These guys go above and beyond. Being recent customers for our 4x4, our clutch went out while we were driving (not related to what they did). These guys searched the whole town for us and then helped us find a way to fix the clutch pedal so that we could get it home. Outstanding service, knowledgeable, and at price that beats the competition.I can put it to you this way, we went to get brakes done at another place before and were asking about horror stories that they have seen from 5 Guys, the worst we got was "O yeah? But have you ever seen 5 guys working in there at one time".5 Guys Auto Repair are good guys and have good service. These are about the only guys in Redmond that I trust being a mechanic myself.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My daughter's car broke down after this shop had replaced the radiator and a few belts. A week later the timing belt slipped. They estimated a repair of $2000 to $3,000 after they allegedly tore it down and diagnosed broken valves and head damage. This totaled the car. They offered to buy it for $400.The owner told be at least 4 times, "I hate cars." I had the car towed to a nearby shop. They fixed it for $900 including a full tune up.Make up your own mind.

Matt attempted to fix and failed. Broke more than fixed. Another employee didn t seem to care much. He didn t charge much. Admitted he was learning something new. Shop probably gets more Domestic cars than Imports.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! They destroyed my engine and then I had to take them to court and still didn't receive enough money to fix the motor they messed up.

They fixed a problem I was having with my truck, the price was surprisingly low, they fixed exactly what was required, I'm about to use them again.
