My vehicle was involved in a hit and run between the dates of 9/12-13. I scheduled my appt and brought my vehicle into Koch on 9/18. My vehicle was in for 2 weeks (which seemed excessive as I had a very similar incident 6-7 years ago and used another dealer s collision center where my vehicle was done in about 72 hours) but I was giving them the benefit of the doubt - parts delayed and so on. I picked my vehicle up on 9/29 and thought all was good. I brought my vehicle to the car wash on 10/4 and the entire bumper/fender area pulled back away from the wheel well because not a single bracket was replaced hooking the bumper back on to the wheel well. I called that day and was asked to bring the vehicle in the next day, which I did. At that time I was told the body technician was on lunch, but I would get a callback either later that day or the following. I waited that day, the following (Friday) and Monday, because it was a holiday (Presidents day) and I, again, was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, however, I still did not get a callback. On Tuesday, I called and the service writer and he told me the front desk was supposed to call me back previously however, they were busy at the moment and would give me a call back as soon as they finished up with the customer. Again, I did not get a callback so later that afternoon, I called again - after Enterprise called me to tell me that a reservation had been made through my insurance company (my insurance company was used to make the initial reservation, however Koch was supposed to be taking care of this reservation due to this being their mistake). I was then told I would be getting a call back again because the receptionist I spoke to had to speak to the service writer regarding Koch taking care of the rental car reservation. Guess what? No call back. My husband then called them and was finally able to make the reservation for this past Monday. My vehicle has been there since Monday and my husband got a call that it was ready today. He went to go pick it up and noticed the bumper is not aligned correctly with the body, like it is on the other side. When he got there, he was told everyone was in a meeting and he would have to get a call back. This is now our sixth visit to Koch since 9/18 between drop offs/inspections/pick ups and a meeting is more important than taking care of a customer issue? My husband left work for the third time to get there as soon as he was told the vehicle was ready as we are aware they are paying Enterprise for the rental vehicle we are using. They now expect us to wait for a call on how to move forward, and when the vehicle will actually be ready and then go out of our way, once again, to go there to pick the vehicle up instead of briefly stepping out of an employee meeting to handle a customer issue. I ve attached photos of the initial accident and the picture my husband took today of the misaligned bumper, however I did not take a picture after the second incident at the car wash.Side note - our other vehicle was purchased from Nazareth Ford (also owned by Koch) and we were very happy with the transaction. However, if this is how they service paying customers it s hard to say at the moment that I d ever purchase another vehicle from one of their stores.

I went to John Smith the manager of Koch 33 collision and asked if they could do a wing for me. He gave me exactly what i wanted. The car looks amazing and the paint match is perfect. John took care of everything start to finish and I couldn t be happier with it. Thank youServices: Body & Trim, Auto detailingServices: Body & Trim, Auto detailing

My car has been there for over 2 months. The first month, they needed a part. A week later they needed another part. A week after that they needed ANOTHER part. Why they needed 3 weeks to figure out all the parts they needed tells me they can't figure out after the first disassembly how to diagnose the problem. Shoddy work. So after they got all the parts, I was told i would be given an estimate when the work would be done. Well, that never happened. My car was put into the paint shop and then reassembly. That was over 2 WEEKS AGO! Every time a texted them (and I texted 3 different numbers) I was ignored. I have multiple texts to multiple people and they were all ignored. If you want uncertainty, go with koch33. If you want to be ignored, go with koch33. My car has been there for over 2 months with what they described as "light" damage. This review will be rebroadcast over and over until koch33 acknowledges me and fixes my car.

Had a small dent in the door and ultimately the door needed to be replaced. I wasn't given proper estimate of time. They had my car for 3 weeks and didn't even call me when it was ready. Told me they would do a before video and an after video and they only sent me the before. The repair is solid, and I wanted to stay within dealership since I have always gotten my prius maintenance done at Toyota for the life of the car, but I will not be returning to this shop. Poor communication, took a long time for the repair, and when I voiced my irritation was told this how it is for car repair. However knowing several people who have had their cars repaired for damage significantly worse than mine they had a much better, quicker, and proffesional process than my experience elsewhere.

Ray, Donna and the Team is not on the same page. They tell you want you want to hear, instead of telling you what to expect. My car timeline, has been delayed for about 12 weeks and we are still waiting on parts. If you can take your car somewhere else, please do so. I bought my car at Koch VW and assumed they would be able to give me a decent service. Was wrong!

