I would like to say that the rooms are clean and very spacious, but in last night it was cold and being that this is a tourist area and it gets very cold you would think that this hotel would have a better heating system. My and my babies was freezing until about 5 in the morning.. the room was not properly insulated and it was very cold . The blankets was thin and I was just tired and wanted to go to sleep . I wouldn t recommend this as somewhere to stay . The bathroom had no heat at all even once the room warmed up and the floors are concrete so I couldn t bathe my babies due to not wanting them to be sick ! Pay a couple more dollars and go elsewhere. I called and the man that came brushed the situation off as nothing !! I didn t argue with him I just let it be .Rooms: Cold

Attempted stay - Feb. 2024:You could not pay me to stay here, 1-star would be the biggest overstatement of all time.Upon opening the door, you are immediately struck with an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke, despite multiple notices indicating the room was non-smoking. The room was filthy, the bed sheets and somehow even the lampshades were stained. I have never felt so dirty simply standing in a location. The shower/bathroom was littered with black mold, from floor to ceiling. The shower tub had a large hole in the floor, likely causing a leak to the subfloor, which would ultimately lead to more unseen mold. There was pubic hair in the shower and urine stains on the toilet. The smoke detector had been removed from the ceiling (illegal and unfit to house persons). As if it mattered at that point, everything in the room was dated beyond belief.I voiced my distaste with the room and accommodations to the front desk who did not have any interest in hearing about it. When advising that I would not be staying here as the conditions were abhorrent, a battle ensued. The front desk, who had no issue taking my money upon booking the room, all of a sudden had an issue reversing this process. In a feeble attempt to draw out the situation, they gave a statement that only a manager could reverse the charge and I would have to wait 45 minutes for them to call the manager. I persisted, and suddenly I only had to wait 15 minutes for them to call the manager. I requested them to give me the manager's name and number and I would call. All of a sudden, they decided to call the manager who then attempted to give me the same runaround about rooms not being refundable. No notice or contract stated this when checking in. I was not having it. After much argument, the manager offered to refund half a night's stay, although I wasn't even staying there (no chance I was even looking at staying in another room).The management, rooms (from hygiene to safety), and overall customer satisfaction were absolutely terrible. I reiterate, you could not pay me to stay at this establishment and I strongly convince anyone to take their business somewhere else (there are numerous hotels of much higher standard in the immediate area, including a Hampton Inn just 5 minutes south on 611).

Booked a 2 night stay here and from the moment I arrived I wanted to get back in my car and leave. The first room we were assigned had 2 small laps in order to light the whole room up. the main concern was the door to the unit did not close. When brought up to the front desk, the lady on duty state "its okay, this is a safe neighborhood I live here with my kids" . I had my younger siblings with me and refuse to put them at any risk. They moved our room and this is where the line was drawn. we finally settle in and as I pulled back the sheets, I find rodent feces across the beds. we Opted to stay at a Hilton Garden approx 45 minutes away. I would avoid this location at all cost cause even with the trouble I was told it was non refundable. Dont waste your time or money!

This was the most disgusting place I've ever stepped into. We book with hotwire saying we would get 3.5 star hotel this place should be a -1 star. It was absolutely awful and crawling with bed bugs.Noteworthy details: Everything was dirty cigarette burns in the blankets, holes in the walls, dusty gross.I have photos of everything.

Not a clean smell. Needed to use my bathroom freshener everywhere.No coffee pots. Office doesn't open until 9 am so no morning coffee until then. Thank goodness a bistro across the street opens at 7Rooms: We travel often and stay in thrifty hotels. You could not pay me to stay here again. Disgusting shower. Thank goodness I had my own pillows and a blanket to sleep on. Mattress smelled like urine.

We checked in from another motel in Tannersville. I called twice for room rates. Lady answered the phone didn't know, put me on hold to ask management then hung up on me twice. After 6 callback with no response, I called AAA to book a room. We met Prashant and his wife, Nimi the new managers, explained our situation & gave us 115 which has a clogged toilet. We asked for maintenance and a lady gave us a with no suction then said, "He won't be here until 11am today," and moved us to 121. From 7/11 -7/13 nobody cleaned our room until we talked to the night management couple from Missouri when I tried to reserve another night when we returned to unmade beds and overflowing trashcan. When I mentioned my conversation with the office lady this morning 115 toilet was supposed to be fixed today, he said he wasn't aware of the problem until now and immediately went to the room. His wife wrote a note to office lady (not Nimi) to process my reservation, clean linens, etc. Despite these issues we enjoyed our stay and hope the maintenance issues are resolved soon.Nearby activities: Across the street from American Candle Company. Easy drive to House of Candles, Pocono Crossings, Farmstead and other fascinating attractions on Routes 611 and 715.

