Predatory towing at its best. Know that if he is on a list for the city he has ordinances and prices he must adbid too. Wouldn't let me see my car. Wouldn't let me have my property in which you are entitled too and then didn't have my car days later. Bums.

My car broke down in the Costco parking lot and my car was stuck in reverse. I called AAA and 3 different tow companies declined me. Stephan came out and literally saved me. After over 5 hours of waiting for a tow truck from AAA, the call got sent to Stephan, within the hour he got to me and my car and got it started. He followed me to my mechanic shop to make sure I got there safely and was able to calm my nerves. All over a wonderful guy and would recommend his services to anyone!Service: Transmission

Towing through AAA. I needed to have my truck towed from PA to NJ on a Saturday. Unfortunately AAA could not find a towing service that was available and had me call back Monday. I left the key with the truck and called them 8am Monday morning. They got me set up with Bala and within 10mins Larry called me to go over the process with me including the tolls I would be responsible for. He kept in touch with me every step of the way and then had John ( The Tow truck operator) call me when he was getting close to my house for further instructions. I asked John to put my truck in the street in front of my old truck. While I was at work and had a few free minutes I pulled up our outside camera to see how he was making out. He put the truck on the street but it was not in the right spot. John then proceeded to physically push my 5600lb truck back until it was exactly where I wanted it. That is what I call great work ethic and dedication! Once he called me back to ask where to put the key I told him there will be a cash tip waiting for him in the spot to put the key and that there is a wawa with truck parking up the street so he could grab a meal/coffee before he made the long drive back. Larry and John were great to deal with and I am very happy for all they did to get my truck home! Much appreciated! Thanks fellas!

Drivers are terrible! Tried to run me off the road multiple times on route 42 north in south jersey, drove behind me must have been no more than 5 feet, blaring his horn for the better part of a mile while im doing 70+mph! Absolute maniac, should not be allowed on the road, came inches from hitting my vehicle after I tried to get onto my exit.

Will and another guy with glasses really helped me out. My vehicle was dead and they were dispatched by AAA and they arrived swiftly. There was a minor issue due to my vehicle not being able to be moved due to battery problems and they solved the problem and got it on the truck in under 45 mins.

Tow drivers were not fake , as in genuine dudes. They were prompt , safe, & friendly. They used caution while handling my vehicle . I love my car, and felt assured my vehicle was safe overnight , which it was. I did not get slammed by their fees, and was actually surprised at how much it cost me . I would like to tell them thank you, and I would recommend them to anyone in the area that needs them .

These people are awesome, & very respectful even though I was upset for them not coming when they said. The driver took his time to explain to me, even showing me what went wrong. He must be used to a woman nagging him because he has so patient. I would definitely do business with them again if needed.

Our utility trailer blew off its tire, sat on its rim, and twisted the wheel. I called a few tow companies and no one wanted to take the job. I called Bala Motor Sports and despite being pretty busy, they made sure to understand the situation and send help with the appropriately sized truck. And the flatbed tow truck driver was simply amazing. Not only did he have an infectious positive attitude, but he was so professional in manner and skills. He works so fast yet carefully, and dropped our trailer exactly where we wanted!

Treated me great. They towed both of my Lancers. Dealt with 3 different tow drivers within the company all of them were really nice. Fair price for how far the tow was the second time they came and towed me(approx 40miles).

We've had a tow through AAA by them and everything went great but I never bothered to write a review. However, today's experience made me want to give a 6-star review if I could! I had stopped for gas across the street at the Sunoco first thing in the morning after my car had been sitting for almost a week over the holiday. When I went to leave the gas station, the car wouldn't start (dead battery). No problem, I think, I have jumper cables...so I started asking people for a jump (here I am, holding the cables, I will do it....I just need a live running car on the other side). Who know that no one understands, cares, or wants to help a stranded woman in the dark??? After I suffered many rejections by suspicious people (so much for the "kindness of strangers" in the "city of brotherly love") a Bala Motorsports employee was walking by with his coffee, headed to work. He asked me a few questions to confirm the diagnosis and quickly returned with a jumper box and had us back on our way in mere minutes! All this, an hour before they even open for business! My faith in humanity has been restored. Thank you, BMS!

Angel and Rick are awesome!! Angel got my car out of a tight spot with four flat tires. These guys have a stressful job with crazy drivers on the road, putting themselves in danger everyday, and people are such a&&$?@/-s. Everyone needs to take a step back and appreciate what Angel, Rick and others do in such a professional, patient and kind manner. It reflects on management that they employ these men.Service: Tires

My van was stuck in the snow, I called AAA and a Bala Motorsports driver came within 60 minutes of my call. He was professional and creative on how to get me unstuck. Extremely helpful. I would certainly use them again and recommend to others.

OMGGGG...Blessed...I used this company through triple AAA!...Over and beyond...for example...I was in philly intl lot and guess what after diagnosing....MY CATALYTIC CONVERTER WAS STOLEN IN MAIN AIRPORT PARKING LOT B...FOR REAL>>YES! They paid my ticket and I reimbursed and helped me out of this HUGE headachE! Thank you...so pleasant and professional and problem solved this complicated situation! My BMW overheated and AAA dispatched Bala Motorsports probably due to my location. They arrived in no time the driver was very courteous and was especially careful with my car ( my BMW is my fave out of my collection) and his demeanor was very becoming! He alone has made it easy for me to always consider Bala Motorsports for towing and vehicle needs

The man who came out in response to my AAA call could not have been more wonderful. He arrived way before I expected him, and he had all the tools he needed. I had a difficult problem to solve, and he wouldn't give up until he succeeded. He was polite, thorough, and thought outside the box to get the job done. Bala is lucky to have him.

