I was super pleased with the workmanship/customer service and that they took the time to answer my questions, even in the midst of a busy morning! They were very up front with how long it might take to get the parts in, etc, and were able to get it done sooner than expected. I'm hoping not to need a body shop for awhile :-) but will definitely use these folks again!

I lost my vehicle in November of 2021. The loss was due to a broken windshield and body damage from a deer running into my vehicle. I waited until May of 2023 to receive a windshield from Honda and a return of my vehicle. No thanks to Honda or Progressive insurance. Supposedly due to supply chain. Thanks to Megan at Excel for being supportive and helping me to get my vehicle back. Excel housed my vehicle the entire time. I am grateful. Thank youServices: Body & Trim, Battery

7 months for a repainting and weather strip. Back several times...dad wanted to go here, WHY ????Meanwhile the front corner and side of his truck was being repaired, painted and detailed at a pennsburg body shop. Done in 5 days looks great...so our experience with Megan was not good Now the car is headed over to the other shop to fix it. This nightmare is almost over. State Farm insurance is involved now.Service: Painting

They did a great job on fixing my Jeep. My only issue is that I had almost a full tank of gas and when I picked it up, it only had a little over a half tank. Very satisfied with the outcome of everything.

They put forth the minimum effort. The parts they ordered arrived in beat up torn boxes and were slightly bent. Some had discoloring they told me to fix with a Black magic Marker. The Parts didn't fit right they told me I had to live with it. There was nothing else they could do. They were not going to make a lot of money off the repairs on my vehicle so they just did not care enough to do they job right and see it through to the end.My insurance company is sending me to another shop.
