Out of the 30 times I go to this Napa location. They never have the part or parts I am looking for. I end up finding the parts at a local auto store. Then when I brought a socket wrench that was pretty new to me bought there (Craftsman). They said I would have to ship it directly to them. They didn t care if it was abused or not (was not). The Napa in bend has everything and I get the Bend store has more of a stocking area in back but simple little things are just never found at this store. Seriously frustrating when you think they would have easy stuff and they just don t. Unless you need brake cleaner or oil.

I have a 1970 Chevelle I needed an air Filter 3 inch I went to NAPA happened to find one. The guy told me They had one in stock, it $69 got it home wouldn t fit So I decided to return it to the NAPA on 27th St., and Highway 20 had my receipt. The guy looked it up in the computer and he looked at me Called the manager over they were looking the computer. The guy in Redmond overcharged me by $20 not an honest mistake. That s the second time that has happened to me at the store in Redmond. I ll never go there again.

Visited 9/9/19, (my driver side windshield wiper broke while driving to a hike early that morning) needed a new driver side windshield wiper on my 2007 Honda CRV. The guy that helped was fast, friendly and even installed the wiper blade for me and all I paid was 19.99 for the blade (napa brand) which works better than any of the other ones I have tried. Highly recommend.

I just got contacted by an advertising company specifically referring to my previous employment at this company. They sell their employees information to advertisers. Be careful working here your private information is not safe.

I called the Redmond Napa on Oct. 1st, 2020 @ 1:19pm to inquire about the availability and price on an air filter (FA-734 or similar). I talked to Tim (maybe Jim?) who said they had one on the shelf for ~$147.00. He hadn't been rude or anything, just a normal back and forth with a parts guy.So about me, I own and operate a commercial trucking company, and we have three older Ford L9000's that use this filter, they usually run in the $80-90 range. Napa usually runs a little high, I know this, but I respectfully stated to Tim that I felt that price was a little high, and I was going to keep shopping around. I didn't criticize him, or the store, and i wasn't rude about the price.Anyways, he didn't reply, which was fine, and then I said, "...but I really appreciate your time looking in to this, thank you very much". And then he straight hung up on me. We were not disconnected, this was the very distinguishable sound of an old-school phone making contact with the plastic body as it nests in its receptacle. I called right back and talked to his coworker and explained how rude and disrespectful I thought that was. He said Tim was right next ti him, but offered no explanation, no apology, just said, "okay, I'll let him know".I've appreciated Napa over the years for the diversity of parts they carry, but there is probably 50+ places to buys parts in Central Oregon and it is unacceptable to be hung up by a counter person. It was unprofessional, disrespectful, and just plain rude.If Tim is so grumpy with customers that he can't handle rejection, he should not be in a CUSTOMER SERVICE position. Customer Service Tim... your job is to SELL parts, not act like a child.Anyways, I ordered the filter from Chappy's and had it the next morning at a decent price with no issues. I think it's time for the next generation in that store, but in the meantime I won't go back to Redmond Napa :(Edit 11/29/23: I'm gonna let this go and change my 1-star review. I love my local Napa, and I'm sure these guys are just fine overall. Can't let one guy spoil it for the business. If I was Tim, I'd probably be frustrated with people at times too.

Staff is kind of friendly. Helpful but they need to loosen up and kick on a smile once in a while and not look like they are at a funeral.

Kevin is awesome. Enough said. The Redmond NAPA store is great, very kind customer service from everyone and they're very efficient in getting you what you need. They have a ladies discount on Wednesdays which I think is pretty sweet. 11/10 would recommend.

These guys have always had my back and because I am deaf, they always have taken the time to slow down and make sure I clearly understand them and they always go over the directions with me I am buying a part. These guys are very knowledgeable and they care about their customers. Thank you so much for everything you guys have done for me throughout the years. Truly grateful for all the hard work you do.

Redmond Napa is a joke. Over priced for cheap stuff and they told me everything is made by the same company. I ll go to auto zone or buy online. Service is terrible here in Redmond. Hope the store gets shutdown. Buy online and save money

If Autozone had the part I was looking for. I could of gotten it there for $15 instead of $40. Couldn't wait though so I got gouged. O'Rileys didn't have it either. Thermostat for $40 is a bit rediculous.

Stop illegally charging me the CAT tax. You have no right to do it.Next stop = State of Oregon.

One of the best auto parts stores around. What they keep in stock amazes me. Good after market horsepower support. They have a warehouse in Nevada I believe that gets you non shelf parts in one or two days. Wrenches, sockets, and hand tools are ready for you on the shelf. The staff at the point of sale is very knowledgeable. Easy to find and most average truck and 16 foot trailer combos can swing the parking lot.

Great service every time I've been in there. The guys really know their stuff and put the extra effort into finding that hard to find part. And if they dont have it they are not afraid to point you in the right direction! It is definitely the store I send folks to when they need good, solid, quality parts.

Tons of parts. Most of the people working there are very helpful in finding what you need except one, Cheryl. She is rude, abrupt, and hung up on me when I asked for a particular gasket. She said she couldn't get it. Came in and talked to another parts employee and he found it no problem. Cheryl gets one star, she should get zero. Don't go to her for help. The rest of the store gets a 5 star.

