I thought I may have a transmission problem in my 05 Ford F150 4X4 especially after driving 4000 miles and pulling my 33' travel trailer miles from CA to OR! I took it to Snow's Transmissions! The Technician said, let me test drive it and I'll let you know... After driving it, he came back and said there was nothing wrong with your pickup! Just normal wear! He didn't charge me for his time...I can tell you this! If or when I have a problem, I will definitely take it to this company!

Renee, the "desk gal", is warm, welcoming, and competent. I didn't meet "the guys", but I can tell you that the rebuilt transmission they put in my truck 2 weeks ago, has been just as it should be. Smooth shifting, great in town, on the highway and long highway trips.Peak Points: they have you come back within the first two weeks, after you've put some miles on it, so they can see how it's doing. it comes with a 2 year or 24,000 mile "Golden Rule Warranty" and a handy dandy certificate with all the info.I'm very grateful and pleased for the team at Snow's Transmissions.

SNOWS COMPLETELY SCREWED ME OVER. I had a scheduled drop off and pick up day for a rebuild. I told them when I scheduled it (6 weeks in advance) I had a long distance trip I need my car for. It was supposed to be ready by Fri Dec 4th. When I called to see what time I should pick up my car they hadn t even started it!!! They failed to tell me when I dropped it off that they are a week behind schedule. Now I have $810.38 in rental car fees because my kids and I HAVE to be in Colorado by Dec 13th. Zero communication and zero accountability. Didn t offer to rebuild it for me at a discounted price or even offer any sincere apologies only a sorry for the inconvenience . I m having it done at Bend Transmission company now. Now I have to pay to have my car driven to me once it s finished. This is so stressful, has costed me $1300 for nothing and could have been completely avoided had they just told me they were running a week behind.Service: Transmission

These people are very nice and go the distance to do what ever the can to make you happy. My insurance company that I have for the extended warranty on my truck is a pain in the butt. Snow's never stopped helping me get my transmission fix and kept my truck up at their shop till they got it done.Can't thank them enough they went above and beyond what they had to do

This is a transmission shop that does not do transmission swaps because their staff lacks the knowledge. Let that resonate in your mind before taking your hard earned money there.
