I brought my CX5 in for annual inspection, end of December between Christmas and New Years. The business was busy and due to the time of year was short-staffed. Regardless, everyone in the service area was friendly and helpful even under challenging circumstances. My wait was short and they performed all of the inspections/ service I gave permission for. I love the email communication and the video inspection, which I assume is an industry-wide standard. If not, bravo to Mazda.I did not have the suggested rear differential oil replacement performed. I need to understand that service better. Regardless, I don t think it is necessary after just 30,000 miles. My opinion. The team here at Koch 33 Mazda are top notch. Had a slow leak that I scheduled in for but then caught a flat in another tire. Called the service department and they told me I can come in even though they were busy. My service advisor Josh handled me well and took care of my car while I was there. I has regular maintenance that was scheduled and they elected to complete the maintenance while I was there for the tire issue, which was completely unexpected and a great surprise. Friendly professional check in with a clear explanation of what would take place. Inspection and maintenance was performed in a timely manner. During the process I was sent a brief video of what was taking place. After the actual work was completed, my car was given a wash and looks great. I am always kindly greeted by the staff. They address my needs in a timely manner. I can wait for my vehicle in a clean and comfortable waiting area. Car was serviced promptly, but when I picked it up it was dirty on the steering wheel, shift knob and inside door handle and there was Grease on the driver side front fender. That review was from 11/23/2022. On 1/16/ 2023 the car was serviced for the same problem as in November and I was charged to fix it

Had an intermittent engine noise with my '91 Miata. Chad was very instrumental in being patient with me and this noise. He rode with me until we heard the noise, than drove the car himself to make sure he could replicate the noise for the mechanics. My Miata was back in my garage later that day fully repaired. Thank you Chad. Great Job.

I brought my 1999 miata in for a chirping noise coming from the Trans. They replace my clutch, flywheel etc.. back in July and wanted them to look at it. Chad the service manager personally watched over this and the found a bad clutch slave cylinder. They replaced the part and and all seems to be ok. Thanks to Chad, Jon (service rep) and the service technicians. .