These guys know what they are doing and they know their stuff. They can order most parts from their other stores within a few days if they don't have them in stock. 4 stars because one of the staff asked me where my not-walking-yet child's shoes might be. Do you have them in stock? No? Then mind your dang business. He had a blanket and he was in a strollers. So sorry he managed to kick a leg free.

I'm a fan of Napa! I've had good luck with doing business with them! Employees seem to know there stuff or can get you to who does!!! I also like that they seem to be able to get stuff fast if they dont have it!

I like using Napa over O'reilly's but my most recent experience was kind of Lame. First off, I bought three items thinking I actually paid for them. I did not look at my CC to see if the transaction went thru but the next time I went to Napa I was told that they accidentally charged someone else and not me. I verified with my CC account and saw I was never charged. They ended up wanting me to pay full price, no discount for their mistake. I asked if I could return a tool I was suggested to use, which was a waste of time and destroyed my tie rod, but because I had used it and threw away the package, they would not take it back. I would assume (yes I know it is not safe to assume) that Napa would have at least comped me for the hassle by taking back a $8 fork tool but they didn't. I think it was kind of lame on their part and therefore I am giving them a 1 star rating.

These guys go above and beyond to help you get what you need. Good info, easy ordering, if they rented tools there'd be no need for any other auto parts store.

I have been going to this store for all my parts since 2002.These guys don't just say it's not in my computer I can't get what you need. They actually open up their books and try to match up parts for you. Great hometown service, knowledgeable staff, and always smiling faces.

I used to count napa as one of the top auto parts stores. They couldn't help me with an extremely common part. Tried to sell me 120 dollar aftermarket junk. Ended up getting the part I needed for less than 5 dollars elsewhere. Extremely disappointed.

These guys are knowledgeable and helpful. I bought a battery there, and the guy who helped me tested it right off the shelf to make certain he was giving me a good one. They are my go-to parts store in the area now.

Can you say terrible, cranky customer service? These guys, every one of them, except I haven't dealt with one of the guys in there, they're like government employees, as they seem to have a protected job somehow. Corporate doesn't care and the manager doesn't care.Just went in there today to return some Permatex/RTV sealant, the NAPA brand of it, which should be just as good. I had bought it the day before and it turned out to be a bum tube. Well I discovered this when I went to use it, which is when you need it, well of course my vehicle's all torn apart & can't drive it and being that it's my only vehicle I had to make it work to get back on the road. Well, I discover that the tube is all dried up at the top and the bottom, there was just this small pocket of good material, so I carefully cut it open to access the good stuff, used it and put my vehicle back together. When I take it back down there and show it to them, clearly indicating the whole tube was one solid piece of dried product, like a piece of rubber inside the tube, I explained the situation and indicated that I wanted a replacement tube, well to my surprise I got a verbal lashing instead.I was told that I had thoroughly mangled it, which I hadn't, I had carefully slit the tube down the side and then across, basically fileting it open to use it. I was told that their "vendors" like to see the product a little more intact when it's defective. I indicated that you could clearly see it was that way from the factory and the clerk even agreed, yet still continued to argue with me. There was just no way to use it and really even see how bad it was without cutting it open. He was very abrupt, very unprofessional and took it very personal. I asked him how I was supposed to return it "intact". He basically said when you discovered it, you should have brought it in without cutting the tube open. Oh, I see I said, so I had my vehicle torn apart, opened up the tube and discovered it was a bum tube, stuck with no way to seal my vehicle back up and drive it. I had to make do and use what I could get out of it to get the job done. He finally agreed to exchange it.You can't treat your customers that way, argue with them and tell them your vendors don't like something. That's not my problem, that's a problem between you and your vendor, you can't take it out on your customer in that manner, that's never acceptable.I informed the clerk of my displeasure with how I was treated and told him that was bad business to treat a customer that way and he frankly didn't care, he just shut me up by talking over me and repeatedly apologizing, very sarcastically and with a highly condescending holier than thou tone. He then thanked me for my advice. UGHH!!!So I got my tube of real Permatex which they exchanged straight across and then I left. He was very unpleasent the remainder of the transaction, as I had some other business to attend to before I could leave. This isn't the only occurence like this there. To name one, I had a sensor a few years back that I had purchased, it's a pretty simple sensor, just a thermistor inside a protective packaging that screws into a threaded hole. Well, it was clear the new sensor was bad out of the box from tracking it's resistance arc along the various temperatures. So I sent my wife in to get another one. Well, she was told that it's impossible to have a sensor go bad, let alone out of the box and refused to exchange it. WAIT!!! WHAT???? If that were the case, you guys wouldn't be in business. Needless to say I was stuck with a sensor that didn't work, so it went in the trash.I called corporate, they didn't care, said it was one of their best stores, couldn't understand that. That sort of attitude and response. The only reason I have even bought what few parts I do here is because I have had to. Be it no one else has them, or the price elsewhere is exhorbitant, etc..If I lived in a bigger city and had more choices, I would never, ever, ever set foot back in this place again!!
