I had a new refrigerator and air conditioner installed in my truck camper at PenPac. I needed it done in a day, and they were able to complete the work in a day, saving me an additional 500-miles in driving. As a bonus, I was able to ship my new refrigerator and AC unit directly to PenPac. When I arrived, my new refrigerator and AC were there ready to be installed.The folks who work here are very experienced in the RV industry in doing repairs and upgrades like the ones I had done and other RV work such as solar power and collision damaged RVs. The work was fairly priced and completed on time. If you need your RV worked on, give Dan at PenPac a call. I did and was glad I did.

I have a truck-camper that I backed in to resulting in a fiberglass rent. I took it into a big center and then had it for 5-6 months at which point I elected to go somewhere else. I then tried a repair shop. Their estimate was far to much. I then heard of Dan who stopped by after work. He quoted me a price, I accepted, and he immediately went to work. When he was finished one could hardly tell where the rent was. I can not find fault with his repair. Dan is an totally honest individual who will give your repair work his best attention. By the way, his workshop isn't going to win the Good Housekeeping award for neatness but his work will.Roger MurphyPS I have since ask Dan to replace a window and he did. Dan did extensive work on our Host Mammoth Camper and did a perfect job at about 1/3 less than the insurance adjuster estimated. Since he was instrumental in the design and build of the first triple slide Host camper, he knows how they're built. I've owned truck campers for over 20 years and believe you will not find a better RV repair facility. We drove 300 miles to have him do the work.Service: Body & Trim

Dan and crew did wonderful work on my parents' camper. They repaired, finished, and painted a 10" gash in the fiberglass hull so well that I can hardly tell where the original damage was! And they did it in a timely and friendly manner.

WOW! -5 stars I would give them. (Negative -). Took my camper there to get one side fix from a dent and hole. February 2022, took it there. Finished February 2023. Still won t be done if I did make two phone calls to Forest River, manufacturers. Second phone call to the company who makes the siding, metal, for this repair. Just so you know, I was trying to be patience, but 8 months and all pen pac would say, can t find the material. I personally think they were looking for used material. The company that makes material never had a shortage.I did the leg work for them. Material came in 3 weeks. I was in Oregon in October and stopped there twice. I live in Wisconsin, left camper with my son to use, he lives there. They said material was in!!! No, they have no idea what s going on there. Wasn t there. Next week coming. I asked if when it comes in, would my camper be worked on immediately. One owner said YES. Other owner not there. I thought that would be the least they could do. Pulled it 3 WEEKS later. OMG. Patience have been gone now for awhile. Finally done in February. One year later. Owners lied so many times to be. Lost all my paperwork that I left with them, including title. Had to order new one. Worst experience I have ever been through. I recommend no one to go there. Place is a big clutter mess. Looks like a bad junk yard. Rude to me and never worked on getting the material. I did that by two phone calls.My advice is, first don t go there. Second, if you do, stay on them. If nothing is getting done, pull you camper out of there and go somewhere else.
