We brought my husband s Ford Explorer over after only having it serviced at the local Ford dealership and having significant problems with them. Suddenly the water pump needed to be replaced and our car was dumping coolant. The dealership quoted us around $8,000 and that was not a possibility for us. We were able to get our car service at this shop for less than half of the dealership quoted us and they fixed more on the car. This shop was recommended to us and I am so thankful for it. Jason was absolutely wonderful. We dropped the car off on a Wednesday and it required around 20 hours of work- we weren t expecting back anytime soon with the extensive work needed. We got a call on FRIDAY! Once we picked it up it was in the best shape it has been- better than what the dealership ever did. They definitely have customers for life with us and all of our vehicles. Would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Never again will I take my vehicle here ! I was told my 2019 Ford 150 needed a new water pump which it did not and Jason quoted me over $1100 to replace it . I took my vehicle to several other garages to get a second opinion and none of them said I needed it . They have lost my business and I have now found a trustworthy garage right down the street .

I called & got a quote for rear brakes. I questioned the big increase as I had them do my front brakes. I asked if they could give me a better price, and they said they would get back to me. They never did. So will not use them again.

I've been taking my cars to the Brake shop since I moved to Forks over 20 years ago. Brad, Mike, Chick, and Jason have all been fantastic to work with. Their diagnostics are spot on (actually too good haha), and I leave there every time knowing I have a mechanically sound, safe car for me and my family. I bought tires from them a couple years ago, and within a couple weeks, had a bad flat. Although I didnt purchase the road hazard protection, I called Jason, he contacted the distributor and ended up getting me a new tire via warranty. Excellent techs, ownership and friendly, honest customer service.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Oil change

Great service, nice people, good prices. What a nice experience in this day and age. Everything is explained and no work is done until you approve so no surprises. Our only choice for our vehicles.

My wife and I have been taking all of our vehicles here for over 25 years, and have never been anything less than completely satisfied with the work, the professionalism, the prices, and the amazing customer service from everyone - Brad, Mike, Jason, and every one of the guys who have worked on our vehicles. Our children are now the second generation who are enjoying this stellar care. We continue to recommend The Brake Shop without hesitation.

Excellent customer service, whether you get Brad, Chick or Mike all are very knowledgeable about your car.The work that is done on my car is always done professionally with their experienced mechanics. The office is very clean & friendly, as their shop where your car is worked on. Very honest & fair. They have a computerized sheet of the work that has been done which is kept on their web site , so you can view it at any time.Their $ 99.00 Care Plus for the year is great too.Its my home away from home, very caring individuals.

So happy with my repairs and bill. I was very apprehensive of taking in my older vehicle with ABS Brake problems and figured I would have to spend a fortune. I had taken this to 2 other garages who said it was beyond their capability. Not only did the problem get solved quickly, but it was very affordable. I was not charged for anything I did not need and they were honest and up front. This is the place for brakes.

Absolute rip off! We had a coupon for a free inspection so everything else we had done was extremely overcharged making up for the free inspection. $60 for an oil change is absolutely absurd. The dealer charges less! Then they didn t even have the inspection stickers. I have to go back for those! For what they charge they should deliver the stickers to me! Also got a tire that was extremely overpriced we will never go back to them again.

I have always been very happy with the service my car has received. The location in Forks Township is not nearly as convenient for me as their previous location in downtown Easton, but I never considered going anywhere else. Everyone who works there has been very pleasant and always discussed any problems with me before doing the work.

Excellent Service Mike took care of me with respect and explained everything to me. Looked up pricing and were very competitive. I have a 2001 Tahoe and it's running beautifully after being fixed. I found my new mechanic at the brake shop. Thank You!

Recently moved here and have had a few great experiences. Customer service is superb and mechanics don't try to get over on you. It's always explained what you should have done but it's not doom and gloom like the stealerships usually are. My go to place.

I do most of the work on my vehicles myself. After moving into town I needed a place to get an inspection. This shop tried to sell me on a lot of unnecessary services. I will never go back. They tried to tell me every fluid, including transmission fluid, needed to be changed. I had just changed the differential fluid and there was still some oil on the diff cover. They insisted it was leaking and that it needed to be fixed. There was chip on the outer rim of one of my rear rotors. I was about the size of half a dime and it was not even in the pad area. They insisted that the rotors needed to be replaced. Once I told them I do my own work and that I know what I am doing they backed off on everything and then said it was all ok.

