I had some fantastic service from Moe here, he's running the shop and doing the work to keep up the quality on all his projects. I brought my Tesla in for two bent rims from our amazing Portland roads, and he fixed them up in just one day and gave me a lower price than he originally quoted me on! I'd definitely recommend using Wheel Doctor, and I'll be going back next time I need his service.

I have had 4 cars that the, Wheel Doctor has refinished my wheels and all have been of excellent quality that has last the duration of the car!Quality, consistent, timely work that will make you smile and proud of your ride :-)Highly recommend their services.They also do car detailing.

With an urgent need for major rim repair on my brand new Tesla, Shadi from Wheel Doctor came to the rescue! Not only were repairs completed swiftly and with excellent craftsmanship, but going above and beyond all expectations...even with a loaner car! I had mentioned I wanted to get in asap for window tinting. What a surprise when I showed up later that night to brand new looking rims and tinted windows. My first experience at Wheel Doctor and it was an absolute great experience. The owner worked with me during lunch time and took the time to work up a fair quote and suggested different options that were better than we had originally discussed. Once it came time to schedule the work he gave me options even when I had to re-schedule multiple times. He continued to work with me. The end result was amazing and was a surprise for my son where updating some stock rims with curb rash to a premium look. Within 2 days of driving around, we had over 5 offers on that car. Let me just say that I went to this place based on the reviews, how I was treated during the online estimate and over the phone. I scheduled the appointment for the next morning. When I arrived I was greeted by Fernando who made me feel totally welcome and at home. We looked at my vehicle and he said No problem Nick. We will fix you up and have you out of here! . The waiting room is comfortable like a living room. The staff kept coming by and checking on me. I had a great experience. Now for the service....I curbed my Buick Regal s beautiful wheels at 55 mph. I was devastated. I can t drive my car looking wack like that!!!! When Fernando took me out to see the car I was blown away!!!! They do beautiful work!!! Looks as good as new!!!! I am glad I trusted the reviews!!!! The proof is right here!

OUTRAGEOUS QUOTES!!!I received an outrageous quote to repair my Tesla induction wheel , just ONE wheel, for curb rash that is minimal rash around the rim. You can nearly buy a brand new wheel for this price. I am shocked how this company get so much good reviews, unless people just don't mind spend $550 per wheel. To me it's too expensive. So I called Tesla service center in Portland, and they recommended me to go with a company in Vancouver, WA, called Wheel Kraft NW. I called them up and they sent a mobile tech with a large van out to my location to fix my wheel for $175. A lot cheaper.

Fast and great service! Hit a pesky pothole yesterday, brought the car in this morning to fix a dent in one of my tire's rims, and got the car back the same day. Definitely would come back

Honestly, Mo is a magician. Long story short a rouge UPS driver sent my S4 into the curb and my wheels were so deeply gouged and chipped I thought I'd have to buy a new set. But then Mo and team erased any evidence it even happened! They fixed the gouges, chips, un-bent my rim, corrected the color, and even fixed the sensor. I would highly recommend them.

I m giving them a 5 star rating because the work was amazing and fast. They where able to work with my time and made my wheel look a lot better. They have good communication and also work well with any schedule. I recommend for anyone in the area to give them a call.

A Commitment to QualityWe went to Wheel Doctor to have some minor curb rash repaired on our 2021 Tesla Model 3 Performance. This repair consisted of re-powder coating the wheel rather than a cheap and temporary fix like most other repair shops.When we came to pick it up the car the next day, the wheel was powder coated black rather than the OEM color. My fianc� let Shadi know, and he asked us to come back the next day. I drove the car over the next day to have it refinished, and they provided us with a loaner vehicle. Unfortunately, the wheel was refinished a second time in the incorrect color. Shadi rushed to refinish the wheel a third time that same day and I picked it up that night. The end product met our expectations and would take an expert eye to distinguish any difference. Thanks for standing behind your work and committing to doing what it took to make it right.Bring cash to avoid a credit card fee (around ~$25 in our case).

I brought in my Tesla Model Y for a rim repair. There was significant curb rash and even some parts of the rim chipped off. I contacted Shadi Yasin at Wheel Doctor and he let me know that he could take care of it and make it look just like new. He did not disappoint! Shadi did an amazing job and brought my rim back to looking brand new. Not only that, but he also got the whole job done within 24 hours. Shadi is an honest man and goes a great job!! I would recommend everyone to Wheel Doctor because of the excellent service Shadi provides. I attached photos of the before and after of my wheel for reference.

