I usually love staying here, however that is not the case this trip.i paid for 3 rooms for my kids, grandkids and I. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately my room was unacceptable. After returning late, baths, jammies and getting into bed I noticed our heater/AC was full of dust bunnies, dirt and garbage. So we were unable use it. Also between head of beds and wall was food, dirt and garbage. Next morning I spoke with Jayden at the front desk as manager was out till Monday. Very rudely he told me that I should have gotten dressed and came down late last night and talked to them that he can't do anything about it. I explain I did not want to get us dressed again that late. He needs to work on his customer service and my housekeeper which I won't mention his name need to do a better quality of work.

Was able to check in a midnight, super friendly staff. We walked across the parking lot and got breakfast.Tiny room, with no coffee pot, fridge, or microwave, but it was perfect for us coming in late and leaving early. My two main complaints were that the toilet paper roll was mostly empty when we got there, and there were only two pillows on the bed. Seriously, there should be two pillows per person.

Was a guest here and stopped in late for a quick rest during a long road trip. Staff last night was extremely kind and warm when I checked in. Couldn t have been kinder but I called the front desk this morning and asked a simple question (in quite a nice tone may I add) the service couldn t have been more opposite. The woman working the front desk today though was shockingly abrasive for no reason. The way she spoke to me made me actually lightly laugh because I was so uncomfortable. Sucks when people are so rude for no apparent reason, especially when unprovoked.

The first room they put us in the bed was lump. I need back surgery so that wasn't going to work for me. Plus, there was no refrigerator, which I needed for my ice packs for my back. The next room looked clean at first. We went out for New Year's so when we got back it was late. I got looking around and I wanted to throw up. The dust, dog/cat hair in the heater vent. Built up hair and dirt the the corners on the floor and all along the baseboards. Just disgusting. If it wasn't after 1 AM I would have gone somewhere else. There was a dead bug in the bath room covered in dust, so it had been there awhile. The top sheet was tissue thin. It couldn't even be used as a rag. From sitting on the bed with my feet up I found a cat hair on my sock. I am allergic to dogs and cats and my nose run the whole time I was there. Once I got out in the fresh air and in my car it stopped. Oh yeah, something was spilled in front of the refrigerator and never mopped up.Rooms: On the back side of the motel the rooms get all of the noise from the freeway.Noteworthy details: If you're hoping for a place that serves breakfast this one does not. Just coffee.

Update: phone rang twice late at night. Finally unplugged it. Could hear phones ringing in other rooms. Please fix the phone system. If you stay here, unplug the phone if you want a full night sleep. This is my second stay in two years and both times Steven is awesome. This spot is a hidden secret. Great location, clean grounds and landscaping. Super clean comfortable rooms. Most importantly, my well behaved parrot of 36 years is welcomed with open arms. This location has made me a customer for life.Noteworthy details: Well behaved parrot is accepted and that is very hard to find at "pet friendly hotels".

Overall, the stay was good. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The rooms could ve been a little better cleaned (walls were dirty, floors not swept), bed could be updated, poor bedding. . . pretty much what you would expect from a inexpensive hotel.Food & drinks: Apple Peddler right next door. That was nice!

You get what you pay for the room was we were supposed to get a handicap room and there was no handicap axsays they put a handicap chair in the shower but it was too big for the shower it was just not a good fit for what we had already prepaid for but it sits right next to a restaurant right off the highway and that want what that was convenient

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. He seemed to try to find us a room with at least a refrigerator, if not a microwave. We wanted both, but evidently that's not available at this Motel 6 anymore. He said most rooms had those things taken out. The location was fine; close to the freeway. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were small. Cleanliness: the less said about that, the better, but this is a review, so...it was not a clean room. That isn't necessarily the housekeeping staff's fault, because I doubt anyone could fully clean that room. I understand that this is a Motel 6, but most are still decent. To the owners: renovate your motel or descend to the ranks of the type of place that travelers instinctively avoid. Your motel is *this close* to becoming a flop house.Rooms: If you want a fridge and microwave in the room, you must ask for it before checking in. The desk attendant said they don't have many rooms with those in them anymore.

Everything seems to be in order. Got the military rate $5 bette. Quiet and clean. Not bad for a pet friendly place.Food & drinks: Close to a decent restaurant, McDonald's and Burger King adjacent. Others within a short walk.

