Took my truck here for a Transmission Fluid replacement. I enjoyed the great customer service and honest pricing. They even called me to offer a less expensive option. Which I very much appreciated considering the cost of everything these day. Would recommend!

I have been a customer of Marshall's Automotive since 1996 and I have always received excellent service. Lance Hudspeth and his crew are all friendly, helpful, honest, knowledgeable and kind. I trust Marshall's completely and I recommend it to my friends and via this review.

Absolutely the worst service I've ever had out of any business! The man kept trying to insist that not only did he have my truck overnight and not do anything but it was justified. Better yet he knows the model better than me and the factory paperwork. I know what I drive and I know it's an SR5! Confirmed at the next mechanic who actually fixed my problem. Awful customer service. Rude

Marshall s kindly took our truck in when the alternative would have been a large towing bill. Since we were having major work done, I shopped it around and talked with quite a few people, other shops who recommended Marshall s. So I decided to give them the business. They did a great job and kept me informed as progress was made. They did not follow one rebuilder s recommendation for fluid, but explained why they deviated. I can tell by talking with them that they have deep mechanical knowledge.As I age, I m looking for a place I can trust to do the things I no longer can (or never could). I think I found my shop.

I didn t actually use Marshall s but you took care of my moms Nissan Maxima. You gave it an all over inspection and checked it out and and made sure things worked. The AC went out or had issues. You got it completely fixed. You gave her complete assurance all was good. For her that was huge! Your shop is a comfortable place to come into. This is one of the best automotive shops in the area. High quality work, fair prices, professional and, most importantly, HONEST. Hard to do better in central Oregon.I have been taking my vehicle to Marshall's for 3 years now and they are consistently excellent in high quality workmanship and are amazingly honest. I took my van in for a muffler replacement a week ago. The work was done well. The price was very reasonable. Marshall s does not charge for the time it takes to diagnose a problem, unlike other automotive businesses I have used in the past. Lance is friendly and provides consistently good customer service.

I was having engine problems and had a very tight timeframe to get it fixed up. I fixed it myself as best I could, but wanted an expert opinion before I let my wife drive it again.They weren t able to schedule me in the short timeframe but they did help me over the phone as much as possible. They walked me through what it likely was and helped me verify the fix I applied on my own.Very friendly and clearly knew his stuff.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Car problemsI took my Jeep to Marshall's because it started running very rough. Lance had one of the mechanics check the computer and within 5 minutes I had an estimate to correct the problem and better yet, they were able to fit me in the same day! It took just a few hours before they called and said it was done. I picked up my Jeep and it runs great again ! Lance is a very nice guy and he runs a great shop. Thanks

Marshall's have done all the service and maintenance work on both my Honda Accord - which I owned for 11 years - and now my 2014 Honda CRV. Always reliable and fair prices. I recommend them to everyone who asks and they never disappoint. The waiting room has a variety of nice refreshments and magazines and Lance is friendly to talk to. I only trust my car to Marshall's.

I have used Marshall's for all service on this truck since I purchased imy Ford F150 four years ago. They did a great job in identifying a difficult problem. I brought in an older vehicle to Marshalls to determine if I should spend additional monies on other small repairs. Before they agreed to do the other work they recommended to first work on the one item that would if not resolved cheaply would negate the balance of the other work. They said "drive the car for a few days and if it is resolved bring it back and then we can look at the other items? WOW, most other people would have performed all the other work and hoped for the best. Not Marshalls, they did the right thing". THANK YOU!!!

Had noted "Check Engine" light remaining on and Marshall's was able to make an appointment within 48 hours of my call. Problem found was identical to one in 2013, and Marshall's made the repair free of charge due to the 3-year warranty offered. Moral of the story is pick your auto repair place like you would pick your doctor, stick with them, and good things will happen.

These guys are absolutely awesome, at their jobs and as people. I have been a customer of Marshals Automotive for quite some time now, and I wont change mechanics ever..or at least until they all retire.. . I have been taking my vehicles to Marshalls for years now. I always have had good service and they have been great at replacing what really needs repairs and leaving alone what doesn't need work. Auto repairs are never cheap but Marshalls helps to control the cost for me and my wife on our older vehicles. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good old honest auto repair facility.

I would give more stars if I could these guys are the straightest shooters I have ever encountered. Three separate occasions they could have had about as much money as they wanted from me cause what do I know? Today I was expecting a 300 dollar bill. However the work they do is warranted for three years!!!! Any other place would have taken the money.... imagine when I picked my car up today for free!!!!!! GRATIS!!! ZIP, Zero, zilch. I have never met a mechanic that would freely redo what I already had done.SIX MONTHS AGO!!!!

I brought in my 02 Stratus that had a code for the crankshaft sensor (what I was told by O Reillys, who scanned the code) they replaced that and then the camshaft sensor. My car was working absolutely fine for several hours, and then randomly died while driving and would not turn on again. As it turns out, after spending a lot of money to tow to a different mechanic, it was just a fuse that blew and left my car completely un-drivable. Regardless I m certain it wasn t Marshalls fault, I ll probably be taking my car here again in the future. They got the job done quick, and for a lot less than I was expecting. Thank you guys!

Took my truck in to have the dash removed and replace the broken air conditioner blend doors. It was quite a job, but they got it done in a timely manner and very professional job, bringing my other truck in, in a few weeks to have the same thing done.

Our first experience with these people were good. I called and inquired about a brake job on our 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee, the price was reasonable and there were no surprises when we came back to pick up our car. They texted us when our car was ready to be picked up and even called us personally to make sure we got the text. There are a LOT of shady car mechanics that try and "get you" or try and pull a fast one on you even when you try and do something simple. All we wanted was to get the brake pads replaced and the rotors resurfaced or replaced if needed, nothing else and they pulled thru. Les Schwab demands that they also replace the calipers no matter what leaving with the customer with an enormous bill even though they don't need to be replaced. I will be giving Marshalls another try whenever we need something done this next time. Thank you Marshalls

We've taken multiple cars into Marshalls and have always been taken care of. The work is always top notch and the prices seem very fair. We've been to many mechanics over the years and this one stands out above the rest. Seriously!!

Was okay service. Got a tune up, received a air filter I didn't need considering I just replaced it earlier when getting an oil change. Called a week before to get a quote and was quoted $200 ish and when I checked out I paid 310ish, but I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt that they did fix my cigarette charger in my car.

Have taken couple of our vehicles to Marshalls for suspension work. A miscommunication led to a mistake by Marshalls on the work done to our 4Runner. Mistakes happen, we're all human. How we resolve them is what defines our character. Lance and the crew stayed late, way after closing time on a Friday night to rectify the mistake and get us rolling again, all while being very appologetic to my concerns. We'll definatelly be taking our vehicles back again, and I want to thank Lance and his employees for a great experience. Thanks again!Jess
