Super great guy, didn't even pay to have any work done but after our car broke down on the side of the road we ended up at Bill's. Car was beyond repair and we had to leave it parked directly in front of his main door for a week while we sorted stuff out. He was incredibly nice about the whole thing, super knowledgeable and made a pretty terrible situation far more pleasant. 10/10

Had car issues on our way home to Redmond from pdx unfortunately, however bills was able to get me back on the road within a short period of time and did not burn a hole in my wallet.. very appreciative.. thank you guys

I took my Toyota in for the 40,000 mile check up. Oil change and tire rotation. Gresham Toyota wanted under $500. Bill charged me under $300.

A good auto shop is so hard to come by but luckily I found Bill's! These guys are honest, knowledgeable and reliable. I had my 2 vans repaired here this year and will not be going back to the dealership as long as Bill's is open. Everything was done on time and correct. I highly recommend you to use them for your auto repair needs!

Our experience with Bill's Automotive was wonderful. Friendly staff, knowledgeable mechanic that fixed a misfire issue with our challenger that has been giving us grief. Bill's is our second shop looking into the ongoing problem. Thrilled to say no return of misfire and we took it back for the transmission to be serviced. Give Bill's a chance for your repair needs.

They were able to fit my truck into their schedule at the last minute for an oil change. I travel full time with my family in our 5th wheel, so we re not in one place for very long. Thanks for getting the work done with short notice. We re on to the next stop!

Awhile back I took a car in to replace a ball joint after noticing it needed it on the front driver's side while rotating tires(control arm was wobbly).I was given a fair price and agreed to the service, but then it doubled after I was called saying I needed two new front ball joints. I swear I only noticed one was bad, I had physically shook the suspension on all four corners and only noticed one was bad. Felt very questionable at the time, but I had already sold the car pending this repair so I agreed and quickly moved forward.I regret not having the time to confirm the repair every time I drive by this place, feel like I was swindled to this day.

I have worked with them about 10 times now on small jobs and bigger jobs. I trust that 100%, they do great work and they only get done what needs to be. No racking up the bill on you here. Their quality of work is supirior and highly competitive. Also they do all sorts of mechanical work on any type of car. Their prices are average to the high side but it is well worth it and you get what you pay for here! I've had small issues before and since I am a repetitive customer they haven't even charged me on more then one occassion. If you want the job done right go to Bill's automotive in Sandy! I drive 25 miles away to take all my vehicles there as its worth it!

These guys don't lie to you!! Honest service and some of the best pricing I've ever seen. Nevermind the guy at the front counter he's a little rude at times, but your vehicle will be repaired timely and affordably EVERY time!

We called in on our 1998 Explorer with what we suspected was an alternator replacement. They got the vehicle at 9:30 am after the call at 8:00 am. Said they would to a diagnosis and call back with a quote and an estimate of how long it would take. Got a call back at 11:00am and Willie said they would work it in. Got the final call at 2:30 pm. to come pick up the rig. No hassles, no surprise charges, very prompt service, and a most courteous counter person, Willie. I highly recommend Bill's Auto in Sandy.

Did a cross country road trip from the east coast. Bill checked out my van for the return trip - from Bills in Sandy, drove down the west coast to LA, 4000 miles and the van drove great, no problem. Glad I stopped at Bills.

Had 8am appt on a Thurs. Shopped to 9:30 at Feddys. Nothing done. Finished at 10:30. Fluids not checked or filled. I just bought the Suv was excited. Thought i would get vehicle serviced and checked out. Thought would be better than Jiffy Lube At least you get a check list of whats done. I asked for Castrol synthetic. Got Blend. Told saved me money Had to ask is my vechicle needed anything. Was told a a/c belt. Odd Herzog Mierer Beaverton Mazda just replaced it 10 days prior.Heard great stuff about you. Not impressed. Tires over inflated. window cleaner level low. Water level low. Trans. Fluid iffy. And all for a cheap $47.00. Sorry, think Jiffy Lube would be an inprovement.Service: Oil change

I recently took my vehicle to Bill s Automotive to have the window regulator and rear differential replaced. Afterwards, the window was misaligned to the point that it interfered with the window frame and the replacement differential (which they had picked out) was leaking badly. These are both very obvious things that they should have noticed before I picked up the car. I understand that mistakes happen, but a proper test-drive and quick once-over should have uncovered these issues.When I took the vehicle back to them and pointed out these problems they acknowledged the issues and scheduled my car for service three days later. At that point they had fixed the window but then proceeded to tell me that fixing the differential leak would cost me an additional 4.5 hours of labor. I declined because I would rather take my car to another shop.The bottom line is that I would not recommend this shop due to their poor attention to detail and that they would not guarantee the replacement differential to be fully functional when it left the shop. This is unfortunate because they seem like a very friendly shop and were kind enough to re-align my window.

Knowledgeable. More than honest. Extremely fair pricing. Friendly and will take the time to explain everything in detail. Will not tell you that you need anything you don't need. Superior service! Have and will recommend to anyone looking for a shop they can trust.

Went to bills auto repair with a good latch problem that couldn't be repaired due to a prior accident.but instead of saying sorry can't help ya they made a lever so it could be opened and no chg. Thanks bills ! I'll be back .check them out across from sandy ore Freddy's

Called to get a quote and was met with attitude and silence trying to talk to the guy who picked up. How would you trust a shop that s going to disrespect you over the phone when they don t even know to work on your car.