It was an absolute amazing experience of staying at the Night Lodge. Fantastic service and wonderfully maintained rooms! The icing is the great location, just minutes from the Outlet Mall, Hwy 80 and all other attractions of Pocono region!Rooms: Well maintained and clean. Newly renovated with luxurious bed, furniture and comfy mattress!Nearby activities: Shopping, Bushkill Falls, Pocono Mountain resort activities!

Staff is very friendly. I was havinga a problem with my car and struck in middle of night. I was looking for motel for short stay to get refresh. Prashant Ji and Her spouse were really helpful and understand the situation and help me with an accomodation for my needs. Really thankful for both. This type of situation proovs humanity exists. Room is clean and fresh. There was br�akfast options too we have. I am really happy with the stay and staff. Thanks you guys. I will give 5star rating for such cooperation.Rooms: Rooms are neat and fresh.Safety: It is safe neighbourhoodWalkability: All restraurants and business are within a mile distance. Easily reachable.

I was a little hesitant when I was going to book my room here because of the reviews.But... Check in was easy. The owners were very polite and told me if i needed anything to come let them know. Our room was very clean. Our beds were comfortable. (They supply you with everything you need. Towels other bathroom things. Hair dryer upon request. And sheets and blankets.) We had a very good experience staying here. We stayed 2 nights and for the price and location it was just right!!! Only 10 minutes from Great Wolfe Lodge and 15 minutes from Kalahari convention and resort/ waterpark.I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

If I could give zero stars I truly would. This place on the surface was clean . But as soon as you walk in the room smells musty and old, the bedding is very old and not properly cleaned. It had cigarette burns in the sheets and a very weird blood like stain on the bed. The floors were not properly vacuumed complete with the ambience of old confetti and junk from past tenants. Not to mention the whole reason we chose to book was for the jacuzzi tub and the filter for it was not cleaned at all. Filled with other peoples hair, skin, and other dirt. This place refused a refund even though we didn t end up staying due to the condition of the room. Don t even bother.

"Hospitality, Warmth, and Kindness"This local inn located in Bartonsville, PA, is one of the best places if not THE BEST place for the money. Staff is kind, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and welcoming. Whenever I needed something such as a phone charger (when I realized I left mine at home), more towels, plates you name it they either found a way to make it happen. Any questions I had about where to visit in the area for obtaining certain items such as candles for the hot tub room they have on site or food were always answered in a prompt, professional manner. Don't let other places rip you off by providing you lesser service than what you get here at the Knight's Inn for short/extended stays for tourists or local one night get togethers Knight's Inn does not fail to impress 5 Star Value at a 2 Star Price.

I called and spoke with Prashant about getting a room with a jacuzzi, giving up on finding a kind sized bed for myself after having the previous hotel I was booked at tell me that my reservation for a king and jacuzzi was cancelled (they left me a voicemail but I have no voicemail and no missed calls from unknown numbers???). Prashant told me he had one more jacuzzi room WITH a king sized bed. He was happy to hold it for me and I made my way down immediately.I am typing this review on a memory foam mattress, eyeing up the jacuzzi, and extremely happy with a cute view of the creek behind the building.He told me he has only had the business for a year after the previous owners and is in the process of upgrading the rooms. I would recommend anyone check this little place out. From now on anytime I need a little staycation I will be checking availability here first!

First, this motel has tons of spiders. We literally saw a spider near the bathroom, and just going outside of the room you can see for than 10 spiders on top. The stairs is very dirty, isn't clean and has tons of bugs. The staff is nice, the only problem Is that the bugs are almost everywhere. They clean the beds fairly nice, it does smell like smoke though.

This is the first review I have ever written and unfortunately it has to be a bad one. Upon stepping inside the room , a high stench of cigarettes and mold hits you. The rug, the walls , the chairs were absolutely disgusting . I do not recommend anyone staying here especially with children . The shower curtain in the bathroom had stains all over, there was hair still in the shower from previous people. The shower knob was so lose the water was spraying all over the place. I understand this is a motel but this motel has to do better and I hope the owner takes this into consideration.

This place was a huge disappointment they charged me $150 /night just to go to a room that was disgusting, hair everywhere, not vacuum, urine all over the toilet seat, shower curtains with stains, bed had cigarette burning, it was a horrible experience it smelled so bad. How dare them charge top dollar for a TRASH ROOM. they have Poor management skills all they care about is money. The inspectors need to take a visit to this disgusting place. The room even had drugs all over the floor. This place needs a major update as well. Very disgusting.