I recently found this GEM of a motel in Sutherlin Oregon. Truly, it is a hotel...not motel. It used to be a higher end hotel before Motel 6 took it over. It is absolutely beautiful from the time you step in to going into your room. Everything is super clean, modern and appealing! I stayed at a Hampton Inn before and spent over $200 for a room. This place blew them away with a rate of a little over $70 bucks a night! The room was big! The shower, bathroom and entire unit were amazing! Even the water pressure that came out of the shower was astounding! There is an elevator! They offer FREE coffee or tea in the morning and everything is easy to get to. Steven and Dawn worked the front desk. They were SO nice and helpful. Steven gave us a tip of where to go to dinner and it was great! I wish ALL Motel 6 s were like this one. We stayed at one that was SO filthy that I had to ask for another room. You will have NO problem with this fantastic place! TV and cell reception was great. The air conditioner, amenities and most of all...the bed was super clean with a great mattress! I woke up so refreshed because of this lovely place. Do yourself a favor! Book a room here or just walk in like we did. You won t be disappointed. Be sure to ask for the Senior discount if booking on your own. You can t get it by walking it. But truly...that was no big deal. I LOVE this Motel 6 and will be back when my travels send me here again!

We stayed one night here, conveniently located near restaurants and freeway. We took a chance on this budget friendly renovated motel with no pet fees, but did not have a pleasant experience with our room. There were dirty clothing left inside the closet floor, stained towels from the dusty shelves, no tissues in tissue holder, visible mold in restroom, cracked mirror, and no hair dryer in room. My skin started itching and breaking out, so I did not sleep well. If you are looking for affordability and do not care for cleanliness, this may work for you. Otherwise, you are better off paying a bit more for peace of mind and clean comfortable rooms.

Pros: Exterior of the building is beautiful - love the light blue. The room itself had updated furniture and nice laminate floors. All the mirrors in the room were clean and the room did not have any weird odors.Cons: I had read other reviews prior to arriving and came prepared with our own towels, bedding, and cleaning supplies. Highly recommend this strategy!!! The bedding was filthy! I pulled back the sheets and found hair and debris everywhere. Just in case it was a fluke, I checked the other bed. It was even worse!! Bugs and large thick hairs lay on the sheets. Clearly the bedding was not washed between travelers. We stripped one bed and used our own bedding.Tons of dirty brown patches (about 2 feet's worth) were on the wall next to the bed. I used a Clorox wipe to remove the debris.Bathroom towels appeared to be washed (smelled like bleach) but had several large clumps of hairs intertwined in the fibers. Opted to use our own towels.Freezer was very disturbing. Needed to be defrosted and deep cleaned - it had piles of strings, hairs, and garbage inside.Summary: Everything else in the area was booked, so we took a chance. Upon check-in we wiped everything down with Clorox wipes, mopped the room, and stripped the bed. Do that, and it's a decent place to stay.

This room was horrible. It was so dirty. There was mouse poop and gum in the air conditioner. The tub was dirty and had boot prints and hair. The bd was filthy and every surface had grime, bugs and nasty smells. We slept a couple of hours and then left. Should have just slept in the carRooms: Extremely dirty. Seen better in 3rd world nations

Rooms were dirty. They serviced the room the second day took used towels, did not replace. Front desk told me I had to bring soiled towels to get clea ones. The bath tub got cleaned once in 4 days. We wee Coming off the tyree complex absolutely filthy you can imagine the dirt in the tub. Other firefighters asked me if I have a similar experience with the dirtiness and the poor housekeeping I said. Absolutely, yes, I'll never stay at another 666 again. Filthy

We stayed here over night arrive in evening times . Rooms are NOT clean!!!When we got there outside and lobby looked and seemed very clean. Lady was very nice up front . But bath rooms very gross!!! Hair and dirt in bathtub! Sucks if you have little ones that takes bath but we had to just shower the kids . Also toilets have not been cleaned in awhile barely any toilet paper (no extra ) and only 1 towel especially when it s suppose to be enough for 4 people .. ? Also floors are dirty and dusty I walked bare foot and it felt like sand . It is a motel but things that could be avoided if cleaners did the job right .

