Alex and Gerry were awesome! Alex did a great job with hearing what we were looking for and finding us just that. Neither Alex nor Gerry were pushy, but they were great at explaining everything and making sure we knew how everything worked before we left the lot. The overall dealership is nice and very clean and the employees are polite. Even just walking the property is a pretty nice view and pretty quiet. I would hands down recommend anyone to them and will likely be going back there if and when we need another car. 10/10

What a great first time experience!!! I went in with not much hope, due to the situation I was facing. What a dedicated team from the minute I walked in. They immediately got to work and went above any beyond to get me into a new vehicle. They communicated well and touch base on things in a timely manner. No judgment, no hassle, and in 24hrs I was in a reliable, affordable, and what I was ultimately looking for. So again a huge thanks to Rob McCoy, the managers, Fred in finance, and even behind the scenes who washed the car and filled the tank. I'd recommend this car buying experience to anyone. FRED BEANS OF BOYERTOWN !!!!

I have been shopping around for a F150. Talked to multiple dealers, up to Fred Bean I spoke Michael Cudzil (sales) by far the most professionals car salesperson I have ever worked with. 5 stars wasn't enough to give him or dealership. In and out everything done in 1 hr 45 min we were driving in new truck... thank you for all the help and great experience.

We brought my car here for inspection the end of January. The staff was accommodating and they took good care of the car. The only thing and this is every time we bring our cars here. Why does service manager tell us we need unnecessary work done? This time it was a alignment which we just had done the middle of October and a oil change. There was over 800 miles till the next oil change. We got a second opinion on the alignment which came back fine and not needing one. I will continue to get the necessary warranty work done here because I have to. But I insist anyone getting work done ask questions and know the work you've had done already before entering the building.

I picked up a hard to find new Maverick last week. Alex Hofstra and the admin and finance staff were all friendly and efficient in handling the details of the purchase. I drove away happy. They have my highest recommendation.

Very friendly and wonderful service after a disastrous treatment at another dealership. I was suggested this place from a fellow coworker and worked together with my family and Rob Mccoy to get the best deal. He made sure we were taken care of along with the other team members. Everything was explained and made the whole process easy. I'm sure we'll be repeat customers! I'll try to add photos of my vehicle.

Bob Hannah was great to work with. He knows the vehicles inside and out and got me an amazing deal on my new F150. Chris Medeira, the sales manager was able to help work out a great trade for my Tacoma and meet me at the price I was willing to pay for the new truck. Bob is a great person, with a great personality and didn't drag out my buying experience like a lot of salespeople do in the industry. I highly reccomened Fred Beans if you are looking for a new vehicle, I shopped around countless dealerships and they gave me the best price on an awesome truck.

I took my son here to order a new truck. This will be his first brand new vehicle so of course he had questions and Alex did a great job answering them. Alex was very helpful and made us feel very comfortable through the whole experience. Thanks Alex! Will be posting pictures as soon as my son's truck comes in and he picks it up.

Service was done. Nothing great about it. No customer care and overpriced. I'm going to find a shop that actually wants businessthere was mud in my vehicle. the stereo was turned all the way up so when it was turned on it blasted my children and myself. The service manager of so many years is rude on the phone and hangs up when gratitude is being extended. but you're right basic service was done. that's why it cost 40 dollars to change a lightbulb. thanks for the 20 dollars off. now if you could only justify the poor customer service.

Purchased a 23 Maverick. The service was awesome. Jake was great and had us laughing thru the whole process. He was knowledgeable and helpful the whole way thru. Really glad we stopped in. Well worth to drive the extra miles to this dealership than the one closer to where we live.

I recently purchased my 2nd vehicle from Bob Hannah at Fred Beans Boyertown. I like working with Bob because he listened to the specs I was looking for. He allowed me to make my self comfortable by giving me time to read what I was signing and checking the math. I would recommend Bob Hannah at Fred Beans to anyone wishing to purchase a new vehicle.

