Overpriced, only "honest and decent" when first trying to sign you up for a policy. Family dealt with Michael Boehm and thankfully went with another much better, bigger, for a wonderful price chain insurance firm.Avoid.How apropos that Michael Boehm should try to question my review in his reply to my rating. Deflection behavior displayed by him is good for all to read. He treated my immediate family disrespectfully while attempting to hard sell them on overpriced insurance. Again, thankfully they went with a much larger national insurance company and love it! And I've only time to leave reviews for which I feel the public should be warned of, so yes a 0-star review for Michael Boehm Insurance.

We've always gotten good service and good rates from Michael at Farmers. He is consciencious about making sure our coverage is up to date and covers us adequately. He is also friendly and helpful - whenever we have questions he's right there to answer them. And if he isn't there, his staff gets the answers for us. We are very pleased to be working with him on our insurance needs.

Michael Boehm is a great insurance agent that provides his services with honest & up front information but no pressure to purchase. He is very knowledgeable about both insurance and investments. I would highly recommend giving his office a call!

Michael Boehm and his staff have always provided exceptional service for my family and i. Pro active in configuring our policies to save us money while providing the optimum coverage for my families needs. Michael is easily available for questions or concerns, maintains frequent communication and follow up when adding coverage or guiding us through the claims process.

Mike Boehm and his assistant Katie have stood by us faithfully ever since they started at Farmers in Sutherlin, OR. We have been with Farmers since 1973, and have always been helped every time we have to call them with changes or problems. Of course we would always recommend Farmers to anyone.The only problems we have ever had is with the Payment Processing Center in Los Angeles. When we made a mistake on our check for our premium amount last month, they sent us a "Notice of Cancellation of Insurance for Non-Payment of Premium". After we got over the shock, I found out they just wanted more money for the shortage, and they would cancel their cancellation (?). That seemed a little rough, but that's what happens when companies have to contract out their accounting.

I would and will recommend Mike to my friends and associates, he was friendly, helpful and was able to get me a good price on auto, home, and my business insurance and surety bond.You want.to be treated right, talk to Mike!

Farmers covered my home in Paradise, Ca after the Camp Fire - fully! Neighbors with other insurance companies a year later are still fighting with them about settlements! We had cash for living expenses from Farmers immediately. This company. and this agent are the best! Go Ducks!

I have not had cause to use my insurance other than to be legal to drive for two years so far . I understand if my garage burns only my house insurance covers the garage but not the truck . These are things that are not expanded on when you buy house or truck insurance .

It is nice having a local office to work with, I gave them a 4 star rating only because sometimes they are hard to get ahold of and we have had a few hiccups with misspelled names and such, but otherwise they are a good company to do business with.