Seemed friendly staff, but poor response to fix or correct anything. I stayed in room 205 non smoking. Remote was lost inside the underneath of the bed. I had to request A new remote that did not work. Later my child had bumped the bed just right, and another remote that belonged to the room fell out. The first night we didn't use the TV. Mold. The outside looked well kept from what noticed. Blue building. The inside was opposite. Hair, and debris in all areas. Very disgusting. Even if you try to run a bath, sheets, entire hotel. If you stand in front of thr toilet. Look at the right side wall near a medal part. Brown mark 2 inches long. Everyone in my family commented about it. Housekeeping visited all 4 days, but the room was never cleaned. All debri, dirt etc stayed the same. Towels and soap were the only noticeable change.Very unclean in all areas of the hotel. Bathroom, halls, beds, floor, drawers, sheets, counter, fridge, microwave, all. Smells of mold and water damage. Even after housekeeping comes in. Very unclean.Right off the interstate. Dog park is fenced in. No pool. No breakfast. Just a roof over your head type feel. Coffee and BKing is near by,gas station in same parking lot. This is such a dirty hotel. A couple years ago this hotel was nice to stay at. Not any longer; needs cleaned. The door also did not close fully. It has an air pump so the first time we left. We may have actually left it unlocked, and open (or from housekeeping doing routine stop ins for towels). The door is ajar, but looked closed. The beds hurt kids, and adults backs, and body. Terrible mattress to sleep on.Very loud thin walls. Anytime I entered the hotel I got a call from the hotel for noise. It was just from entering the room. So the below person mentioned noise twice. We could hear people talking, walking, babies crying, and so on. The entire hotel is noisy. All hours.Stay somewhere else if at all possible. I would not book here again. I wish I took photos. It's terrible. Don't stay. The cushion that has always been placed by the window was also missing. No longer there. So it's just wood. Nothing to sit on. No comfort. The A/c did work. Odor, but could keep cool or Crack window for moisture reasons. It looks more like a local live in type hotel now. If it were a very small hotel, & people pay weekly for a roof. It doesn't remind me of the motel 6 I remember. I have stayed here several times in the past due to local family near city. I would pay more if possible, and stay elsewhere. We stayed 4 nights. So it wasn't just a pit stop choice.Other guest also complained about the alignment in the hotel elevator. Being a risk for his cane/walking. Be careful. The elevator appeared to be falling apart. Floor up. The stairs were smelly, and filthy. The windows and screens were damages. The hall floors are bouncy and sponge like feeling. Severe odor. Unclean. We never had the wi fi password. Unsure on how that worked.Stay in roseburg or other area. Costco/gas is also 20 min from this hotel

Clean but basic. If you need a clean safe place to sleep this will work. Bed was very firm and blankets were thin. You get what you pay for. It was a small room with a bed and a bathroom. No fridge, no microwave, no coffee.Rooms: We stayed in a queen room. It was a very small room with a bed, the bathroom, a window seat and a desk. There was no extra space to sit down or move around. No mini fridge, microwave, or coffee in the room. The TV was on top of the wardrobe which made watching anything a little awkward as the TV was at ceiling height.

I can just say that Tom Bodet would be very disappointed. Upon arrival, the staff were very friendly and courteous. The room had no microwave or refrigerator. The wall had what appeared to be bloody boogers on it and a lot of dirt on the walls. The shower, which we did use after bleaching, had all the fixtures molded off the walls. The bedding had someone else s hair all in it. Would not stay here again, unfortunately. Felt so dirty the entire weekend.

Over all it was a fine experience. Better than what I expected from a motel 6 to be honest (no offense). The staff was super friendly and the lobby was clean and they had complimentary coffee and tea available :) the rooms were decent - I didn t feel gross in them. But there were stains on the window seat, a few holes in the wall and the bedding was pretty snagged. The shower head was coming out of the wall a bit and the water pressure wasn t great and there were no toiletries (which I was expecting no toiletries so that s fine). To end with a positive the sheets were clean and the room didn t smell and the beds were fairly comfortable :)

I couldn t sleep the first day I checked in. The staff were using the storage door across from my room. I told front desk and he said he would talk to staff. Next day it was worse! I called the desk and asked for no service housekeeping banged on my door and proceeded to enter my room. The lock stopped them. Then noisy teenage girls arguing and laughing very loudly. Front desk stopped them first night but not second night. Maybe it was my room location but when I stay over at a motel and or ask for no service and they demand the right to bang on my door and slam doors. All I asked was that staff be more sensitive to others who may be sleeping. I won t stay there again