Horrible experience would give -5 starts if I could.Mechanic tryed to keep my car over night for a simple oil change and to check engine light.Was stalling since 12.30pm to 3pm on giving me a diagnosis to try and keep it over night.Keep in mind there was 0 to none clientes being attended all afternoon.This business should be reported, super shady. Keep an eye out everyone.ALSO NOBODY IS WEARING A FACE MASKS AT ANY TIME, BUSINESS AS USUAL IN THEIR OWN BUBBLE.

Woke up with a nail in my tire on a Sunday. Went down to their location and it was closed. I called just to see if they could help and someone did answer. I was surprised. He said the guy who patches won't be back until Monday. 5 minutes later a guy from the store came over to my car and put air in it. He could have easily not done this, but true customer service. Something that easy goes a long way with me. Thanks.

Would rather stay stranded then get a tow from this company ever again!!!! First of all the dispatcher told me the driver would be there in 15 minutes but arrived in almost two hours. They told me that a 6 mile tow would be $150 but after getting to the gas station doubled tge price to $300. The gas station was across the street from there shop. I crossed the street and spoke with the owner who was extremely rude. I had no choice but to pay them but trust me never ahain

Guy there was a total gentleman and VERY helpful the other day when I was overheating. He took the time to come out to assist me. Looked my car over, added water for me then wouldn't take a penny from me. I tried paying for his help. Absolutely would recommend this place just off of that experience!

Shout out to AAA service provider Bala Motorsports.Hung my truck up next to my wood pile. A log got dislodged and slipped under the truck. BALA MOTORSPORTS truck driver (name unknown because he was condescending and rude) told me that he could recover the truck but not for the $32.00 that AAA reimburses him. I told him I'm sorry that he has a lousy contract with AAA. I had no interest in paying his 'rate'.Meanwhile I moved a few logs and recovered MY OWN truck in five minutes with zero help or assistance from AAA but more specifically BALA MOTORSPORTS.

I've worked for the bala motor sports!!! This guy do not do background checks he is a liar!!! Please these towers are inexperienced and do not have a clue about towing and all of the trucks are illegal I think the owner should be shut down and locked up for putting his crew in unsafe trucks I quit the company the minute I heard how he treated his employees. Please do not do business with this guy.and he also doesn't like to pay his employees AAA I don't understand how you can let this company do sub work for you guys

I use Bala Motor Sports all the time for pick-up/storage for my corporate moves and they have been wonderful everytime. I have used them multiple time and have never had and issue. The pricing is fair and they have excellent customer service. I will continue to use them and appreciate their service!!

Do not use these guys under any circumstances. unfortunately they are AAA approved . I am going to contact AAA also. It appears that the owner hires a bunch of thug tow truck drivers . I have had issue with them several times. I just send them away now. He need to give his employees training in customer service or just stop hiring people straight from jail . If they come for your car send them away and request another company

Driver of truck on 76 and 476 at 18:15 02/20/22 literally tried to kill us.Road Rage at it's peak. Deliberately pulled up along side of us and forced us off the road. Then proceeded to tailgate everyone in front of him in order to force them out of the way.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANYTHEY LIED AND CHARGED ME EXTRA MONEY TO TOW MY CAR. I HAVE AAA AND AM FULLY COVERED. THEY CHARGED ME AN ADDITIONAL $10.00 PER MILE TOTAL $85.00. I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE BBB AND AAA IS AWARE OF THEIR SCAM. DO NOT TRUST. ALSO DRIVER WAS NOT WEARING A MASK AND THREATENED NOT TO TOW MY CAR IF I DIDN'T PAY

Two of your trucks are delivering vehicles going west bound on i76 with one hauling a white porche and the other with a blue lexus sedan. One in the left lane and one in the right. Driving in a manner not allowing anybody to pass when there is obviously a huge gap in front of both of them. I'm in a car with a crying baby in the back vomiting and all I wanted to do was get to a gas station!!! Share the damn road. Some people do have places to go and situations that need urgent attention.Drivers will use 2nd hitched customer car off of flatbed as deadly weapon when cutting cars off. They own the road when they are around.

It was a nightmare. After setting up my appointment, I was somewhere overcharged over $100 and extra miles that I did not drive. I definitely wouldn't reccomend it.

Jerry came out very polite, respectful and unfortunately he had a state call and brought me to the office which I didn't mind at all and I met the staff in the office and I want to let you know denise,ralph,maria and Jeffery are a great group of people, I've watched this team work hard and do everything they could and I would definitely recommend there services to all and anyone in need, thank you Jerry for taking my car and thank you jeffrey for bringing me home!

I dont I got had very dirty n hurt had a car in my family for 45 years n like that they towed it n junked it with out a title or my concent,i later found out it was a inside job! Shady!