After owning my car for a month I was backed into at a grocery store. My first thought was to bring my car to Koch33 for an estimate and go through the insurance route since I had purchased it from Koch33 Toyota. Ray was kind and answered all my questions about the estimate and after telling him I had a Graduation to attend that weekend, he did his best to get my car back to me in time! I dropped my car off May 2nd and by May 6th in the afternoon it was in my possession. Not only were they speedy in getting my car taken care of but they also detailed the interior for me and I assume the exterior as well (it was raining the day I picked up). Best of all, it looks as if nothing ever happened! So glad I trusted my instincts and brought my car here. The paint looks like the day I drove off the lot with it. Highly recommend coming here.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Long review (with updates) but hope this helps someone! I bought my brand new SUV from Koch in October, so of course when I was hit 2 weeks into ownership by a distracted driver the place to get it repaired seemed like an easy choice.... but I was wrong. The complete lack of communication and empty promises this garage has thrown at me is appalling. The first two weeks of repair I received texts and calls updating me on the status of my vehicle. Things became delayed due to incorrect parts being sent in, understandable, but frustrating. The last 2 weeks have been a nightmare trying to get a straight story from anyone regarding the status of my SUV. The only communication I have recieved has been from me directly calling and trying to figure out what my vehicle status is. Everyday is a new excuse or no one knows what is going on. Over the last week alone I have gotten the run around and been promised that it would be done "today". The only issue being is that is what I have been told EVERY DAY this past week and a half. Once again I call on my promised day and I get an attitude from the front desk. I have now requested to speak to a higher up who was conviently not in. It's incredibly frustrating as a customer to have to make special arrangements everyday so you may pick up your vehicle only to get an excuse as to why it's not done as stated and only because I reach out to them first.. .. I'm still currently without my vehicle without any answers for over a month for a front bumper repair.... I will update my review accordingly as I get answers.Update as of 1/15:My vehicle was returned to me after over a month and a half of empty promises. The new bumper was misaligned and had gaps and my interior was left filthy. I called to complain in which they told me to contact my insurance to have them pay for an OEM bumper as most of the parts used on my new 23' 4runner were aftermarket. I set up an appointment for the bumper swap, told I could wait for my vehicle to be finished as it would only take "an hour or two". Great! The day of my appointment arrives and I'm told I can't wait and it will take about a day or two. Made ANOTHER appointment so that I can coordinate a ride for work. This garage is full of empty promises and miscommunication. My accident happened in October 23' and here we are 3 MONTHS later and im still waiting on a decent repair for just a front bumper. Also still waiting to hear back from a manager as they are conviently never in when I call and my notes being left to call me back are being misplaced apparently. This seems to be the theme as evidence by the plethora of other reviews on here with a similar story. Save yourself the headache and GO ELSEWHERE.

I really had the worst experience trusting them to fix my car. The damage was on the left side of the front and they put in an aftermarket part (Allstate Insurance) and the part never fit properly. The right side was out of line apart from the piece not being properly secured. I insisted so much to they fix it until I finally gave up. I don't recommend this place.

They did a great job fixing my car, it was done before they said it would AND they cleaned my interior. 10/10. Highly recommend.

This is the first review I ve ever written, but I feel compelled to share my story! I had been unlucky enough to own a Toyota vehicle with factory paint issues. My car looked like a leper with the paint totally missing from the top and LARGE spots on the sides where the paint had peeled off. Fortunately, Toyota acknowledged the issue with a recall, however, they indicated they would repaint only the areas that were currently peeling off. Grant (Collision Mgr) and Kaitlin (Service Mgr) worked with Toyota to maximize the paint replacement, and the car looks brand new! Grant did an excellent job of color matching, and even fixed a minor ding at no extra charge. The car was detailed as well. They were both very professional and I would not hesitate a moment to have future work done there.

Dropped off my vehicle for a bad scratch on the back that took the paint off on a Monday morning. Had it back Wednesday afternoon. Looks like the day we drove it off the car lot! Beautiful job!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Been trying to get my car worked on since January. I needed a catalytic converter after mine was stolen. They put in a cheap catalytic converter after that did not work for my vehicle. Then said they have not been able to find one since Jan/Feb without an ETA. Fast forward my car gets hit at their facility. They said they would fix it, however they just pained right over top of the dents. I went to another mechanic and said they would be able to get a converter in 1-2 weeks. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. They have trained Geico well.

