Been using these guys for a very long time and I have to say they are the best. Fast service, always help you with questions and anything else you need. Basically I'm saying they are trustworthy and have fair pricing on repairs and new quads. Something that's very rare these days.

10 out of 10, these guys have to be the nicest guys ever!Got a flat going to the shop, they came and helped me! Corey is a great guy who will always work with you and is always super accommodating. Even Craig did a recall on a machine I had while I waited when others denied me. Definitely got a loyal customer guys, keep up the good work!

Purchased a 2024 polaris sportsman 570 from Corey in sales, and did everything over email. Unit was ready on pickup day 1/6/24 and Corey spent time to go over everything on the new unit. Years ago I purchased 2 sleds from Craig and since I was treated like family back then it made me come back for my new atv. Bill Case is a family dealer that has that warm welcome low pressure feel, certainly worth the ride from anywhere. Prices are excellent and staff is friendly. Just want to say thanks again to Corey and Craig, keep up the good work and I will be back for another unit again.

Just bought a 2023 Rzr trail s from them . Best experience my wife and I ever had . Corey was amazing and everything was so easy unlike the other place 40 miles away . Thanks guys ! n

Stay away - took the guy 2 years to return my kids 50 cc polaris Atv - guy made every excuse in the book, does not use ebay for parts , could find a mechanic , it was the bike , it was me ,end of the day -I got i paid this guy and still have a broken bike --total waste of time

Tight roads to get there, be careful TRUCKERS, delivery was OK, got there and the guys unloaded me fast, they used ramps.

Great place to buy an atv. They explained everything about it. They do service on your ride and have accessories installed too. Would highly recommend

I usually don't review, but this shop was great. First time there I felt comfortable and easy to talk to the owner on my machine. He made a few possibilities what could be checked,helped me unload machine. I am glad to give them 5 STARS!

I have been a long time customer and I live well over an hour away. I have purchased several machines there over the years and I routinely take my UTV/ATVs back to Craig and company because their honest and true customer service is second to none. Thanks Guys!Jeff K.

I have used Case Polaris several times for my Sportsman 500 and have been very pleased with Craig and all his personnel. I do most my riding in Wayne Co., however I live 3 hrs. away. Always great service, knowledge, and fair pricing. I highly recommend these folks.Denny Gibson

This is a dealership for Polaris ATVs and Snowmobiles, as well as an ATV/Snowmobile repair shop. After numerous bad experiences with repair shops (mostly in the Honesdale area), I asked around my community and several people recommended this place. As another review states, this place has outstanding customer service.I have an older project ATV, which I inherited from a family member that passed away. I tried to finish off the work, but needed tires and some work done to complete the bike, which would still not start.The folks at Case recommended a set of name brand tires (at a good price), and agreed to do the work. They preformed the work, and did an absolutely stellar job. For a 20 year old project bike, it looks and starts up as you would expect a new bike to preform. They were excellent, and went over every single detail of what they did and what was wired to what. The price was great, and I was extremely impressed with them and highly recommend them as well.

It's impossible to find a more professional, knowledge and courteous dealer than this one.Craig and the entire crew are fantastic. If you are looking for the best, go to Bill Case Polaris, you definitely won't be disappointed.

I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a Polaris to stop by and check them out. This dealership has what many others are lacking these days, care and service you would expect before and after the sale. It's hard to find the personal style of service the owner Craig has to offer.
