We stopped in for an oil change and we were in and out in under 35 minutes. They did an 18 point inspection for free they checked lights, fluids, air filter, tire pressure, and even added windshield washer fluid!

Quick service. #1 , my visit was on a Sunday morning!!Pleasant mechanics. I had a standard oil change as well as my air filter.I remained in my car-- which is, still, weird for me.. but, that is the trend I guess.Price was competitive. The location, for me, was difficult to locate (in their defense, I am new in town and the main road to their location is shut down for construction.) I FINALLY figured out that I could drive through a restaurant's parking lot, to get there. Viola!

The team works well together and are great at checking all the tires and fluids. There is a screen next to your driver's side door (see picture) that let's you watch what they are doing under the car and hood. They asked at each step about any extras and showed me the issues as they appeared. My questions and concerns were answered without criticism. The prices were not super high, but not the lowest either.

Got in the wrong line and waited 40 minutes while cars kept going through the other bay. No greeter came to help or direct. I told the boss that I live on a dirt road and probably needed a new air filter. He said they didn't know how to check it! I drove 45 minutes home, took 3 minutes to check the filter myself, drove 1 1/2 hrs round trip to a parts store, then replaced the dirty filter myself. Staff is either incompetent or untrained. Cost was just shy of $100. I filled out their survey, for which they sent discount coupons which expired the same day! I sure do miss Oil Can Henry's! I'll be going elsewhere with all my vehicles in the future.

Did an oil change on my F-250. Cheaper than anyone else and got full synthetic to boot. Extremely professional and offered a military discount.

Very friendly and honest technicians working there. Especially Rick, he was honest about what my vehicle needed right away and what services could wait a little longer. He took the time to explain things to me properly and he even saved me some money! Definitely a very good place to take your vehicles.

Service was normal for a oil change, they did not offer a veterans discount to me being a disabled veteran.

The ONLY place I d go to get my oil change from now on. The staff is so professional and so knowledgeable. I went in today with my husband and they were training a new employee. Let me tell you, the way Mike D handled every situation with this new employee was AMAZING. The way he talked, his tone, demeanor EVERYTHING. So amazed and made me happy to see him teaching someone to become their best and having them feel like part of the team. Amazing customer service. They identified a leak in my radiator and confirmed I need a new one before performing a radiator service with a fee of $129. I had to reduce my five stars to two stars because when I brought up the fact that I forgot to bring a coupon the person did not seem to offer one like 10% off or 15% off full synthetic and I wound up paying full price as far as I'm aware this is a bit of a problem. Last time I was here they provided a coupon or discount because I brought it up this time they did not. After reply it's got bumped back up to four that's good customer service.

Quick and easy , prices were average. They forgot too put on my windshield wipers after I payed. Realized a few blocks away as they flew up my hood and over my roof. Will be going back too fix.

Great service. I like to use Motorcraft oil for my Ford truck and they gladly installed it and they only charged me for labor. They also did an a coolant/antifreeze flush and everything took about 30 minutes.

Waited in line 20 minutes then got told I had to let a different person go infront of me because he decided to wait in the middle of both lines so he get in faster then got told its company policies to let people go in front of people ever if they are not in the correct lane or anything so horrible company's go to hood rivers valvoline if I could do les stars I would

The guys at Valvoline are always so helpful. They checked my oil to make sure it was good to save me money on having to get it changed so soon! They are so nice and you can tell they have fun working together!

I stopped in on September 23rd to check my oil level and tire pressure as I was traveling out of town the next day. Your service staff recommended that I have one of my tires checked by a tire dealer in the area, as they said they found a nail in one tire. I promptly went to a local tire dealership in town and they repaired the tire. They said the nail punctured all the way through the tire. I am so grateful to your competent, courteous, and efficient service team, particularly as I was scheduled to drive out of town with a nail in my tire! This was a great experience, but I must say that every day time I visit your business with all our vehicles, I am treated with the highest quality customer service!Service: Tires

The men that work here were quick to get me in and serviced my car very quickly with a smile on their face!They kept me occupied with pleasant conversation while servicing my car and even gave my boy a sticker.Glad I went through them an I will definitely go back.

I will pass on this business going forward. Went in this morning for the 2nd time in a week was told. "Sir, can you move so this car next to you can get serviced? They've been waiting longer than you."Ok, but the reason we take the shorter line is because presumably we are going to get faster service. Why have a 2 bay shop if your going to run cars single file? And then, to have it happen twice within a week? I'm just trying to get the oil changed not be bounced to the back of the line over and over. Just take whos next in line and stop jockeying cars around! Certainly you can do better than this.

They changed oil and filled any fluids, tested my battery and i found it was not going to last another winter, so i had one installed. All the work was done rapidly and double checked by the manager. Great service!

I specifically ask that my tires and lights be checked, they said my tires were checked, continued working. I should of ask again. The invoice said neither were checked. I got home 50 miles away and next morning I had a flat tire! I won't be having my vehicle serviced there again.

Friendly service, but it just took over an hour waiting for only 2 cars ahead of us... one would think with over half a dozen guys working in there (that we saw) then it'd go by faster...
