Cascade Auto Glass was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. The entire experience was epitomized by. professionalism. My advisor was welcoming, had me in in out very quickly, provided excellent communication during the replacement, and had the vehicle ready well under the already short time estimate. While it seems that you are lucky to find even one or two of these attributes getting service or doing business anywhere recently, this company stands out by nailing all of them.Service: Auto windshield replacement

We have used Cascade a number of times. I have used them for my personal vehicle and our company has used them for our trucks. Both occasions have been fantastic, professional, and expedient. They work well with all forms of payment and will work with your insurance to get things done. Best of all they are a one stop shop, they do full replacement and camera calibrations right there at the shop. They completed my windshield repair including recalibration of my lane departure sensors in 45 minutes! They scheduled on-site (due to the fact I have safety sensors in my 2018 outback) for 2 hours just in case but I was pleased how quickly they completed the job with quality. They arranged everything with my insurance including sitting on hold with them until the claims department was reached then calling me back to join the call so I didn't have to do this. What great customer service. I'm really glad I went here, they made a stressful situation very simple for me.

Had a great experience having my windshield replaced and recalibrated. They were friendly and done before they said they would be. Should I ever need my windshield replaced again, which I hope I don't (no offense), I won't hesitate to call them again.

So service was good. They gave me discount off the final price. The issue is they sold me an aftermarket glass so neither the 'Head up display' or forward collision works now. The risks of going with aftermarket wasn't clear and since they looked up the VIN number there was confidence this glas aftermarket glass would be fine. I was then told when i called them about the blurry "Heads up Display" and that i was off alignment, that 90% of the time aftermarket glass works. So I am going to be out another 1600 bucks to get OEM glass to use the features in my car that i paid for. Frustrating.Service: Auto windshield repair

My windshield needed repair ASAP. I called them and immediately they made an app for me for the following week (which with what's happening the world, I was pleasantly surprised it wasn't going to be a 1-2 month wait like everything else) they thankfully had my windshield in stock. The gentleman that replaced it was Nicholas. He was very prompt, polite, and did an amazing job on the windshield. Would highly recommend.Service: Auto windshield replacement

guys called from their shop before arriving, confirmed the time and got right to work. Stayed busy and finished in one hour . I felt comfortable with them and they answered my questions. Felt silly for not calling sooner
