Horrible!!!! Was supposed to fix a head light bulb for me & blamed me for it being broke.I held myself accountable & said okay I'll pay for new ones. I only had one head light they sent me home with no headlights. Put my life at risk by leaving their tools under my hood an accident could of had happened. Instead of trying to calm me down & hold themselves responsible with an apology they hung on me. I just wanted an apology & to figure a solution. Basically they held me accountable for trying get my car serviced else where.HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLEI STILL HAVE THEIR TOOL BUT SUPPOSEDLY THEY DIDN'T TOUCH MY HEAD LIGHT !!!!!$500+ for head light services I asked for a refund since I got no apology!!!Can't work with people that aren't about customer service !!!!THEY BOUGHT MY PARTs OFF AMAZON & Charging me over $300 for labor for HEAD LIGHTS !!!

Have had repairs done over years. Always willing to go second mile to make your service good. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. If I had to be towed it would be there and if had to wait, no problem as they keep you up to date. Find their pricing good.

I could sing praises about this place! As a single woman I m always afraid to go to the mechanic shop because 9.99999% of the time they are gonna take advantage of the fact I don t know a lot about cars, but not Gordan he was not only honest and trustworthy he saved me hundreds of dollars that another mechanic wanted to charge me for a problem that wasn t even existing. I will be telling all my friends and most of all the single women that I know this who you can trust to take care of car and not be taken advantage of.

My right front blinker went out 2 hours before my son had to take his drivers test, called and they told me to come right down. Pulled in, changed bulb, and didn t charge me anything. Wished my son luck on his test and we were ready in under 5 minutes. I will continue to bring all my vehicles here.

Be careful taking your vehicle here.I bought a truck with an engine replaced by them. I had nothing but problems and borderline dishonesty from Gordon. They use the cheapest parts possible and they try to deny responsibility as much as possible. Apparently the dipstick coming out and puking oil out of the oil pan isn t their fault because: we only replaced the block . Last I checked you have to disconnect and replace the dipstick to put in an engine block. This is just one example of their shadiness. They absolutely butchered the wiring and every single problem was somehow not their fault. The only problems I had with the truck were from the engine and Gordon denied responsibility every single time. It got to the point I was going to the engine company direct with problems. I wouldn t even take a car here for an oil change; the oil filters they use are trash, and they don t care at all. I HIGHLY recommend you take your vehicle ANYWHERE else. I never thought I d run into a stereotypical mechanic who tries to rip you off but, I was wrong. One time I couldn t get ahold of them when I had major engine problems and I go to the the shop to find the guy asleep at the counter, it would have been comedic if I didn t have a broken down truck. Luckily I got rid of the truck and will never have to deal with Gordon again. Please make sure you re very careful dealing with them.

I bought a used vehicle from a dealership that uses this automotive shop for repairs. The day we purchased this vehicle, we noticed a rather large oil leak and told the dealership that we would not buy it unless they fixed the leak. Needless to say, the Jeep was taken to Cascade automotive immediately and returned within a few hours as we were signing paperwork. 2 days after purchasing the Jeep, I noticed it was shifting harder than it should so my husband checked all the fluids. There was absolutely NO oil in the Jeep, nor was their any transmission fluid. So we topped off all the fluids and it seemed to be running great!!!Well, less than 3k miles and under 2 months of owning this vehicle, the engine is ticking. I brought it to Cascade and they told me that they believe it s the crank and it would be over $800 just to tear it apart to look at the crank. I believe between Cascade and the dealership, they doctored the vehicle up enough just to sell it and now I am stuck with a vehicle I can t drive and have onlyMade one payment on.I am seeking legal assistance as I fully believe they knew about the crank, as the paperwork I have from the repairs they did before I bought it, states that there was metal in the fluids, which is a sign of the crank going out.Cascade automotive will never receive my business, nor any of my friends and families and I highly suggest you don t use them unless you want to spend a bunch of money to have your car break down on you shortly after.Services: Exhaust, Auto power window repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

COMPLETE SCAM!I had an appointment to get a fuel leak checked out. He told me it was going to take a few hours just to diagnose because there was a car ahead of me (what was the point of the appointment?) Then he said the diagnose rate could go up if his guys took longer than an hour to track down the issue. ( both of the technicians were just standing and talking to each other the whole time I was there, they take their sweet time and then tell you it took them longer just to charge more). I expressed my concerned, and then he proceeded to hand me my keys and told me to go somewhere else.

Took my 2015 Durango in. Diagnosed my issue right away and replaced my radiator. right on for appointment time. oil change in my 2022 sportage was fast and easy. Tech are great and do the work in a timely manner.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance
