I brought my 1987 Jimmy in due to an unexplained coolant leak. They identified the water pump as the cause and also replaced the belt and thermostat. Problem solved.I will bring all my vehicles here for service because of this positive and satisfying exchange.Reliable and professional. What more could you ask for. Thank you, Priority One.

Had a issue with the van not starting at times. I would be stuck for up to 1/2 hour at times. Priority One knew what was happening right from the moment I drove in. Replaced the starter and its fixed. Been almost a year and no problems! Highly Recommend these guys. They are professional, quick and know what they are doing! Thank you and I will be back!

Great service right off the bat! Just about to move out of sweet home when our car started shaking and rumbling violently. It couldn't even drive up a hill over 5 mph while fully pressing the gas pedal... they found the problem immediately and it was fixed in UNDER AN HOUR and our trip was saved! I had just shipped my car from Hawaii and needed antifreeze and an oil change. A local tire worker recommended. Priority One. The gave me a ride home and picked me up again and notified me as soon as my car was ready. The work was done well and cleanly. Sadie, the sweet dog was a bonus. My Alternator in my car was bad. Drop it off and it was fixed the next day. Was very pleased with everything. I will tell all my friends and family that the place to take your Rig for anything needed down. AAA++++

Very impressed! They got my car in fast and fixed it quickly. I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me something I dont need. They are affordable too! I wanted to find a mechanic that I can trust and continue business with. They have support and I will be recommending them to anyone who is in need. The guys there are great at solving any problem you have with your vehicle. I have used them multiple times to fix our vehicles and every time leave with the problem fixed. Great customer service and where you feel like you're priority one!

Takes forever for them to get parts ? Where talking a week or more then when parts come in they will have to fit it back in end of the week to finish it ?? Not a good way to treat people when they have been already waiting weeks .