Absolutely the last place I would take my vehicle for collision . The body guys and techs were somewhat decent . The managers we're an absolute nightmare. Damaged preexisting parts of the vehicle while taking zero responsibility. Trunk now takes on water . Body panels are not straight or aligned . Took it back twice first time was for shotty clear coating and issues with fitment . I waited 4 months for the vehicle patiently. I understand this is just how it is . However when a vehicle is done it should be checked for defects and quality . Neither was done . Ten thousand dollar job and it was an absolute waste of time and energy . They do not stand behind their work . They don't care about customer service . They like to put blame on the insurance company or parts or whoever is closest . Had my car been fixed after the issues were brought to the managements attention I would have been completely satisfied. However this isn't the case at Koch . I'm currently waiting for a higher up to reach out to rectify the situation . I don't think that this how the techs or body guys want to do business however this is the way koch 33 collision wants to . I know I'm not the only one who has had this kinda treatment I witnessed a gentleman who had personal belongings disappear. I was a long time customer of Young vw and the way cuck has tarnished the business is sad and pathetic . It is my hope that management take the time to rectify this .Service: Steering & suspension repair

Would not give me an update on the progress of my truck, failed to order all proper parts. Ordered after-market parts that took 2 weeks longer than the factory OEM from Ford. Said my vehicle went through quality check but did not reattach the antenna or notice a failed turn signal when returned to me. Tjey did fix the failed turn signal when i returned for my parts that weren't ordered from the beginning. I wouldn't suggest taking any vehicle here.

Actually my review is NOT 5 .Be attentive here !!!! Walk around your car few times and inspect it carefully before your pay them. Watch for NEW sctratches and SAND on recently painted surfaces. After I asked them to remove all things I didnt like they did that. But as a revenge for complain they scratched my car with sanding paper on the back of my car.

Ray at Koch 33 Collision provided excellent service. My car was hit for the first time and wasn't sure what to expect. They made it an extremely easy process, answered all of my questions, and most importantly my car was repaired to pre-accident condition perfectly and didn't take long at all. Will always return to this business.

Poor communication. The company failed to communicate to me for 12 days their decision not to fix the door, and instead order a new door. For 12 days after leaving with them my car I couldn't get any information on when the car will be ready, and what is the progress. I ended up driving to them after 12 days, speaking with their manager, and only after this I received a text message that the work on my car started. They promised me originally that they are just going to fix the dent, remove scratches, paint over the door. So I thought this shouldn't take long time. It turned out they decided to replace the door without telling me anything about their change in plans. Also while they were waiting for the door, they didn't give me the car to drive while waiting. Instead they kept my car all the time while the door was being shipped, and waited for the new door to arrive.Apart from poor communication, the repair quality of the car door seems to be good. The color blends in with the rest of the car. The new door fits nicely.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This will be my first review I have ever written, but I feel the need to let people know about Grant Brown from Koch 33 Collision. Long story short, somewhat. My car happened to be a the collision center longer then expected, due to parts not being available for my Ford. Grant and his team at Koch went the extra mile to find parts and keep me informed every step of what was going on. They were courteous, patient and very understanding. And the manager Grant is the most patient, kind and professional person I have meet. I highly recommend Koch 33 Collision for your collision repairs. Thank you for getting my car back to me safe and sound.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Koch Collision and specifically with the Manager Grant. I needed to have some minor paint work done on my truck and Grant shuffled his technicians scheduling in order to make sure it was done as quickly as possible. He went above and beyond to get me in and out quickly. More than that however, he took the time to help me and was extremely courteous. It was an absolute pleasure meeting Grant and I really appreciated his assistance.

John and his team were a pleasure to work with and the quality and finish of the work was top notch. My need included specialized work on an aftermarket front fender pair for my 2021 Supra. Koch33 exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them. I will use them for any future needs.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Just picked up my car and can't wait to write this review. This is truly an exceptional service I received so far. Work is well done in details professionally and they have done it right.People are so nice and friendly from top to bottom. Most important they are very honest. Special thanks to Amy,Chuck and manager Grant who have shown real cares and concerns for my need. I like to thank them all in this service center for their marvellous service. People in certain places are smiling at you not quite from their hearts but these people at Koch 33 collision they are smiling to you truly from their hearts and they are eager and ready to help you. It is indeed a very pleasant experience which is worth every penny of mine. I would highly recommended 5 star Koch 33 Collision center. You can't go wrong to choose these top class people for your service needs.May God bless you all!! Paul in Easton,Pa 06/14/2019

