This place is the best glass repair shop near Bend for sure. I got my window busted in Portland and these guys got me in the next day! I called like 5 places and they were all either crazy expensive or had atleast 2 week wait times but luckily my friend who s a Bend local recommended this place and they worked me in! I ve been traveling for a bit so the fact they were able to get me in so fast and for such a good price was honestly a lifesaver. I d recommend this place to anyone, keep up the good work guys!

I needed the driver & passenger windows tinted to match my rear windows on my 2023 Chevy Trailblazer RS. Communications with CJ were excellent. Recently had our windshield replaced. Rimrock Auto Glass was able to get us scheduled within 2 days of calling and it took less than 45 minutes to install. Great service and professional. Super impressed!

I had a rock chip on my windshield and they got it fixed the same morning so quick, Casey the owner was very nice to talk with, he noticed 2 rock chips on my windshield and I didn t see that one they fixed them both and gave me a discount on the 2nd repair, such a good local businesses to support! They really care about you and so such a good job, can t say enough good things

our rear slider got shattered while camping. No one in the area could do it for a week or 2. The 1 other guy who could have done it said he would not do it on insurance, because it was too time consuming and insurance didn t pay him enough. The guys at Rimrock had an opening in 2 days and it was fixed within 2 hours. Great guys and did a great job. Glad to have met them

CJ took my car in for a all around tint on my Saab & accidentally broke the plastic window regulators, which is usually no big issue. He then proceeded to either force the window up/down after the plastic regulator broke, resulting in the regulator arms to bend. In the very rare case that this company makes a mistake, they will belittle you & act like it wasn t their fault. This is a perfect example of ignorance and a large ego. Thanks CJ!

Went to their shop today with my 2012 Toyota sienna had him tint 4 Windows. The rears were very difficult because you have to remove the door panels to put tint on the windows but they did a great job and I'm really happy with how the windows lookService: Vehicle window tintingService: Vehicle window tinting

If you re looking for a windshield replacement this is the place you need to come!Submitted my insurance claim and selected Rimrock auto glass. Got a call from them an hour later, and an appointment the following week. They got my Tacoma s windshield replaced in 27 minutes, and it looks better than factory. I had my windshield replaced a few years back at a different place in bend, and it was warped, they re used parts, kept making excuses as to why the moulding was coming off etc. the guys at Rimrock did it the right way, the way it should be done! Plus they were great to chat with and are just good folks.They had did my wife s Subaru windshield last year, and now my Tacoma s. Both are flawless. And I have no doubt we will never have any issues with them. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

Quality work - timely and price is excellent. We called Friday AM for a price of replacing a windshield, very reasonable and it was installed at my residence Monday at 8am in about an hour. Great experience. They came to my residence and replaced my window in my driveway. They were on time, polite and efficient. They replaced the window and cleaned out all the shattered glass. We were on are way to Bend Oregon when a rock hit my windshield and cracked it. We were staying at Sun Outdoor RV park. I called Rim Rock Auto Glass Justin came out the next morning and gave me an estimate he ordered the windshield for my truck next day. Casey and Justin came out and installed the windshield. These guys were quick and very good. I had a nasty rock, I knew it wasn t going to disappear all together but they got it so close I don t even notice it anymore. And most importantly it s sealed and won t expand a crack. They worked with my insurance so I didn t pay a penny. Most painless experience.

Fabulous experience! We were coming to Redmond on a Friday afternoon, to see family. A rock hit our windshield, while driving on the highway, putting a chip in the windshield. We called and were greeted in such a friendly manner. We were told that they would be able to repair our windshield on Saturday morning. We arrived early Saturday morning and the repair was done in 15 minutes. We can t thank them enough for taking such great care of us!Service: Window repair

Best tint shop in central Oregon. I was quoted a good price on my two front windows but had my back window busted out and replaced a day before my appointment. CJ had no problem throwing that window in there last minute and gave me an updated quote within seconds.I was expecting for it to take all day but the service was quick and top notch. I'll definitely bring all my vehicles back here to get to tinted.
