These guys did an amazing job fixing up my rav after I hit a deer. The thing looked brand new again inside and out. Their detail guy did a wonderful job they got all the glass out of it Maguires didn t get out when it got hit in the side and the window shattered in. I was impressed with their work and wound recommend anyone to go there. The people there were very friendly, you didn t not feel like they were rushed you out the door

We had taken our newer Rav 4 here after hitting a deer & ruining a brand new front nose clip from a previous accident the year before, of which we had taken it to maguires in ithaca & they did a very amateur job replacing the front end, it seriously looked like 1st year BOCES students had worked on it. Joe's did a much better job than a "professional" Toyota dealership.,the body work that the people at joes did, was perfect, much better than maguires who

I am SO happy with Joe s Automotive!! I was told a week for repairs, but got my car back a day early!! They were very straightforward from the beginning and so easy to work with. My car looks amazing, inside and out. I was not expecting an interior detail at all (now I feel so bad for the condition I dropped it off in, eeek), but they cleaned up my messes and I am just so thrilled! Everyone was kind throughout the whole process, I am beyond happy!! They even managed to salvage my Bills plate that got some damage from my accident.. THANK YOU JOE S!! Replaced my front fender, as my truck had been backed into by another driver. Prompt and thorough service and great customer service. Easiest experience I've ever had when it comes to body work on my vehicles. Highly recommend them!

A HUGE shoutout to the staff at Joes. They exemplify the meaning of Customer Service. We experienced our first deer hit and expected it to take a while to settle the claim and perform the repairs. Joe's Automotive is the approved vendor for our insurance. Once the claim was submitted, Joe's took care of the rest. My car was damaged by a hit and run driver. Thankfully there was a witness that got the plate of the driver of the truck insured by State Farm. Joe's Automotive was recommended by State Farm and as he is 20 minutes away, I decided to use him due to ease of having estimates, payments all taken care of directly to State Farm. Car was dropped off on Monday, parts received by Wednesday and picked up on Friday. Perfect in every way. Repair was just as if it was never damaged and car detailed inside and out. Thank you for the great experience in a painful situation.

Joe and his team did a fantastic job repairing my car after I hit a deer.The car looks as good as the day i got and that includes the interior.The attention to detail is outstanding and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. I'll be recommending Joe's to everyone I know.