These people are truly the best. They not only fixed my car. , but they also gave me a ride home. It was all so much less expensive than what I figured it would be. I highly recommend them.

I took my son's car to this shop to get some work done on the rear suspension after hitting a curb on the right rear of his car. I had put on new Yokahama tires a week before the accident. They replaced a control arm and performed an alignment on the back, and charged $1700. My son had pointed out to me some abnormal wear on the rear tires a few weeks later. Two weeks after that, during a rainstorm, my son called me afraid to drive because he could not control the vehicle's back end in the rain. We had to leave the car on the side of the highway. I was able to drive the car to the Brake Shop once the roads were dry. The rear tires were completely bald after only being driven 3000 miles. After looking at the vehicle, Jason at the Brake Shop told me that the rear was still aligned and that it must be that "Your kid is doing burnouts." I told him that was not likely because I have a GPS tracker/monitor that tracks fast starts, hard braking, etc. I told him that I would take the car back to Jack Williams, where I purchased the tires, and see what they could determine regarding the abnormal wear.Jack Williams's diagnosis was that the rear was "SEVERELY" out of alignment. I was shocked that much tread could come off a tire in less than 3,000 Miles to become completely bald. He explained that because of the misalignment performed at The Brake Shop, the tires were scrapping the road like an eraser, and they could wear very fast, especially since they were "SEVERELY" out of alignment.I then called Jason at The Brake Shop and told him the situation. I asked him what he would do about it, and he said he could put it up on his "rack" again. Why would I need him to do that since JW tires already did that? He proceeded to insinuate that JW could falsify or "Make up those reading." JW Tire has no reason to make false claims when the tires had no wear warranty. I was going to need to buy another set anyway. The problematic issue is that The Brake Shop, where I have spent $3,937.14 since 2017, was unwilling to admit fault or take responsibility for their work. So instead of making it right for the customer, Jason decided to deny the evidence and lose a customer.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Back in the summer, I brought my 2004 Jeep Cherokee in for some service and to get an annoying engine light issue fixed. It had been nagging since the local Chrysler dealer and corporate boys couldn't fix the problem over years of trying. The boys at the Brake Shop thought they had it fixed with sensor change. The light came back on. They traced wires, and replaced one of the new sensors and after several tries (no extra charge to me) they got it licked. They were never comfortable with giving up on this issue, worked with me to get the vehicle back into the shop (I travel on business every week) and get me taken care of.Grit and determination through professional service delivery. That's how I would describe these guys. You never be disappointed. They could teach dealer shops a thing or two. But why??

Jason informed us every step of the way with the work that needed to be done on the car and the amount it would cost. We were given options and a timeline on repairs that needed to be done right away and those that could wait until a following visit. Very easy to work with.

Jason is always helpful and honest about our cars. He takes care of them quickly and always explains everything as many times as we need. Pricing is comparable to other mechanics in the area.

Also can't recommend highly enough. Mike Stefano, the manager, went way, way out of his way to get my car back to me quickly. There is only one car in my family and they provided pick-up in addition.Would definitely do business with them again!Marygwen DunganEaston, PA

I can't recommend this place highly enough. I've been to places that try to squeeze as much money out of you as possible while doing a terrible job on the car. This place is NOTHING like that. They tell you what honestly should be done for your car and have excellent customer service. This is the only place I trust to take car of my car. Love them!

$9.99 for a lugnut was kinda high priced.and so was $9.99 for a bleeder valve that was ok the day before. And the caliper was over priced, but service was great.

After being quoted 3,500 for my repairs my bill was $7,000 and I still have a check engine light on, vehicle still drives all over the place and needs an alignment the brand new tires are going bald axles making all kinds of noise ever since I've got it out of the shop ill never go there again, Jason is a smooth talker and he lies through his teeth and Mike the owner as I was told in the beginning and now found out that he's just a worker told me he could do whatever he wanted to do to my vehicle after I drop it off and told me that was the law,I've contacted the Attorney General's office and hopefully can hash through all of this my vehicle has never been the same and drove better before I brought it into their shop,

I really appreciate how the Brake Shop consistently goes above and beyond. This visit, Mike went the extra mile to prevent a 2nd visit and I really appreciated that. Well done!
