First time stopping by for some new windshield wipers. The girl working there was extremely helpful and nice and got the new wipers on super fast! Definitely keep this my go to place

Great service. Funny guys. Very knowledgeable and if not, they try to figure it out on the spot if they can. They had what I suspected I would need but they gave me helpful tips to make sure I'm 100% decided on an item before purchasing. They didnt make me feel pressured to buy the item right away or anything.

Love Eric & Norma, they truly care about the people that work for them, providing benefits that most large companies don t even offer. They care about their community and give back time and time again. You need good reliable advice and products that a company stands by? Then go to the Silverton Napa or the one in Mt Angel. They will give you the best possible service from a family owned and operated business with that small town appeal. Anyone who says otherwise has an agenda that isn t realistic. We love you guys keep doing everything you ve been doing.

I absolutely love this NAPA store. They always go above and beyond when I need help. They are so knowledgeable, and have helped me do everything from choosing the right battery, to telling me the difference between motor oils, and walking me through the process of clay cleaning my car, and even changing wipers on my motor home. I can t say enough good things about this place.Customer for life!

The situation with regard to face coverings is not exactly as stated in Megan Santana's review. She fails to mention that there is a very large sign outside the entrance drawing attention to the fact that due to health and safety concerns, not all employees will be wearing a face covering at all times. It further states that should any customer wish for the employee who is assisting them to put a face covering on, they should ask and we will gladly comply. Additionally, it details other purchasing options for curbside service, which include telephone or on line at napaonline.com. To reply to the comment about our refusal to wear a face covering when asked, that claim is simply not true. We care deeply about the safety of others, whether they be a customer or employee. We have had physical barriers and forced distancing since the beginning of the pandemic. We simply have found that a "one size fits all" rule does not work in every situation.

Having staff who actually know how to look something up in the books (online and actual book) is worth paying a little more for. Most places just go to the internet to look something up which I can do just as easily. These guys actually have a parts inventory system that you can see a ton of information on that you can't find on google.

Helpful staff and usually have parts in stock. Only reason I didn't give 5 starts is that it can take up to 15 minutes waiting to get parts.

being a teenager not knowing anything about engines of cars can be scary, but napa hasn t let me down yet and they re always super kind when i go in. i ll be buying all my parts from this location until i leave silverton for college.

Make sure you do your research and have the part number on hand before coming here. These guys have given me the wrong part time and time again when I have them look up my truck, they never double check their work. Its frustrating driving 20 miles back home only to find out you have the wrong part and having to drive back to get the right part. It's not just me, for my friends and co-workers have also experienced the same problems with this Napa. I now drive the few extra miles to the Napa in Molalla where I am guaranteed the right part and expertise.

No signage to direct folks on where to go for returns - stood in line behind 2 other customers & the clerk (who knew I was there with a return (battery)) didn't let me know to go back to the parts counter to get re-directed back to her ... she was too busy chatting it up.

Had a free lunch and product display at the time. ... sold me a new auto battery and agreed to check and overnight charge the removed (un used) battery in the event it may still be rechargeable.

Wow.. Expensive! The employees are arrogant, unfriendly and not very knowledgeable. With new competition in town you think they would change. They haven t. Go somewhere else.

I've used this store for all my auto parts for years and since cars are my hobby I go through a lot of parts. The staff are very knowledgeable and professional and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
