Caliber Collision did a wonderful job fixing my Honda Ridgeline. I couldn t be more pleased with their service, pricing, professionalism and friendliness throughout the process, Noah kept me informed throughout the process and even sent texts updating me on my car. They were also happy to clean my car inside and out before I picked up, so it felt just like new! I d definitely use them again. I highly recommend.

Ken Burger does a great job giving full disclosure of expectations. The shop is well organized and friendly. From start to finish we were kept informed. We are pleased with the completed work. Our overall experience was a smooth transaction. Highly recommend

Recently my car was involved in an accident where a deer jumped out in front of me and was hit. My GMC Terrain sustained extensive front end damage but was repairable. Good strong vehicle incase you're wondering. It was towed to Caliber Collision in Redmond where it was thoroughly gone through by Alex, and I shortly received a written estimate. My calls/questions were answered by Katrina who I must say has the patience of a Saint and understanding to realize when someone is in shock-mode and going through a traumatic event. She picked up on that and was very calm and helped me through the process of getting my car in. Eric Smith, General Mgr also a wonderful guy, gave his time and also a hug. I received regular text updates letting me know how the repairs were coming along and I never had to wonder. My car was even ready way before originally expected and it not only met my expectations but it met Caliber's high standards which I greatly appreciate. This is an extremely well run shop! You cannot ask for a better experience than this. Thank you!

Great work, and the car was very clean when it was returned to me. The only complaint I have is that I was quoted a price for a new fender and was not contacted and told that they were just going to repair the damaged fender. They adjusted the price, but I would have liked to have been contacted and given the choice of which way to proceed. If not for that, I would have given a 5 star review. They do nice work and have a great office staff.

I had a deer strike while visiting from out of town. Repair shops in Bend were either busy or didn't like my insurance carrier (Geico). Caliber was able to get my vehicle in quickly and were in constant communication the entire time.The repairs were top notch. They handled the return of my rental car even though it was rented in Bend.Great team would recommend highly.

I recently had my truck repaired by Caliber Collision and I say without hesitation that Caliber is a top notch repair facility. They do excellent work. Painting was beautiful. Staff is friendly and thorough and they provide status of each stage of the repair process.

Great body shop, knowledgeable people and friendly staff. Even though it took 3.5 months to get my car fixed due to the shop having a booked calendar, they used that time to order the parts and products needed to complete the job. What they estimated to take 3 weeks only took a week and I was back in my own vehicle all fixed up. They even washed and vacuumed my car which was awesome!

My car was totaled after a deer ran in front of me on the highway. Caliber collision maintained good communication and kept me up to date with every step. A couple of times I was afraid I may be annoying them, but they remained professional and kept me up to date during that stressful time. A truly good team.

The team at Caliber Collision is amazing! Alex kept me updated on every step of my vehicle repair after getting rear-ended with considerable damage. They handled my rental car pick-up and drop off, and my car was ready 3 weeks before the anticipated completion date. And, my car was sparkling clean when I went to pick it up. 5 stars - this process was seamless. Thank you, Caliber Redmond team!

The folks at Caliber Collision are all top rate. Very easy to work with, repairs were completed earlier than their estimate and my truck has never looked better. You won't find a better auto body shop in Central Oregon. I've used them before and if I ever get backed into again, they will be my first call.

Family and friends were certain that my car was going to be totaled but Caliber called and said it could definitely be repaired. Ken was always updating me, reassuring me that I can always come see the progress. I couldn't have found a better place. I'm glad I went to Caliber. Almost a month later my car is still driving like its new. Took it on a 405 mile road trip and still no issues. Thank you Ken and thank you Caliber for being so easy to work with. I was able to get my car seen immediately and fixed quick. Before after they took some things off and then after. Car looks untouched. I love how after lady blew a stop sign at a high rate of speed that my car held up well to the impact. I love my subaru and plan for many more years buying another for my next car.

This place is very professional and there estimate was very thorough. We are still waiting on getting the repairs done, but highly recommend this place already. They very much seem to know a lot about (our) vehicle(s).

Good communication. Our car was ready sooner than expected except for a cosmetic trim piece that has a nationwide shortage. We will return to have that piece installed when it becomes available. Repair was nicely done and car was cleaned inside and out when we picked it up. It took a long time to get scheduled initially, but the quality of service and repair was worth the waitService: Body & Trim

Caliber Collision in Redmond, Oregon is the best!I worked with Ken and I can't say enough good about him and this business! It wasn't a simple claim because there were two different accidents on the same side of the car! He got everything worked out with my insurance and did a beautiful job on the car. Really went beyond the norm to separate out the two claims and my car looks better than the day it was drove off the car lot!! I will try and remember to post a picture after

Somebody backed into my Subaru wrx and I was very scared to go to a body shop because of things I've heard about them. After going to caliber collision they fixed it up in a few days and it looks even better than it was before! Definitely would recommend it to anyone!

I highly recommend Caliber Collision. They give timely updates so you always know what s going on with your vehicle. Their turn around time was great, I wasn t expecting to get my car back as soon as I did. All of the employees from the front desk to the technicians doing the work are friendly and informative. The care and passion for their work shows in the end result. I am extremely pleased with my car!
