Service was fast but they damaged the rubber rain seal on the engine bay cowling. When questioned they denied it and would not repair. I know it's only $50 part. but I should not have to replace it when it was broken by their hands. Yes, I understand the rubber is dry and brittle from Sun damage, but the proper care was not taken on removal. Or if Damage is unavoidable then it should have been disclosed beforehand. It's Obvious that someone used a putty knife or something to pry it up off the glass. instead of using a heat gun or solvent first to break the adhesion. So. Burn me once but not twice. I will not take my business to them again.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Absolutely, hands down, the BEST Autoglass business in Roseburg OR!I had a wind created rattle. After numerous troubleshooting attempts, I could not figure it out.A-1 installed my new windshield, so I decided to see if they could help. AND HELP THEY DID! Micheal, Skye and Joey found the issue AND fixed the issue! (Which had nothing to do with the windshield or the windshield install) Not only is my truck cab now rattle free, they did not charge me a cent for their time or what they did to stop the rattle! NOW THAT IS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!OUTSTANDING! Thank you!!!Reyavoni

Pretty great , 4 th window done there , they do a great job and reasonably priced . One car was older and they were able to save the original trim beauty ring . I'm happy they eve tried that instead of generic trim .

They fixed a small Crack in my car window. When it didn't come out prefect. They didn't charge me. They have good integrity.

The crew at Roseburg's A1 Autoglass are top notch. Polite, professional, skilled. Scheduling was easy, quote received well in advance of the repair, options were given on repair AND they made the insurance side super easy. Good quality work on a windshield replacement in an older car, which usually is a bit harder due to rust and similar.Service: Auto windshield replacement

They truly talked big dlivered little ...said no problem so small one person drove it in another drove it out ..the guy that brought it out said on.the resisn will be there ..now it is sat and it is worse almost than when i took it in..lied about the service they could do b4 the work was done and started excuses when they brought it out 55 dollars for taking my.pick up on a test drive for less than 15 minutes in an out well playedService: Window repair

Idk what happened to the manager Blaine but the new guys there weren t friendly. I had weatherstripping replaced on a quarter window and it was $200 (just the rubber around the window). I was double charged labor and charged for parts that I provided. They also started over 45 minutes late on the job. As a business owner that works with glass I will not be using them again.Service: Installation

My insurance deductible was too high so had to pay out of pocket for a 1998 Dodge Ram 1500. Best quoted price in town. No hidden coat; cost quoted is what you pay. They did a quick, excellent job. Very professional. Highly recommend, especially if you have to pay out of pocket.

Replace the windshield in my Toyota Tundra today I have full coverage glass replacement insurance so it didn't cost me out-of-pocket expenses. Zack had replaced my windshield and did a wonderful job. He vacuumed out the front of the vehicle didn't look like he left much of anything. Was in and out and a timely manner. I would recommend to go to this place.

The service was extremely poor and unprofessional. Whoever was working, was rude and disrespectful. I ve used this business multiple times and never had any issues working with the manager Blaine, I wish he was still there!

I bought a car with a shattered windshield from an auction and brought it to A-1. They told me it would be 3-4 hours before it was ready. They got it done in under 3 hours and it only cost me $289. They also give you 3 rock chip repairs for as long as you own the vehicle! I would highly recommend them to anyone who need a windshield repair!!

Had a car break-in while travelling through town, and while we couldn t stick around to get it repaired, A1 Auto Glass fixed it up for us to continue on our way. Great people, amazing service.

They made a mistake on the cost of my repairs, then called later after the repairs were complete and I had paid and asked for more money. Just bad form. Will not work with them again.
