In my opinion, they shouldn't hang signs in their business that they don't plan to follow themselves. There is a list of items that you can legally get back from your vehicle that they have posted next to the desk. I had a hard time getting my credit and debit cards and state ID card back after my accident and I had all my paperwork showing ownership of the vehicle on me. After they kicked my husband off the property when he called the police on them, they locked the door with me still inside. I just got out of a 3 day stay at the hospital (broken hip from the accident) and was still medicated. I had other belongings in the car that could be used to steal my identity and banking info that they refused to return to me. Very poor business ethic. I would rate less stars if I could.

Today my 5th wheel was moved from Winchester Bay and the driver was excellent, extremely helpful and definitely drove great! Couldn't have been happier with the move, price was right for the job! Good job Mast Bros!

Driver took a while to show up. Probably on another call out , was courteous and prompt when he arrived. Quick service foe the feeOverpriced I think. Did not provide receipt for his services.. otherwise he was good at his profession.

I had mechanical problems with my vehicle and was stuck alongside of the road. Called Mast Brothers. Thankfully someone picked up on the second ring. They immediately dispatched a tow truck. The truck and driver promptly showed up. He towed my vehicle to the shop and was gracious enough to take me to a nice location where I could wait for a ride home. Very nice, courteous service.

Did a great job hauling my 30' travel trailer (from Coos Bay to Florence) on a low boy flatbed due to my trailer having a cracked chassis, which made it unsafe to tow. I was very happy with the service that I received with this company. The person on the phone and the service person that towed my vehicle both were very professional and polite went out of their way to help me to get my car back to Sutherlin. The tow truck was quick to respond and was very cautious with loading and unloading my vehicle. The driver was courteous to me. My only complaint was that he used some foul language (regarding other drivers) in my presence, which I found offensive.

Oh, we were panicked and were really stuck on a winding part of the 101 with our trailer. The driver worked extra hard and extra carefully to get the trailer onto his flatbed truck. My daughter was in an accident where she was not able to walk by the time we got to the tow yard less than five days later when she was released from the hospital and got to the tow yard they charged us $6,000 dollars. Ended up giving them the title and they knocked 70% off the bill still had to scrounge up $2 grand just to get her belongings out. Dont know how businesses like this sleep at night honestly. Smdh

This is one of the worse companies I have had the misfortune of working with. They are trying to scam me out of $7K for towing and impounding a camper that was totaled over 3 years ago. When I called to talk to them, not 1 but two of the people that answered the phone were extremely rude, and tried to intimidate me into paying them for something they know full well I am not responsible for. Do not use this company, they are crooks and thiefs.