Top notch. Dinged a wheel on my new set of alloy wheels. I called around a few places but these guys sounded the best. Some wanted me to drop off the wheel for 3 days. At Wheel Doctor I dropped the car off the night before and picked it up the next afternoon, they restored the wheel to new condition and the price was very reasonable. Wheels get damaged, I will be back if it happens again!

This place is honestly a scam. They don t give you a quote over the phone and wont even give you a ballpark cost when every other tire shop in town will at least give you a $2-300 range on the cost. They force you to get an inspection and when they give you the quote if you say no they charge a $50 inspection fee . I used to work at a tire shop, it s not very difficult to take off a single wheel and look at it, in-fact no other tire shops nearby charge an inspection fee . The fee is to simply pressure customers into making a decision, and ensuring they made a minimum of $50, and the fact they don t give you any price range is to force you to get it inspected . The service on my car was actually done well, however I was charged $325 to fix one small crack in my rim. Every other tire shop quoted 1-200 but this place was closest. Don t come here unless you don t care about your money. Oh and on top of that they overfilled my tires to 75PSI (supposed to be 40) on the way out and I had to come back in fear of my tires exploding.

They don't specialize in wheel repair. I swear, it's dark magic. There is no WAY that my chewed up wheel should look as good as it does right now. I can find any witness marks at all. It just... it looks new. Unbelievable!!!

My mom called me in a panic after she curbed three of the four wheels on her 2019 Acura MDX. I knew the wheels would be tricky to repair due to the machined faces but the cost to replace would likely be nightmare fuel. I gave Wheel Doctor a call and they told me to swing by so they could take a look at the damage. They confirmed they could repair the unique machined faces of the wheels so we left the MDX in their competent hands. 24 hours later the car was back and the wheels look brand new. You cannot tell where the repairs were performed. I cannot recommend Wheel Doctor enough!

I had a new black rimmed Tesla and the Wheel Doctor did an amazing job fixing my rim scratch/damage. They were super responsive, reliable and personable (not to mention approachable). They were extremely transparent and upfront about the cost breakdown, which was appropriate for the level of work. I will be coming back IF I have any other rim / wheel issues in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was quite disappointed with the after sale support. The repair didn't last longer than a week or two. As seen on the pic, it was not a new damage, but the paint they used came out due to the tire contact. Either it didn't dry out or the surface preparation before painting was not done right. Contacted them back, but silence on the radio.

I had an incident where I swerved to keep from hitting a dog and curbed both of my rims. It really stressed me out but I was happy with the services I was provided. I also asked them to do the tint on my car for me as well. It looks great and so do my rims.

Had a bent wheel from a VW Golf R, took the wheel in. They said they'd put it on their machine to straighten out, be a couple days, and call me when it was ready.Fast forward a few days. No call. Call them, get promised a call back, no call back. This repeats once or twice more until I get a mysterious voicemail 10 days later saying "There's a problem with the wheel." I call back, and get told "Your wheel is cracked and not repairable, we don't like to tell customers that sort of thing via voicemail."I authorize them at this point to check in with their new and used (auto dismantler) suppliers for a replacement wheel. A few more weeks go by, with me calling once a week, and hearing the same story: "Every time we order a wheel from one of our suppliers, the wrong wheel shows up."Finally, at 1 month after they'd had my wheel, I get a call from them saying they were unable to find any replacement wheels from any of their suppliers. I come back, pick my wheel up, and discover they'd been searching for GTI wheels, despite my telling them both the car the wheel came off (Golf R, also an option on some VW CCs) and even the model name of the wheel (VW Talladega).They ultimately ended up giving me my wheel with the tire on it as I gave it to them. I found the replacement below refurbed online after a few minutes of searching and had the replacement pictured on my doorstep in 3 days.To summarize: they were evasive over the phone, required constant reminder phone calls, rarely called back when they said they would, and didn't listen to me and incorrectly identified the model of wheel and the car it was from, leaving them unable to find a replacement after a month of searching. 2/5, at least they didn't charge me for running me around in circles and wasting a month of my time.

These guys are awesome. When I was stuck without the tools to change a tire they came out to take care of it for me late on a Friday, patched the tire, and had it ready for me to pick up first thing Saturday morning. Will definitely be coming back with any wheel/tire needs in the future!

Super nice owner who will not give you the upsell. I watched him inform clients of their best option even when it meant not selling them aftermarket rims (which I learned are for racing and not durability). Only shop that would repair my damaged rim for my Mercedes CLS. Saved me $1,300.

Wheel doctor is hands down the best in town.I called them in the morning after I was notified that my wheel had a crack and can't be repaired. The Wheel Doctor was able to get me in same day and fix my cracked wheel THE SAME DAY.IF I CAN GIVE THE DOCTOR 10 STARS I WOULD.