Rented jacuzzi room for 2 days with my fiance the jacuzzi was filthy the guy in the front was nice at first but then at the end was super nasty even tried to open our door after I told him I wasn't dressed the room after he opened door he left and came back in 20 seconds later and threatend to charge us more money for leaving late when they weren't clear about check out time the room was small they told me I could hook my game system up to the TV which wasn't true I wasn't able to use my game system was a lot of spiders and webs that weren't cleaned I don't recommend I won't be back since the new owner has taken over

Night Lodge , formerly known as the Knights Inn truly is the essence of what the Poconos once was. Located just off Route 80 across from Colonial Auto, Dale's Cafe and also American Candle this quiet family ran Hotel holds its luster among all of the big hotel chains although it doesn't have long hallways and elevators and all of those bright lights it is by far the best place I have stayed. I am a local and have been in all of the hotels in the Poconos area, but this by far is the only Hotel left with heart. The owners truly listen truly care and for my experience will go above and beyond for their customers. The rooms are very clean freshly painted, crisp white towels, cable and internet, the property and surroundings are extremely clean and well-maintained. They keep a fair price and the reputation speaks for itself. It is the perfect place to bring your kids and family where it is more like a home instead of a hotel. Where you feel safe and welcome and can rest easy after a long day

Unfortunately, the conditions of this motel are atrocious. The room I stayed in had a horrid smell that seemed like it was a smoking/moldy stench that was seeped into the walls and rug of the room. The furniture was absolutely disgusting as well. The shower curtain had tons of stains that literally looked like blood. Zoom in on the pics to see. Everything was visibly filthy, the walls, the doors, the floor, the rug, the knobs, the chairs, everything. My family and I were afraid to touch anything. I understand the management can not control what happens in these rooms but they do control what and how they clean once guests leave. I can not recommend this motel.

If I could leave negative review I would. Obviously we didn t expect top of the line but the place has bed bugs! The front desk guy was nice but I had to tell him multiple times I wanted a refund and not a different room and he told us we should of checked when we got there! The bed bugs being the biggest issue but the room smelled awful and the carpet was filthy and the wallpaper was peeling off the walls. Absolutely do not stay here!

For a quick last minute booking this place is decent.You get what you pay for, much cleaner rooms than other motels that charge way more than they should. Other areas such as bathroom fixings, walls, shower need to be upkept but beside that the beds and sheets were decent clean and the new management were very friendly!

No one at front desk upon our arrival.My husband honked the horn and I was directed to a side door, night check-in window (not night time). I already had a REALLY bad feeling. I ignored the fake flower bed, the shady side window but could not ignore the key not opening the door to our room. Owner (I guess) came out to show me how to turn the key and push it in at the same time. How didn t I figure that out??? Then the cigarette stench hit me (smoke-free room). I requested a room change- same horrible odor, old and worn furniture, bedspreads... room number three- in the process of being cleaned.Room number FOUR- bedspread had MULTIPLE, HUGE stains. I was DONE.Fortunately, Hotwire refunded the total amount and offered an additional $75 toward another location.Honestly, ugh.

I wish I could give zero or negative stars. The rooms were nothing like in photos. This hotel is an absolute dump. The rooms smelled like unwashed toilets, we had to buy scented room freshener to minimize the smell. On top of it, sink clogged in one of our rooms. Bathroom door didn t lock properly and we received some shady call from reception at 11pm. Heater didn t work in another rooms(we reserved 2 rooms). We have been to many hotels and motels, this is the worst one We have ever stayed at. Never recommend this to anyone.

I came here 5 months ago due to a bad circumstance and they have treated me like family even gave me a job working at front desk they are good honest people that will help anyone i have nothing bad to say about them or the hotel i have met some rilly interesting people in the last 5 months working here if yall wont a quiet place to stay thats family oriented and down to earth then yall book a night or a week with us yall wont be disappointed at all i know im notRooms: rooms are cleaned daily nice clean sheets on bed bed are comfortable nice flat screen tv in rooms

The worst hotel experience I have ever had. The Indian guy at the front desk is a creep, the room we were given smelled like drugs and the bathroom had a hole. So we asked to change to a different room and this room had already been used by someone else! Used towels, bed sheets and someone's shoes in left in the room, it seemed like a big joke. On top of all of this, there are some very shady people who live/stay here. Would definitely not recommend.
