Great quality work after my WRX was senselessly vandalized. Took about a month but totally understand given the labor shortage. All I worked with were always up to speed and listened to me and took my needs into consideration. Highly recommend. Absolutely amazing service from Premier! From phone communication and in person communication all the way to the work of the vehicle. Great customer service and very accommodating. They cleaned the interior of my truck.. it was trashed from the weather and the kid!! Thoroughly impressed and will use them if needed in the future. Even though they're a little booked out, which means they must do good work. The experience dealing with the guys in the office so far has been extremely easy and professional. Update! Just got my 4Runner back and I am extremely happy with everything.

I can't say enough about Troy and the gang. Andrew and Shane located parts that were on back order for my Honda. They looked for 6 months and kept me in the loop the whole time. Got my car back as soon as all the parts came in as I use this car for work. Troy helped me get with Honda of North America and put in a claim to expedite the backorder issue. I recently (6/2021) had an incident with my vehicle and was referred by my insurance company to Premier. I found that they were extremely easy to work with, kept in touch with updates regarding their findings and the next steps to be taken and were very professional to deal with in every respect. They supplied the parts they replaced to ensure in me they had indeed replaced what they said they had. My vehicle was returned to me washed and detailed along with a quality repair! She's running happily again. Thank you, guys. I appreciate you.

Andrew/Zach and the crew at Premier did a great job repairing my Ford after I hit a deer. Great communication and follow through. The van looks like new! Would highly recommend! Thanks!

I placed a call to get a quote. The girl on the phone was quick and told me I needed to bring my truck into the shop for a quote on a headlight install. She also said she needed to see the vin number. I explained I was calling from out of town and that I was wanting to set up an appointment. She said she still needs to see my truck! I explained I needed a quote before bringing in my truck. It s never been in an accident there is zero damage to the truck, how much to replace the headlight? Her response was we can t get you in until the end of December! It s the beginning of September.We are in new times people! This is how business is done these days. Clearly I m not taking my truck here. Poor phone skills! In the business of turning away business. Sad!

This shop is the nicest, most accommodating auto business I have ever dealt with. They kept me updated on when the parts would arrive and when to expect completion. It was an insurance claim after an accident so I don t know if the price was reasonable. I was able to drop my rental there and not have to worry about a ride. The did beautiful work and I would definitely recommend them.Service: Body & Trim

When your truck gets damaged, you obviously want to get it fixed well, and as quickly as possible. But in our case, we were getting ready to leave on an extended trip in just a few days. Despite the time crunch, Premier went over and above to make sure the job got done in time. They did a great job and we would highly recommend them!

We have used Premier Auto several times. Just took my car in they fixed in a jiffy. So professional and they do a great job. Also, the waiting room is beautiful. Clean and neat. I contacted Premier auto body after the cylinder for my car lock came out. After a quick phone communication they told me to stop by anytime so they can diagnose the issue. I dropped my car off and within a couple of hours got a call to let me know that they identified and FIXED the issue. They also told me that it would be free of charge. They made my day a lot easier with their quickness and overall approach.I definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.

These guys are wonderful....very nice, & professional, patient even though I had to reschedule repairs more than once! Our car looks amazing, very happy with the results! I hope we don't wreck our car again, but if that were to happen I would definitely use these guys again, & I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I needed some help in getting some minor issues resolved on my 1996 Buick Regal. The staff helped me fix all of them in a professional and timely manner. I have been there on 3 occasions and each time received the same quality service. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent everything. They did work on my daughters Chevy Tracker and did Exceptional work. I m going to have them do work on my Optima now. Highly recommended! I work in Portland and there several body shops but I d rather my vehicle be fixed here at Premier

I had just bought my car and only a few short months I was rear ended! But thanks to Troy and his team after they fixed it you couldn t even tell! I love the way my car turned out and their entire office was great! I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone! :)

I had a fender bender with my Prius, I googled to see who to go to and Premier had great ratings. I didn't look any further, they were outstanding! They did an estimate, dealt with the insurance and did the job in a few days. I am so happy and my car looks like nothing ever happened, she looks great!!! I highly recommend going here! Thank you to everyone and for the lift home after dropping it off

OMG! I just took my car in to try and get the dog scratch out of the door. They told me at the beginning that it was too deep but they would try. And try they did. All of it came out except a tiny spot. I am so pleased with their work. We have taken our cars there for years and they have ALWAYS done top quality work. Thank you so much , guys!

Fantastic auto body shop full of some of the best people I ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Their work is absolutely top notch, they communicate regularly and clearly and they work fast. This is hands down, the best experience I ve ever had at a shop.

Car was in accident, major left front end damage. Premier was thorough, honest, was kind for not charging me storage fees as I had to leave my car longer than initially expected. Would use them again anytime and recommend to anyone! My wife hit a deer on the freeway in her 2012 Beetle. Premier Auto Body was recommended by a friend and I'm glad he did. I arrived late in the afternoon and they were obviously busy assisting other customers. I did not have to wait very long for them to provide me with an estimate to repair my car. They performed the services in a reasonable amount of time and returned the car looking like the day I bought it. I would highly recommend them if you need to have your car repaired.

Did great fixing the doors after my car was t-boned. Unfortunately I had to take my car back multiple occasions. When I received my car back, the back passenger door was missing a piece on inside, my back rear defroster was all the sudden not working. Called, they said bring it back we'll fix it. Took the car back. Premier says ok everything looks good, ready to go. Next morning the rear defrost did not work and the plastic part for the door was still missing. Called again, they said bring it back we'll fix it. Returned the car, they actually fixed the rear defroster. But had to order the door part this time. Brought the car back home, now my rear break light was out and my windshield wipers wouldn't pull up pass my hood. I called, they said we'll take a look. With my work schedule and theirs I was not able gake it back to Premier. They offered to pick my car up and take a look. I explained my hood issue multiple times, they seemed to understand. I had to call them the morning they were supposed to pick up my car to remind them. Premier calls to say your car looks good adjusted the hood. I asked the guy, so my wipers come up now? He hesitated and said let me go check, had to walk to my car to tell me if my wipers come up. That's funny to say my car is ready and good to go, but yet he didn't know if my wipers could make it past my hood. The reason my car was back in there. He also mentioned they had to order the back door part again. I said that was fine, he said they are on the way to drop your car off. 1 &1/2 hours later no car, I call Premier to ask where my car was and they say oh, we found the door peice so we won't have to come out tomorrow and fix it. I then questioned my windshield wipers and hood issue. Premier said there's nothing more we can do. I told them again, pulling my wipers up was not an issue until my vehicle was hit and taken into there shop. He argued with me telling me thats how my car was made. I have to pop the hood, to get my wipers up. I said no because I've never had to pop my hood to do that. He then put me on hold to get the manager. Came back to the phone to tell me. The manager said if I could get a paper from Kia telling them that's not how my car was designed they would look at it. He questioned if in the 3 years I've had my car if I had ever changed my windshield wipers??? Seriously disappointing to be made to feel like I'm just making up the hood, windshield wiper issue. I will never go back to Premier or recommend them to anyone. I have a life, better things to do then make up some story about my hood issues. Premier obviously couldn't care less about customer satisfaction.
