Happy customer here! Fix Auto completely exceeded my expectations in repairing a dent. From friendly and welcoming customer service at intake to excellent quality repair, I was impressed. They were thorough, patient, anticipated and answered all my questions. The shuttle service was so convenient and helpful, and they even detailed the inside of my car. Turnaround was as promised. I had peace of mind and didn t have to wonder how it was going with the text message updates through the week. Overall, my car sparkles and looks like new! I am very satisfied and highly recommend Fix Auto in The Dalles.

Car was returned to pre-loss condition. I also learn that they scrub the interior out. That was an added bonus. I don't have any complaints. They kept in touch with me at every step of the way and they worked with my insurance company as well as the rental car. Great job guys! Keep up the good work.

Fix it auto is the best in the Dalles , hands down !! They have fixed both of my Subaru foresters . They really do an incredible job!! The customer service from the office girls is fantastic, very kind caring and keep you updated constantly!!! Fix Auto The Dalles does a wonderful job the whole way around. My car came back to me looking brand new when they were done with it and their entire staff were super nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an auto body repair shop!

Having an accident is never a pleasant experience, but Ashly, Jesse and the rest of the team at Fix Auto really helped keep it as stress free as possible. Even though some things didn t go as planned, they were always eager to get on the phone to keep me updated and to help out all the way through to the very end. I m thankful that they took the time to get me back on the road with confidence and a true dedication to customer satisfaction.Thank you!

We were referred to Fix Auto by another business in town that we trust and we are very happy with the results! In addition to the fine work at a fair price, they communicated updates on the status of the repairs by text which was very helpful! Our Toyota Camry had damage to the front bumper. I took it to Fix Auto for an estimate, I thought it was a fair price and left the car for repairs. It was agreed that after the bumper repair they would deliver the car to a shop down the street for window tinting and detailing.I was surprised to receive a text message informing me they had begun repairs, not expecting to hear anything until the car was ready to be picked up.I was immediately informed about further damage that was found and given a revised estimate. I continued to receive updates on the status of the repair and eventual delivery for tinting and detailing.The work was perfect, took less time than expected and the bill was the same as the estimate. I couldn't be more pleased.

Fix Auto was fantastic. They repaired my car after a collision with a deer, working with my insurance, and doing additional work beyond the insured repair. Wow, what an overall awful experience. Not only did they take more than three times as long as they estimated, it was shoddy work.The paint did not match, the lines in the fender/bumper were not level.I would definitely NOT recommend.

I don't even know where to start. I wish all experiences with any other company could go as well as ours did with fix auto. Every single employee was helpful and nice. We got updates with every step they took to get our vehicle back to normal. Excellent company. Excellent customer service. My car looked brand new again and drove like a dream which was my biggest concern as our vehicle had hit standing water on the highway and careened off plowing intensely through the median and really messed up the suspension and drivability. Very impressed with the repair in every way. You should absolutely take your vehicle to Fix Auto. This is a local family owned business. FixAuto assisted us with assessing the damage to our vehicle after we were in an auto accident near Hood River. Even though we lived 3 hours away, I felt well connected to the situation. Brooklyn did a great job keeping me posted on the status of the appraisal and on assisting us with getting our possessions out of our vehicle. Overall, the estimate happened in a timely manner and was fair. If I lived in the area, I would definitely use their services again.

My experience was excellent! They got my vehicle in right away and got the repairs done super fast! Really happy that they communicated with me during the whole process and my truck was also done when they said it was going to be done. Repaired front bumper, headlight, left panel. Plus all disassemble and reassemble. Painted and clear coat. They did a wonderful job, Tom battled the insurance company to get them to be responsible for all repairs. Thank you! Office staff very friendly and capable.