Zero stars... Had my 15 Chevy Tahoe repaired for minor fender damage. They tried to return my vehicle with sand in the paint. I pointed it out an they said the would fix it. One hour later I get the vehicle back only to see now the sand was gone an so was the paint. Unacceptable so I refused it. They kept it for two more day to paint it correctly. I got the call all done.Picked up the vehicle an all seemed well until I got to my destination only to find I had an extra part on my passenger floor bored. After a detailed inspection I also found I was missing a hood vibration piece. I returned back to collision center for the third time an spoke with Grant who was very apologetic. He said he would put the piece back on an find the missing hood piece an install it. He did offer to paint an fix the scratches on my other fender. I did accept the offer but after driving that night only to realize they didn't align the new headlamp they installed. I decided they are incompetent in doing any job. They wasted many hours of my valuable time an money. Put myself an my family an others safety at risk due to not being able to see more than a few feet down the road on the passenger side at night. Totally unacceptable!Find a better place to have your work done. Geico Express recommends this dealership for repairs. I do not!!Love your feed back! But there is no way are you ever touching my vehicle ever. There is no way your fixing this issue. You had multiple changes to fix the situation an failed each an every time. I was extremely patient with you business to fix the issues. I am sorry you failed.

The shop matched the paint spot on but the rest was off for fit and finish. I spoke to the manager and they were able to fix the work and make it right, including picking up the extra time needed for the rental. They also painted some minor touch ups on the vehicle, which made it look like brand new. Thanks for making this right and I am very happy with the outcome.***As a follow up, when I recently sold this vehicle, the Carfax provided by the buyer stated the vehicle was in (2) accidents as reported by Koch 33. the incident of the report was when the vehicle was not being used as I bought a new vehicle at that time. Contacting Carfax, they acted like what was given by the vendors was accurate as this is done by humans. So, why did I get 2 accidents reported to Carfax (or other agency) on my vehicle that when in for 1 accident. The vehicle was sold, the buyer was happy, and I was frustrated once again. Koch 33 if you are reading this, please correct this item as well.***

I initially gave Koch 33 Collision 1 star. My experience there was so far from the best. However, I will say that once I got to work one on one with the manager Grant my experience was excellent. I believe in 2nd chances and Grant fulfilled his title as the manager and delivered absolutely amazing customer service! He acknowledged my complaints and concerns and offered compensation for the inconvenience that one of his techs have caused. He was always so professional, very friendly and even took the time to get on a personal level with my husband and myself. He asked us about our children and even about our holiday plans. When we picked our truck up we did notice a slight imperfection. We called Grant and without any hesitation he asked us to return the vehicle to him and he gave us a loaner. If I ever have to deal with a collision center again I will go back to Koch 33 but only if we get to work with Grant! Thank you so much for everything you have done for us!

So my car got hit for the third time in the 10 months I ve owned it, and this is the best experience I ve had so far. Mike was awesome and kept me updated throughout the whole repair process. Not only were the repairs done correctly, but they were done EVEN FASTER than Mike had originally estimated. My car looks amazing-better than it did when they sold it to me over at the Toyota dealership. I would crash my car again just so I could have them detail it like that.10/10 will definitely use again the next time my car inevitably gets hit.

After receiving such great service and professionalism while purchasing a new Toyota from koch33, I assumed I would receive the same professionalism from koch33 collision. This assumption came after a mishap with a deer involving a 2nd toyota vehicle I own. It took about a month to make repairs. When I got the call that my car was ready, I came that same day to retrieve my vehicle. When I arrived, I encountered the laziest customer service woman with a short attitude and piss poor knowledge of the operation. This person was seriously Ill equipped to answer questions from customers. Knowing that I was coming to pick up my car, you would think my car would be out front, this was not the case. I was given my car keys after paying the deductible and told I would have to find my car myself. I was told to keep pushing the unlock button while walking around the building until I could see the lights on my car flashing. When asked about the warranties, I was told lifetime, except for the parts. When I asked which parts and for how long, she told me she did not know. I just took my keys and left. With the poor way this woman responded to me, I can t help but wonder if my skin color was the reason I was treated as such.I gave 2 stars because of the horrible customer service experience.
