We called Dale the Mobile Mechanic to help us with our Honda Civic that would not start. Dale personally diagnosed the problem in such a helpful fashion on the phone. We were able to get the vehicle started and took it to his shop for a permanent fix. They were very fair and easy to deal with. Will take our vehicles there in the future.

Was passing through the area and started hearing a strange noise and my steering wheel was shaky. I am glad I decided to go to Dale s. He treated me like family and was always honest about the work that needed to be done. Him and his staff were always respectful and courteous. They work hard! Thank you guys for being so wonderful. If I m ever in the area you know I m going to go see Dale.

Dale is the MAN!! He squeezed us in on short notice when our van was having transmission issues and was in limp mode . We have a Dodge sprinter 2500 and just got it out of storage. We were having pretty bad transmission issues and he came out, ran diagnostics, ran through tons of stuff with us, gave us incredible advice and he was able to determine our problem and fix it! He s not only a very knowledgeable mechanic but he s a great guy! Super nice, funny man who makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Highly highly recommend Dale for any mechanical needs!

Dale was magnificent! A problem with our RV so difficult that our regular mechanic nor the three Ford dealers in our area would touch it. Dale identified that it was faulty/damaged wiring buried in the original Ford wiring harness. Mr. Magic fixed it and we are back on the road. This is the best mechanic in Central Oregon. I have had several vehicles here over the years and get my oil changes and everything else done here. These people want to make sure you are taken care of. It s not just good service it s great service done right and with care.

Can t thank Dale enough for helping get my steering rack torqued to the ford spec of 350 foot pounds. Another shop had worked on it and didn t torque it, I could only get it to 250lbs with the torque wrench I had brought with me being out of town from Texas. Dale was super nice and literally works on everything.

My car literally stopped running on a holiday weekend.Regardless, Dale communicated with me the whole time and assisted in getting I towed to his shop so he could start on it immediately.On the next work day , Dale stayed in contact communication via text and email.And !! He had my car going beautifullly the same day. My car was having spark plug issues and Dale got us right in so I could have my daily driver back quickly. His prices were very reasonable and his invoicing system is very easy to know what what wrong and pay. On top of all that, he is just a really kind human. He will have our business the next time something not expected comes up with our vehicles.

Staying at a resort in Redmond, pickup broke down at the worst time (missed my tee time). Called Dale s. I Had the truck towed in by 2:00 and he had me ready by 4:00 the same day! Couldn t be happier with the service from Dale s! Got me in ASAP. Kept in great communication on the job. He pretty much new what the problem may have been just talking to him on the phone ahead of time! Might be a little far to make him my regular mechanic (being I m from Silverton), but sure wouldn t mind his business over here!Thanks greatly!HankService: Engine repair

Dale the Mobile Mechanic was great to work with! Professional, friendly, knowledgeable about diesel engines and committed to getting our motorhome repairs done as quickly as possible. Extremely professional and wonderfully personable! Dale took my call early morning and was able to come out same day to look at my old Bronco that wouldn't start. My first experience with Dale was not a pleasant one...I thought my vehicle had electrical issues, and Dale had to deliver the bad news that my Kia Sedona s engine had seized. Lesson learned...it was my first and last Kia...worst car buying decision I ever made!! ...don t buy Kia!Dale was fantastic! He is my go-to mechanic, and I will now be having him service my new Toyota! I ve been looking for a local trustworthy mechanic here in Redmond, and Dale is now they guy!!

Dale and his team are phenomenal. They took the time to work with my extended warranty to get much of my cost covered; I cannot imagine many mechanics or companies choosing to take such time for customers these days.
