Excellent experience with pops garage! I blew a set of bearings on a trailer while coming down out of the mountains and I called Pops garage and they weren t able to help me because they weren t around. Thom, was up in Redmond at the time and he suggested another place which was not able to help me and returned me to pops garage. I had been hesitant to leave my trailer because it just felt like an area where someone was going to break into it but I went into town on a Sunday because the parts shops were actually open and managed to get a replacement hub For the trailer. I figured it would be an easy install but it turned out that the bearing sheared off and welded to the I don t know what it s called. Let s call a strut. I was there long enough that Tom, from pop garage stopped by on his way home to check on me and asked if I was the guy who called. I said yup he took a look at The situation and told me what I would need to do. Long story short I tried to get that piece off for an hour and then finally called him back and he came back out with the tools to knock the welded piece off and helped me out in the rain and charged me 50 bucks. Got to say I am extremely happy to have had the help! it would ve taken me a lot longer and a trip to town to get additional tools to fix this on my own and I would ve gotten the wrong tools. at home I could ve done this with the grinder , on the side of the road, I was not prepared and pops garage definitely helped me out. Highly recommend!

The tow company was great! The problem was with the insurance company sending these guys to Corvallis for me instead of a closer towing company. Took a long time but that's to be expected at 36 miles away.

This was the best tow experiences I had ever revived. He was very attentive and kind to help me during a holiday weekend. He was able to answer all of my questions and was very quick to respond. Appreciate the help! Thank you!

Called my insurance for a low profile tow on my vintage vehicle. Confirmed that I needed a low profile tow. 2 hours later guy shows up with a flat bed big enough for a bus. He proceeded to tell my wife it was her fault then insurance fault. Guy supposed to be a tow truck driver should have know what a 67 vw bus is not show up and yell at my wife like she didn t know what kind of tow she needed. I called insurance company back they confirmed I ordered a low profile tow. If you don t know what a vehicle is you should have called to confirm. The other tow company did and was very professional and so not yell at my wife. Will never do business with you again.Service: Car towing

I had a flat tire on my dually long bed truck. I was in a remote location. They got to be in 40 minutes.We are from our of town and weren't sure where to have our truck towed to for repairs. I told the gentleman who answered my call and dispatched our driver where we were staying and he suggested a nearby shop that ended up exceeding my expectations.The The driver was very skilled in loading my large truck. We road with the driver to drop off the truck at the shop, and then he gave us a ride home. He was very nice. Overall we had an exceptional experience and would recommend their services to anyone.

After an hour and a half away he showed up with the wrong type of truck. He knew my vehicle was a 1967 bus. Proceeded to yell at me because he showed up with the wrong type of equipment. After yelling at me he blamed my insurance company and left

I will be recommending POPS GARAGE for tow service to everyone. Tom was very professional and even went above and beyond for me. They came all the way up to Blue River to pick up my Chevy which had to be loaded on a flat bed and dropped it off at shop in Lebanon

Pop's was a life saver! Tom came out to where we broke down, put our truck on his flatbed and towed our travel trailer to the nearest RV park at the same time. That alone saved us hours and a lot of potential headache. He even diagnosed and fixed our truck in less than 30 minutes. I thought it would cost over $500, but we paid a lot less than that. Very fair and very honest and gets it done right! Forever grateful and recommend to anyone!Thanks again Tom!

I got a flat tire on my motorcycle and T.D. went above and beyond to help me out! I've never had the kind of service he provided! I will never call anyone else if I need a tow. I'd give more than 5 stars if i could!

I was attempting to unlock my car as I had locked my keys inside. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw the owner of Pops garage driving by. Frantically waving my arms I caught his attention. I explained what had happened. He got his tools and unlocked my car within moments. A service in exchange for a review.

What kind of business leaves a woman traveling alone stranded along side the freeway! Pops Garage said it would costv $75 to come and change a flat tire. I waited an hour and when he showed up he did not have the right size lug nut wrench and had to go back and get the right one. I waited another 2 hours and he never returned. Finally called Les Schwab in Albany. I sat stranded for 6 hours total. To top it off when I called Pops Garage to see when he would be back he hung up on me and then he wouldn't answer after several attempts. What a sleaze ball operation! My advice is don't use this company very unreliable and unprofessional!

If I could give less and 1 star I would .VERY RUDE FOR NO REASON!!! Waited an hour and a half (the expected wait time btw) Then called to see if something was wrong only to have our calls ignored... roadside assistance called on our behalf and reported he was also rude to them and was told it would be another 30 minutes. Sometimes things happen people can t keep their agreed timetable but to be a complete Ahole for no reason is unacceptable. I hope you go out of business..

Tom was right there for me yesterday. Don't know how I could have done without this man. Super nice and knowledgeable individual! I can't thank him enough for all help. He stayed right with me in a very stressful situation that I hope to never be in again!. Total support when I needed it most!

Im a 82 year old man on a fixed income and this outfit wanted to tow me to a tire shop 22 miles away because he didn't have the right tools on his truck and wanted to charge me for his mistake
