Koch 33 VW has always been so kind to me, everything.. from the knowledgeable service techs and the customer service folks, to the complimentary coffee and comfortable waiting room.. my experiences have been very pleasant. I trust them to not sell me on anything I don't actually need, their maintenance is top notch, and service is thorough. Just had my front wheels aligned and the 40k service done and the vehicle drives superbly.Services: Transmission, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Wonderful experience! The staff was very helpful through the whole process. They even drove me home and picked me up to get my car! The mechanic was directly in contact with me. I even got a video of him checking my car. I was completely satisfied with everyone I met there! Great job!

I made the appointment on Sunday afternoon for a dead battery in our late model Tiguan. They got us in on Monday early afternoon and out the door in less than 90 minutes, we were very surprised by that. Thought we'd be down a car for several days until they could get us in. We were very happy to get our vehicle back on the road so quick. The prices were reasonable considering the cost of goods being so high.They didn't try and sell us a bunch of stuff we didn't want to do today and they were upfront with the prices ahead of time. I've had some really bad experiences with service departments and few good ones, this was one of the good ones.

I was treated so well during my service. I towed in on an emergency call for a flat tire and from the moment I called in the team at Koch made me laugh and feel not so overwhelmed by the day. Thanks again to the team at Koch. They made what was a bad day to a pretty great experience.

I always bring my VWs here for routine maintenance ever since it was Young VW. Staff is very friendly and up front with services you need for you vehicle. Just bought a 2019 golf r from another dealership used and needed it checked over but didn t wanta bring it back to where we got it and it was no problem that I brought it in to them! Great service! Omer did what it took to make me feel takin care of! Great service and thank you for the Lyft to the mall. Omar was great. Now can you do something about the cost. Really $850.00 for a side view mirror which is mostly plastic. I brought my SUV in for a brake installation and would recommend this shop to others. The Customer Service was friendly and communicative. The pricing was competitive and reasonable. The shop was clean and the inside of my car remained clean during the service. They offered shuttle service, so I did not have to wait there, however their waiting room is spacious, well kept, air-conditioned and has vending machines, if one chose to wait.

My first time visiting Koch VW.Welcoming environment, great amenities, and video updates to see your car s issues and hear from the technician working on it.Omer kept me updated and discussed options for future services and maintenance. Fantastic customer service! Scott was my advisor and he was such a pleasure to speak with every time! He answered my questions with patience and a friendly demeneor. A few times when I've taken my car to get serviced at other shops (Volkswagen or otherwise), I've been made to feel dumb or like I am a hassle. None of that with Scott!The technicians also send you video updates on your car to give you a run down of what is going on. That was very much appreciated as it makes it easier to understand the work being done. Would definitely recommend this dealership for service!

Joe Maldonado and Greg, the used Car Sales Manager, were nothing short of amazing. They were both very responsive, knowledgeable and caring. This has been by far, the best used car experience I've had. Plus, the dealership warranty is over the top!

Was pretty hesitant to go here for service because I ve had a longer than expected wait quite a few times. This time around the time I was told was the time I waited which was a nice change. Omer did a great job of explaining everything to me as well. Looks like the change from young to Koch did the service department some justice. Extremely poor experience. Car was brought in for a recall repair. While it was there, I asked them to look at a few other issues. I was sent a nice video, showing me the things they found. One particular bothersome issue was the cabin air filter. They suggested replacing it and showed me a video of my dirty filter with leaves on it. I declined replacement at this time. When I replaced the filter myself recently, I was shocked to see that they didn t even have the courtesy to clean the leaves off the filter before they put it back in. Any other repair shop would try their best to clean it as best as possible as a courtesy. That is not what I expect from an authorized VW dealership. It really says a lot about their character.While inspecting the car, they found an issue that needs to be addressed. Never gave me a quote to fix it, and it s been two weeks and they ve still not gotten back to me to let me know if it s covered under the warranty or what it would cost. As far as I m concerned, the car is not safe to drive.

Went in for service car is only 1 year old with a warranty was told the problem was fixed not under warranty was charged. Guess what while I was leaving lot the sameproblem happened again. I won t go any where else. Koch 33 VW Formally known as Young is hands down the best place to go for all your Volkswagen needs. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and they have never let me down. John is my absolute favorite service advisor I ve been dealing with him for a little over 8 years now he has always taken care of all of my cars needs. The service is always timely and professional. Every time when I come here, I always get wonderful customer service. Shout out to Omer for being an amazing service advisor. He does his job with awesome professionalism. I love the video service system because the mechanics explain and show everything very accurately of what car part needs to be repaired or replaced. They gave me a summary of recommended and urgent work for my vehicle.
