. I tell everyone who needs tires to call them FIRST!

Great service and prices! Dealership wanted 1420 for tires, the dealership would only order me more expensive tires for a vehicle I drive 4 times a year. Esseys found me 4 tires for 700. Lenny was great!

Great people. Very knowledgeable and friendly. 15 minutes from when I handed over my keys until they handed them back to me. I will never go anywhere else for tires.

Called the night before and got prices on snow tires for my Mitsubishi Mirage. Pretty good prices and three levels of tires. I stuck with mid grade. Told to call in the following day when I was on my way after my alignment at Martinellis auto n west newton. I did and that put me in line. Got there. Waited maybe 15 min or so. They got my car. Within LITERALLY 15 minutes my car was done!! I asked for my tires they removed and they even put them in bags before putting em inside the car!!! I felt what I think was a wheel weight come off the back tire so we shall see what happens. But so far I am very happy at the cost and the very speedy service. All the guys behind the counter were very nice and laughed at my corny sense of humor!! Will be back in April to get all seasons on my other rims!!

Highly recommend! friendly staff. I've always gotten a good deal on tires from them. Again highly recommend. "I just wish they had an alignment rack on site. Instead you have to go looking for a shop to get the front end aligned.

See Lenny, he's been there for years, knows his stuff & has excellent customer service skills. I've recommended this company to so many people. My dad always went to them when I was younger. They have great prices, treat you fairly & have tire extras for good deals. The shop people have to watch how they get in & out of your vehicle though, I had dirty shoe tracks on the driver side & I had just cleaned the interior of my car.

I called as soon as they opened up and they picked up, they were super helpful and got me inline immediately. I set my appointment at 10 and when I walked in they took my keys, and 5 minutes later car was pulling out with new tires installed. Very kind and professional! Highly recommend!

Awesome service and great staff. I brought in a flat that needed a patch plug. They took it right away and fixed it and put the tire back on the truck within 15 minutes. I would recommend anyone living within the area to go there if they need their tires repaired. It was $16 for the service. I will be going here in the future to get new tires .
