They were kind and fast! They worked with our budget and got us into a car that is amazing quality, quickly and very professionally. I HIGHLY recommend going and seeing them for any lightly (seriously very lightly) used vehicles. They will get you what you need. Thanks guys!

We haven t heard many great things about approved auto so we were a little hesitant. But we saw a 4 runner that we were interested in and took a chance. Everyone was kind and worked to get us to a price we were comfortable with and gave us a fair trade in value for my car. So far it s a wonderful running rig that is perfect for our little family.

I called in about a vehicle I'd seen online. When I got there the vehicle was already up front and ready to be driven and looked at. They gave me the most for my truck and did the swap extremely fast and clean. I was in and out within an hour and had no issues whatsoever. Everyone was extremely nice and I didn't feel any pressure to buy at all. I recommend using approved auto 10 out of 10 times.

Such a WONDERFUL experience! I would give more stars if I could. The guys I worked with were equally awesome, honest, and the process was seamless. They were also so great with my kiddo who tagged along for the process. I was out the door with my new to me car in just a couple hours!

Tobias and the owner were really great. They went out of their way to make our car buying experience a great one. Jett even went home with us way after hours to pick up our trade-in so we didn't have to go back the next day. They even went above and beyond and filled up our new vehicle with gas while we were buying the car. Great job to everyone. We look forward to more experiences with the Thomas family in the future.

Fantastic customer service.I do recommend them if you want to purchase a car due to it being my first car , didn t take that long as I thought it would..you can tell they enjoy what they do because they joking around with each other, so that is always a plus ..Overall my experience was great .. thank you Jet and the other to worker that was working that day. Was really disappointed. After we agreed to a price on a car they tried to say they changed their mind and didn't want to do the deal. Had to go back and forth before we agreed. Awful experience that felt dishonest. On top of that we found that advertised features of the car were not working once we got it home. Even after reaching out and asking them to take care of the issue they would not. Would not recommend.Did try multiple times to reach back out and give them the opportunity to fix. They were non responsive or downright rude. Don't be fooled by their response to my review. They have not been helpful. Can not warn you away enough.

Came in looking for a reliable pickup as our old 1996 ford is getting tired and cant pull a trailer anymore. Ended up looking at a F350 and wish we would of had someone with more experience inspect it before purchasing. Gave two stars as it died on my way home on the second day of driving it.....now it has a metal on metal sound by the exhaust and found the support for the exhaust pipe is broken and hitting on the metal frame. Windshield washer fluid doesnt work as the hoses were glued and hose clamped back together, said it had a grill guard but that was taken off and a bunch of holes left behind, said it has a backup camera but yet to find that it works and lots of tape on different things under the hood. Taking it to a diesel mechanic Monday to have a full inspection done and see how bad off it really is under the hood. Will update once I find out more. Hasnt given me much faith in how good of an inspection they do on their vehicles....

My son bought his first used vehicle here. It had a major transmission problem not even a week after we bought it. I won't purchase another used vehicle from this dealer. It has been a stressful experience for my son when it should have been an exciting one to get his first car. If you do buy a vehicle, get an extended warranty just in case!

In 2014 , we actually avoided them cause they had bad reputation .ThisWeekend we have them a chance they deserveAnd I am proud of my choice now.They were super patient and kindDidn t even mind my toddler pretending toBe a sales agent which was cute as hell.The car I got is affordableReliableAnd I am glad I made my choice .Don t listen to others ,Give peopleA chance .I apologize I waited this longThey are amazingEspecially Toby .I will go here again forFuture cars

Best place you'll go to. We were greated and helped as soon as our car door shut. We weren't sure what we wanted. But everyone has a dream car.. We found out we got approved for a Subaru crosstrek XV. Everyone's worries are how much payments are and car insurance. We were helped through the entire process, from beginning to the time we took our car home. Never thought I'd have keys to my dream car. Highly recommend this place.

My experience with approved auto was probably the easiest thing I ve done as an adult so far. I have never had such a fast response and totally motivated staff working and getting my needs met within 3 hours. I only had to spend like 30 minutes there and that was to test drive. They made my experience truly awesome and I will not go to any other place in the future either! Shout out to BOB and COBEY you are both awesome and from the front to the back get it done lmao

Approved Auto got me approved easily and pretty quick. They answered my questions. They even put a service warranty on my car. They seem to really car about getting you all set and ready to go the same day!!!

Jose helped me a lot when I was looking for a car. It took me 2 months to find one that I would settle for. Called every week with new cars and new deals. To see if I was interested and stayed late some nights for me to look at more cars he thought I would like. When we found a car that would be a good before winter he worked some amazing deals for me to get a reliable car that wasn t going to break the bank or make insurance shoot through the roof. 10/10 would recommend Jose he doesn t stop trying until you find the right one.

Approved Auto of Central Oregon was our first, and eventually last place we stopped by on the hunt for a new car for my commute to school and work. Jose was very kind, friendly, as well as professional and was happy to answer any questions that we had. He made the effort to make sure we got what we were looking for, and everyone else who assisted in the process were a joy to talk to. I am very satisfied with our purchase as well as the experience we had with the business and their excellent team! I would recommend for anyone to consider the Bend and/or Redmond locations for their next car search.
