They did a very good job on my mustang. Can't even tell it was repainted on the bumper. They put a better part on it that was there before. First experience going to an auto body repair. They didn't disappoint. Would go there again if I ever need anything done.

I took my car to get an estimate for an insurance company after someone rear ended me. The guy who came out to look over the damage acted very condescending towards me because I have an older car (2009 Camry) that's been though a lot of accidents. (I haven't been able to afford to fix a lot of the cosmetic issues.) He actually asked me "This is in really bad shape, do you even want to bother getting it fixed?" He also told me there was no reason for me to be getting estimates, even though that's what the insurance company told me to do. The whole experience left me feeling crappy and annoyed.I really don't like slamming small businesses with bad reviews, but I feel like it's unfortunately warranted in this case.

I would give zero stars if that was an option!My vehicle was scheduled for repairs December 18th, late afternoon on December 20th it was still sitting outside where I parked it! There was snow on it so it had never been moved! When I questioned them they told me it would still be done on December 26th, when I called that day they told me it would be December 28th! They called me that day to tell me it would be another day, now December 29th! They called me at 4:15 on the 29th to tell me the vehicle was ready, knowing that I couldn t get there before they closed!They are closed Saturday s, Monday is a holiday, so I will continue to be without my vehicle till Tuesday January 2nd!They got their money and they didn t care how inconvenienced I was! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION!

My 2021 ford expedition got hit on courtesy ford's parking lot. So I had my vehicle stay there to get fixed here it is 3 months after and they still haven't touched it its been the worst customer service every time I call and ask for an update I get told hopefully by the end of the month. Now we are closing in on the end of month 3 and when I call in it will probably be the end of next month mind you this is a $85,000 vehicle that now has been in there parking lot longer than I've owned it and I was never made aware of how badly they over booked them selves original I was told 1 month and again here we are 3 months later and still waiting I would not recommend this body shop to anyone epecially the one at 501 pleasant valley Blvd at coursty ford

Let me start by saying I have no problem with the repair quality. I do however have issues with communication and the speed with which the work was done. One WK was my quote to finish work...nearly 3 wks later we get our car back. Multiple calls to the. Business to ask about progress and the receptionist was rude and clueless.a few items that were discussed to be repaired were ignored and my wife was told they were never discussed. Had to wait on parts and a month later have them iatalled. Once again with mass confusion and delay. I would caution against using this body shop. It appears to be they are too busy to be efficient and don't care one bit about customer service.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I went to Luciano's because they were approved by the insurance company. Was told there was a 45 day wait for parts, but I signed all the authorizations I was supposed to get them ordered. Called them after 30 days for an update and they never called me back. Then again after 45 days. After almost two months they called me back and said that they never ordered the parts and now it is a three month wait. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I would give no stars if that was allowed.

The work is great. Communication, however, not so much. Was told my car would be done on a Monday (1 week after being in shop). I called Monday and was told Wednesday. I called Thursday and was then told Monday or Tuesday of the following week. I got my car back that Thursday of that following week. I understand things happen and more damage is found, but I was not called and kept up to date on when it would be done. I had to call them. Again, satisfied with the work done but communication is important as well. Especially because I was down a car for a over 2 weeks.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

About 1 yr ago I hit a deer, took my car there to get fixed, they called me to say it was done went to pick it up. Gave them the ins check went to look over my car an low an behold the hood had fish eyes all through the paint. Popped the hood an they did not fix any of the damage under the hood. So they took it back in gave me a rental. Called next day an said it was done. Brought it home an still had to balance out my own head light. Wow i was lost with words from this place. So after all this they gave me 179$ gift card to detail my car. So a week ago I take it to get detailed pick it up bring it home an noticed they did not wind down none of the windows to clean the tops of them. Pretty sad I got 2 dogs every window an door still had dog slobber on them.. I've seen better work from $40 detail places. For further business i will tell everybody i know to never go here for anything..

I hit a deer and took it to Luciano's based off of word of mouth. They offered me a free loaner vehicle while they worked on my car at NO charge! They explained in detail all the repairs. When I got my car back I was thrilled at the job they had done! Not only did my car look brand new, the paint matched exactly, and they did a great job on the detail! Highly recommend!

Awesome first time experience with this shop! They provided an awesome customer service experience and made this process so much easier than other shops I ve dealt with in the past.The staff was super friendly and explained everything in detail along the way. The service was quick and the repair only took 2 days.They also went above and beyond what I expected. They vacuumed and washed my car. I was super impressed. I would definitely recommend!!

**DO NOT GO HERE**Went to Luciano's after a crash earlier this year because they were recommended by an Altoona local. After nearly 3,000$ of work, they returned the car and it was NOT driving the same as prior to the collision. I brought this up with them after the repairs and they said I would have to pay for an inspection from another shop to prove it wasn't fixed properly.Damage Post-"Repairs": Steering wheel doesn't sit straight when the car is moving forward. Fender gap uneven on front wheels (wheel to mud flap space) Vibrations at all speeds, especially on highways. Front body panels misaligned (hood, bumper, fender) Uneven and Excessive tire wear from improper repairs.In my experience it seems they just throw the car back together just to get it on the road and take your money instead of trying to perform quality repairs.I have doubts they even checked for frame damage with a frame measuring machine. I have had to go through the pain of dealing with insurance and auto repairs twice because now I have another auto repair shop certified by Honda to clean up the mess Luciano's made of my Honda civic.

Went here for a simple fix to fender clips, they said they fixed it nothing major was wrong. I looked, the clips were broken more after they were done then when I took it there. Can't trust them with a little job, why would anyone go there for major repairs.!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Big shout out to Mike, Sherry, Chad, Rick, and Thomas at Luciano s Auto Body for getting my car in and out very quickly. It was nice to walk into a place that I knew everyone and made the whole process pain free. Hit a deer with the left front fender that damaged the bumper cover, fender, hood, and door. After I got my car back the body lines were perfect and you would have never known that it had extensive damage before. Hopefully I don t hit anymore deer but if I do I know exactly where my car is going.

My Honda Ridgeline was in an accident on the Parkway going into Pittsburgh. Abe Napolitano and the skilled workers did an excellent job on getting my truck looking new .I wouldn t hesitate for a minute bringing another vehicle there if I ever need to again. Thank you!!

Do not go here! Damage to rear quarter panel. Then picked up and rear quarter panels wrong color. Returned to repaint to correct color. Now I just picked it up there's bubbles in the paint in the rear quarter panels AND the front quarter panels that never needed fixed has scrapes on both sides ! How can someone possibly do this?! PLEASE don't go here because you are asking for trouble and headaches !!!!
