They are so friendly and helpful. Pulled off my tire for a full check. No leak found no charge to me. Inside is looking great also.

I live in Bandon. I was traveling on Hwy 38 back to coast after a medical test in Eugene. Already a stressful day, I hit a rock in road around milepost 29 that put a big hole in tire. Got the tiny spare on car with busy traffic going by. No cell service until I got into Reedsport. Called Les Schwab at 5:54 pm. They close at 6! The guys waited for me and put 4 new tires on in 20 minutes! (AWD) They were so nice and efficient. They didn't make me feel they were put out by my late need for service. I am SO grateful to them!

Oh, the tire woes we face in the morning! Picture this: I wake up to a text from my wife, who kindly informs me that one of the tires on my trusty Sienna has decided to take a nap and go flat. Now, these tires aren't ancient relics; they're fairly new, so I figured it must be an innocent nail playing hide-and-seek. Armed with determination, I filled up the tire, only to realize I was mistaken. It wasn't a nail that caused the mischief, but a cheeky little screw. Well, isn't that just my luck?In my quest to resurrect my deflated wheel, I turned to the local Les Schwab, hoping for a miracle. My heart trembled with worry, fearing they'd deliver the dreadful news that my tire was beyond repair. You know how it goes, right? Those other tire places (ahem, no names mentioned) tend to be excessively cautious, secretly hoping to convince me to part ways with my hard-earned cash for a shiny set of new tires.But oh, the sweet symphony of surprise! Les Schwab, the mavericks of customer service, shattered my preconceptions. Not only did they refrain from the upsell dance, but the cost of the repair was a shining example of their greatness. I was fully prepared to shell out a solid twenty bucks for the fix, maybe even twelve if I was feeling optimistic. Lo and behold, they did it for free! Yes, you heard me right. Free, as a "courtesy." It was like discovering a hidden treasure chest filled with gold doubloons. Sure, I didn't buy the tires from Les Schwab, as they were on sale at Walmart, but that didn't matter to them. They bestowed their benevolence upon me nonetheless.Now, with the tire mended and my status as the hero of the day (at least in my wife's eyes), life couldn't be better. What more could a humble driver ask for? Sure, you might be tempted to chase a few bucks elsewhere, but let me tell you, my friend, the kind of service you get at Les Schwab is unparalleled. They're the masters of the tire domain, the wizards of customer satisfaction. So, if you find yourself in a tire predicament, don't hesitate to join the Les Schwab bandwagon. It's a magical place where tires are rescued, customers are delighted, and heroes are made.

Stopped in here to get a quick tire issue looked at. The employees here took a quick look and fixed it up free of charge. Really reassuring for us Canadians to get back home. Top notch service, gentlemen.

I was passing through the area and had to replace two tires on my RV. I brought the wheels in to Les Schwab on a Saturday morning, and they had the tires replaced within 30 minutes! Great customer service and better-than-anticipated turnaround time! They were worth the drive from Florence.

Unprofessional and dishonest store manager at this location. Caused damage to a customers car, lied to insurance company and turned it into another customers car insurance when they weren't even at fault!!!!! Called area manager in Eugene to let him know.

While camping at Winchester Bay, our RV coach battery failed. A call to Les Schwab got the battery changed at my campsite within two hours. Awesome service. Glover

As I drove up to the service bay an employee came out to greet me, enquire what services I required. I was guided into the service bay, and invited to the service counter to complete the database service form. The two front tires were installed, delivered to me within thirty minutes.This location services cars, pickup, commercial trucks, UTVs, ATVs for rims, tires, etcetera. I would enthusiastically recommend them.

Big fan of Les Schwab some of the tires obviously wear out sooner than they say but they do fix flats for free one wonderful people and the service is great

The staff were above and beyond helpful. We were hundreds of miles away from where we are from and needed to leave a disabled boat. They kept it inside so our things would be safe until we were able to return in a few days. They fixed our problem for a very reasonable price. We would have really been in a bad way without their help. Thank you guys!!!

Traveling home we got a flat on one of our rear tires on the RV. We pulled into the store and were greeted by one of the staff.The were busy, but told us the could help.A little over an hour later we were on our way.Great service, friendly, very professional.While working on the tire the rain came in hard, the staff were great about us bringing our 5 month old golden into the store to keep dry.She made lots of new friends..Thank you for your help!!

Andrew was amazing! We were traveling in our coach and were unsure of our tire pressure. We drove it over to Les Schwab and Andrew was able to fill up our tires and get us in our way. We can rest easy knowing Andrew did a great job. Thank you!

