I will like to give a big thank you to one of the best car salesmen in the Poconos region. His name is David Castillo, and you can find him at Ertle Auto Center. David was very honest, and forthcoming with his information on the vehicle that I was interested in purchasing. I purchased the vehicle, and everything he told me about the vehicle was right on point.l absolutely love the car, and will definitely recommend David, to anyone who is interested in purchasing a used vehicle. 5 , star for David, and the management team at Ertle auto center. My wife and I initially hesitated about traveling farther than usual to visit Ertle Auto Center for a 2018 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring. However, we're delighted we made the trip. I got a good deal on a good car here. Doesn't sound like 5 stars until you add in David Castillo. Just by him being utterly personable, professional, and so incredibly helpful I opted to buy a car here. I can't say enough about David - just go to Ertle and look for him to help you. Don't worry if he's busy - he will be - but he can help 5 different parties at once and still make each feel that he's giving them 100%. And bonus - I am very happy with my car!

Just purchased a used 2016 Subaru Outback. David was outstanding in aiding us to the right car. He s very real and open with opinions on each car option and tries his best to find you the car that you are looking for. He isn t pushy and his enthusiastic personality made the process exceptional. I have the secret to an amazing car buying experience Jhonny & David.My car buying experience at Ertle Subaru was exceptional, largely due to Jhonny and David. It took me ages to track down the Kawasaki 310LS-X because of all the shortages going on. Being from NJ, I first tried dealerships in NY and NJ, but all I got were rude replies saying there was no stock. So, I thought, why not try PA? That's when I found Ertle Cars and met David. I can't say enough about how awesome David was, helping me through the whole thing without making me feel rushed like I usually do in NJ.Jonny from the finance department was a lifesaver too, sorting out the financing over the phone, so I just had to sign a couple of papers when I got there. If you're looking for a great place to shop, definitely hit up Ertle Cars and ask for David. I'm super excited about my new 2023 Kawi 310LX-S. Thanks, everyone!

We were there this past Saturday morning, as we walked the lot looking at cars, along comes David - I must say that from the moment he introduced himself, showed us the car, took us on a test drive and finally SOLD us the car, he was a PLEASURE! I went there with interest in only one car knowing it was going to be a long shot to get the car. David and everyone were friendly and did everything they could to make sure I got the car I wanted. I will definitely be returning for a bike or future vehicle purchases.

I purchased a 2016 Ro ue walked in with 736 and 756 credit scores. They ran my credit 11 times hard credit.why? Do they do that to all black and brown people, they ruin my credit i will never use them again. Never.

We were first time car buyers. We had checked carvana and several other dealers and wound up looking at Ertle. They got back in touch with us quickly, and we showed up for the test drive that day.The guys here were really just amazing. Low-pressure, easy going, and exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process. They have even kept in touch after the purchase to see how things were going. We love our car and the buying experience was a pleasure.

Made an appointment to see a car. It was almost two weeks of waiting as they said the car needed to be prepped. I was assured it was available to be seen. I drove 1.5 hours one way on a Saturday morning to take a test drive. My name was on their jumbo screen as the first appointment. Unfortunately, I was told when I got there that the car was at another location in the body shop (locked up on the weekend). What a waste of 3 hours (and gas) on a Saturday!

Had a great experience Anthony rizzo's the man. I got a 2017 RAV4 great deal. very professional very polite. Communicating skills excellent finance manager wonderful. Went through all paperwork. And also offered me extended warranty at a great price thank you for all the hard work really appreciate you. And also got a great price on my trade in.

Bought two cars recently. They did better than expected. Love my used car. Service was great, price was right, the service department verified that everything was done prior to me leaving. And made an appointment to add what I wanted done. Ask for Zach in sales and James for service!