We could not be any happier with this dealership and everyone we worked with! We drove 2 hours from NJ to buy a car here, and would do it again in a heartbeat. Alex was knowledgable, kind, and patient. He is not the type of salesman that will try to up-sell you. Instead, he took the time to understand exactly what we needed. When it came time to sign all of the paperwork, his manager was also amazing! This is the best dealership around!

I ordered a 2024 Ford Maverick on July 17th, the day the order banks opened. Rob Hnat moved it to a very high priority and it arrived on Friday, November 17th. Ford sent me updates to let me know how my car order was progressing. The only thing their updates didn t do that they were supposed to do was allow me to download a window sticker. When it was time to evaluate my 2020 Edge I was very disappointed in the how much it was worth. I had taken very good care of the car and was looking forward to it being a significant down payment on my Maverick. This is the second vehicle I leased where I worked with Alex Hofstra. He helped me with the ordering process and kept me updated throughout. I appreciated that the add-ons (tonneau cover and front license plate holder were installed on the day I picked up the Maverick.

None of my issues were found or resolved. The guy that did my pick up and delivery was very rude. Tire rotation was done but no one checked tire balance or pressure (pressure was at 28 and supposed to be 35). Was charged $225 for nothing to be resolved and got an oil change. DO NOT BUY A FORD!! Mine has been nothing but an issue since day one and transmission had failed at 40,000 miles. This car has more issues than my moms 97 Tahoe! What they say about Fords is legit. Fix Or Repair Daily or in my case monthly! Never again will I buy another POS!

My Service Representative was very friendly and professional. I even added a service that I did not originally schedule, and they took care of it. They applied all coupons and got me in and out quickly. Fred Beans always treats me well with my service appointments.

I have a Roush product installed on my truck that I was having problems with due to another dealers mistake during installation. Fred Beans of Boyertown took on this issue and communicated back to Roush fixing my problem when other dealers refused to get involved. Fred Beans service department took all the stress out of this issue I was having and got me back on the road.

The team at Fred Beans Ford of Boyertown went all out to take care of me in my purchase of a used Volvo. I was coming from out of state and they made every effort to make the process smooth and easy. They never took an opportunity to get perhaps an easier deal from a local buyer, and all aspects of the negotiation were conducted in good faith. Every step of the transaction was painless, and working with Alex and Ian was a delight --- they're both extremely patient and respectful.

Great place to buy a vehicle.! Just picked up my 2022 Ford Ranger and couldn t be happier. Alex and Ian were great - from the test drive, the ordering of the truck, to a delivery of the truck. Couldn t be happier with the service I get every time I go there. I believe my extended family has purchased 7 or 8 vehicles from this dealership. I recommend them to anyone who is interested in a Ford.

My husband and I made an appointment to look at a 2023 F150. Shortly after we arrived Mike Cudzil came out to greet us. He made us aware that the salesman that we made the appointment with was not in so the truck was not pulled out and ready. Mike was quick to get the truck pulled out for us to look at and test drive. When it came to the actual purchase, Mike worked with us discussing the options to find a number that we were happy with. Never making us feel like we were a bother. He was quick to answer all the questions that we had. Once the truck was gassed up and detailed he jumped in the backseat and went over all the bells and whistles!Freddie Vega who we did all of our finance paperwork with was great also. Very personable and friendly.Not to mention Mike Trapp in service is always great. I had a question about our Explorer and he was quick to answer and help.From start to finish we could not have asked for a better experience. Fred Beans Ford Boyertown has been and will continue to be our dealer of choice from purchase to service!

Bronco took a while to get ,but when it came it was worth the wait. My salesmen Jake made the transaction very smooth, in and out in under 45 minutes.8/15/22first oil change 0800 appointment was out before 0900 great service

Michelle the rental car agent is wonderful. I have been doing business with her for years.She always remembers my trips and goes out of her way to accommodate me.I hope the Fred Beans himself knows how valuable of an employee that she is .
