Lady who answered the phone was extremely ignorant.Telling me I have to spend $99 just for a diagnosis, where as AAMCO provides this service for free.

I m living in Texas and you guys are not only the best on the east coast but best around here also! You helped me more then words can explain! Did an amazing job on the transmission for my f250! You guys went above and beyond what you had to do for me! Haven t met anyone else nicer my whole life then you people. I really appreciate what you guys did for me! Didn t have to pay for it to be shipped to you and fix it and send it back, and I can t thank you enough for it! You re by far the only people I will have fix any transmission I have. By far rated 5/5! Awesome work and appreciate how kind you are and everything you have done for me! Thank you!

Extremely professional, fast response time, and very pleasant to deal with. I have a 04 Chevy duramax that I took to 3 garages and they couldn t fix it, I took it to ATS and had my truck back in a timely manner, it was fixed, he talked me through the issues and what his plan of attach was going to be. It came back just as clean as it was when I dropped it off, there was no grease or oil on the handles or steering wheel. You can tell they take care of their customers vehicles as if they were their own. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ATS!

What can I say... if you break down in Altoona, PA, call ATS. I was broken down on the highway just outside of Altoona. The rollback wrecker came and scooped me and my family (with the help of some awesome state trooper) and took us to the nearest ford dealership. Once I explained my situation, that dealership said they wouldn't even diagnose it for 2 days. I called around and nobody could see me for a couple days (I get the economy we are in). Fortunately when I reached out to Stephanie at ATS, she told me to drop it off and they'd make me a priority. Once there, the tech quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and had the truck engine stripped apart awaiting the parts arrival. While this occurred, we attempted to get a one-way rental vehicle back to Virginia. No car rental company had anything available. We would still be stranded in Altoona if not for the Rockstars at ATS. If this shop was not 4.5 hrs away from my home, it'd be my go-to. Don't blow your time or money elsewhere.

I cannot say enough great things about ATS!!! Our daughters car had to be towed there for what we feared was a transmission problem. We live 3 hours away and they kept us updated on her car the entire time. Fortunately, it wasn t her transmission but he fixed it anyway for minimal cost!!! This is a very honest, trustworthy garage and I would recommend them to anyone!!! Thank You!!!

The couple that own this transmission shop are so down to earth and straight front and forward with you. They get the job done in a timely manner and it s done right. They back what they do. I highly recommend them if your in need for any transmission work. They also are highly recommended in the diesel field too. Great over all experience from start to finish.

Awesome experience! I went to an oil change appointment and was told I had a transmission fluid leak. I was in a bit of a panic because I was supposed to be heading out of town in a few days. I called ATS and they were able to get me in right away and all fixed up within a day. Superb customer service and communication all around. I recently wrote a review about my bad experience with ATS. I am now writing to say I am now a very pleased customer at this point. The owner contacted me after reading my old review and we discussed my experience and what they could do to help fix the issues. My car is now in there possession getting any of the transmission issues it has fixed and fixed properly. They were very polite and very concerned about getting everything resolved in a timely manner.

I have a LB7 duramax that needed injectors. I dropped my truck off on Monday and it was ready to be picked up Wednesday morning. My truck runs better than it has in years. These wonderful people know what they are doing, fair in price, military oriented, caring, and very professional. The only shop that I trust. The shop that actually CARES!!!!!

New to the area. Trying to get my daughters car inspected and road ready to go back to college. This outfit was on point. We were seen immediately, taken care of in a super friendly fashion and they referred us to a great place when the work required could not be done by them. They are superheroes!!! Bloop so much everyone at ATS!!! I will refer everyone I know to you!!!

I had been having issues with my 98 cummins 47re trans for months. In a short amount of time ATS found my issue and fixed it for a VERY reasonable price and everyone there was extremely personable and professional. Cant say enough good things about them. Take your vehicles there with confidence.