Super grateful to the team at Les Schwab! We were traveling through the area when we ran into brake issues on our converted school bus motor home. Of course, it happened on a Saturday morning when most places are closed. We needed a tow, because we couldn t stay where we were on the side of the road, but where can you tow your vehicle when all the mechanics are closed? We called Les Schwab, and asked if they could take a look at our motorhome to see if it was something they could fix. They said no problem, bring it by! After the tow truck driver backed it into the bay and left, they took a look at our motorhome. It appeared we had some bigger mechanical issue with our overall system, issues they don t work on, so they pointed us to Coast Diesel (who we ended up going to and also highly recommend). When it came time to limp our motorhome over to Coast Diesel, Les Schwab went above and beyond with their customer service. Even though we weren t technically their customers because they didn t charge us a dime, they offered to escort us over to the mechanic with one of their safety vehicles, all in the midst of them being super busy! We are so grateful to everyone who worked there for being so kind, understanding, and helpful! It was a super stressful week for us, and they made it so much less stressful. This was my first experience with a Les Schwab and won t be my last. They will definitely be my go-to for tires in the future!

We were on a road trip and our back tire went flat. Luckily we were close to this place and pulled over. We expected a big delay, however they took us in right away and repaired our tire. They were so friendly and helpful. We were back on the road within 30 minutes. We would highly recommend this tire shop!

I went in shortly before closing time to have my battery tested. I was from out of town and having car trouble. The employee at the counter was welcoming eventhough it was close to the end of the day. He assured me that time was not an issue. I had a great experience today. Les Schwab is awesome, no matter what town you're in!

Car on rack 10 times. Still not right. Each time told it's "a different car now". Each time car is just as unaligned as before. The employees are nice but the inability to fix car is unsettling. Not to mention loose bolts found on front end. Just guessing at what is wrong pulling money and time. Very dissatisfied.

My wife and I were traveling at the coast over this past Turkey Day. The front wheel bearing on my Dodge 3500 2 wheel drive truck went out. They quoted me $545.97. $380.98 for the bolt on hub assembly, plus $164.99 for labor. I watched the guy do the repair and it took him 50 minutes. The repair is fine. Here is my gripe. They used the most expensive hub assembly on the market. You can buy one on the internet with a lifetime warranty for $100.00. I called several other Les Schwab tire centers and inquired about the labor charge. They told me they have two prices for labor charges on this repair. If the repair takes 1 1/2-3 hours it will be $164.99. If it takes 1 hour it will be $99.00. So, my repair took 50 minutes. I was overcharged on labor by $65.99. I feel taken advantage of. When this happens again and it will because everyone breaks down sooner or later, I will take my truck somewhere else for repair. I can tell you, Les Schwab, (if he were still alive), would not approve of this over charge.FOLLOW UP. Approx. 2 days after we got back home I called into the main office of Les Schwab and talked to Kaylee. He said they are very concerned about this and want to work with me on this. Kaylee said give me a few days to investigate, and I will get back to you. The few days turned into 3 months. No response. I called them back and they told me they have no record of my complaint. Typical big company response. I had bought all my tires for 8 different rigs from this company for 48 years. Well, after this experience, I am DONE with them. They advertise service, ya, Lip Service.

Gave me awesome prices on good used tires to where I got all 4 replaced when everywhere else i would've only been able to do 2 cause to expensive. Also did other maintenance on my car in timely manner. A couple of employees were pretty rude but still handled the job..Highly Recommend

I had an appointment to have my M/T 35x13.5 tires balanced and rotated along with having the steering linkage replaced. They got the truck in on time and were done in the two hours and price they quoted me. They were friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

These guys always do their best whether it's a tire rotation or a free flat repair. Just got a new set of tires and I love them. It's great that they come with free flat repairs and free rotations and free balancing for the life of the tires. Total piece of mind for when I'm on the road with my family. It's comforting knowing that nearly every town I pass that if I have a problem there is a Led Schwab near by to help me out.

I went to see if they would pull my studs first I was told well that's to long of a job I don't want to do it than I stated well it's your job than he told me $50 a tire and I asked him to do a price check he came back with $150 for all 4 tires but said I need to leave my car all day and he might be able to get to it he was unsure so I never went back I will find someone else that can do it

Usually an oil change is a chore but a few weeks ago I went in and had one of the most pleasurable experiences of my life. First the girl checked me in and besides the oil she also checked my tire pressure & inflated all of my tires. While waiting inside the gentleman behind the counter went out of his way to personally show me all of my options and printed out the prices for me. I will definitely be returning to get tires & get my next oil change. Thank you again!!
