Seriously AMAZING!!! I can't say enough enthusiastic things about this shop and the people who work there... They took what was a stressful and unpleasant situation with my 4Runner being hit and made it all better... efficient turn around on assessment/estimate process, excellent communication about all the details and logistics, helped me navigate insurance stuff, and even got my rig back to me cleaner than when I dropped it off. They are true professionals, do excellent work, and are kind and compassionate. If I ever need an auto body shop again, it will HANDS DOWN be VIP Collision Center!!!

I was devastated when my new (to me) Nissan Murano was side swiped in the Costco parking lot less then three months after I bought it. The list of "approved" body shops from my insurance company was pretty weak. I wasn't sure what to do, so I asked a friend in the used car business about body shops. He imports specialty Japanese trucks and vans and has dealt with a lot of the shops in and around Portland. His recommendation was VIP Collision.My experience with VIP was fantastic. They were able to provide a fast estimate. They dealt directly with my insurance adjuster so I wasn't in the middle of all the communication, and the car was done in less time then they said they would need.The work was done professionally and the car looks like new again, and they kept me updated through out the process.Highly Recommend!

I recently had my tundra repaired at VIP. From start to finish, the service and sense of ownership Alix and Val exhibited was impeccable. The care given to me as a customer was above and beyond any other autobody shop I have been to. If you need work done, do yourself a favor and visit these folks. And my tundra looks as good as new.

We have unfortunately had to use the services of VIP several time in the 23 years we have lived in NE Portland. However, each time VIP has exceeded our expectations. For each car repair, they've explained the convoluted insurance practices and the intricacies of each repair. Would highly recommend them! Laya and Val are professional, honest, and simply great at their jobs.

So helpful! Dropped in without an appointment with a scratch on our rental - they fixed it for us on the spot. They were very reasonable and extremely accommodating. Would recommend 100%.

Let me just start by saying that I won t ever take my vehicles elsewhere! The customer service is unbeatable. They always work so hard to make sure that the the process with the insurance company goes as smooth as possible and let me tell you, my car always comes out looking brand new inside and out!

VIP Collision did a perfect job with my Q60, I hit something in the road and it ripped my right mirror off, scratch my right window, big scratches on the side of my car and they fixed it all and made sure my insurance knew everything that need replacement too. Looked perfect when I got my favorite car back.

Laya and the VIP team are amazing! They repaired my vehicle a few months ago and it s held up great. They are super efficient and the communication is great. Definitely recommend! :)

I highly recommend VIP Collision Center. We were rear ended and they were incredibly helpful in walking us through the damage to our car and working with our insurance. They felt like advocates for us throughout that difficult process. All of the staff were incredibly responsive and courteous.

Last week my RAV4 door was damaged. Fortunately, the next day I went to the VIP Collision Center in Portland. Laya was very courteous; she examined the damage and recommended replacing the door. Being an engineer, I asked Laya whether the door can be repaired, instead of being replaced. Laya was again very courteous; she called on her technician (Teno) to talk to me directly. Teno agreed to try to pull out the dent, although he wouldn t guarantee success. Yet Viola, I was amazed when I went to pick up my repaired RAV4. See the Before and After photos for yourself. Teno did a wonderful job; bordering on being A Magician! (At 20% of the cost of replacing the door.) I highly recommend the VIP Collision Center in Portland, Oregon.

I highly recommend VIP Collision for your auto body needs. Being that this is the first incident I've been involved in, the entire insurance claim process is foreign to me. Their staff was so helpful and advised me on how to make the most out of my claim. They still went out of their way to help me even after my car was deemed a total loss and "not worth repairing." The only challenge was getting a hold of them which is understandable since they're understaffed and swamped with work.

The actual work was great. They struggled a bit with the repairs and lost the key for the key fob. However, they were very responsive to the concerns and addressed them.

The team at VIP Collision did a great job fixing our Discovery after a fender bender with a redlight runner. The sourced the necessary materials during a difficult time when "supply chain interruptions" were common. On top of that, four months after the work was complete, I had an issue with the hood so I called to see if they could take a look at it. Not only did they take a look the same day, they fixed it. I still haven't heard from Land Rover of Portland (great autos but zero stars for service).Service: Body & Trim

VIP is the best. Have been in a few times for various hit and run situations. The team is super helpful and responsive. Always willing to go above any beyond, doing whatever they can to get your car fixed quickly and well. Dealing with insurance etc for you. I've never had any issues with their work. The shop manager was fantastic super professional kind and helped me out! Dylan ( forgive me if I spelt it wrong) even cleaned my car!What a treat dropped my car off in the morning- picked up at the end of day- car was fixed cleaned and ready to go!Tyler also was so helpful on organising it all. Y all were great!10/10Would recommend!Big thank you!

Stopped by VIP after road debris damaged an undercarriage panel. We didn t have time to replace it there, but the VIP team helped to secure everything temporarily free of charge. Straightforward explanations and recommendations. Much appreciated!

Laya at VIP motors is amazing, such great service. She was on top of getting a hold of my insurance for repairs, working with Enterprise car rentals, and updating me when my car was ready.The service repairs was great too and my car was so clean and even vacuumed out.I d go back in a heart beat.Service: Body & Trim

I have been to VIP twice and each time the service has been steller! The staff has been super friendly and helpful. The work has been precise and professional. My car looks like new again, better than when I brought it in. They also cleaned the inside! I am so glad I have found VIP, and although I really don't want to need any bodywork, if I do they have my trust and my business.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I cannot say enough about what a nice job this place did repairing my truck. And they are friendly and communicate through the whole process! When I picked up the truck, it had been washed and vacuumed, best it s looked in months! I am so impressed, and will be returning if I need body work again.

I needed an emergency bumper replacement over a busy holiday weekend and VIP went above and beyond to help me. They were able to order parts and do the installation before they closed for the week and the work is immaculate! Kristy was particularly helpful by staying in communication the whole time and consulting with me whenever a decision needed to be made. These folks are honest reliable and hardworking. They put in the effort to get me the best deal from my insurance company and save me as much as possible. My car came out looking gorgeous. I highly recommend this business, they did a wonderful job on my car after I scraped up the door and tire pretty severely. They ordered me a new door and had to repaint, fix my tire and wheel. Even though they were not contracted with my insurance and quoted me higher than my insurance's estimate, I did not have to pay more than my deductible and they assured me not to worry as they would handle the rest of this with my insurance directly. I feel comfortable that they would not over charge and that I can trust them. They returned my car looking fabulous and cleaned the inside as well!Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

I have never had to get my car fixed, or sort out a claim, but VIP Collision made it so easy and simple. I got a quote and Laya was able to talk through the process with me which was really helpful. They told me when they estimated it to be ready and it actually was! They also cleaned and detailed my car. Overall really happy with them and will definitely go back to them if I need anything else done with my car!

I was driving home my new car when out popped a deer. Neither my car or the deer fared well but the good folks at VIP made the recovery as pleasant as possible. My car looks fantastic and they bent over backward to deliver my car on time in a sea of uncertainty in the parts market. From the first phone call to the return of our Honda CR-V VIP Collision's team was super professional. Laya and Ed took the time to take our phone calls as well as provide guidance before we brought the car in. The estimate was spot on and we were very happy with how they handled repairing and replacing some of the damaged body/trim/bumper of our car. We were paying it all out of pocket and they listened to us when we said we didn't care much about the look but wanted a safe, fixed vehicle and they delivered.Damage was to our bumper, tire alignment, inner fender and they were able to get it all fixed up in ~7 days. By the way this was all during the crazy wildfire times in Portland and they did a great job at communicating and helping us get back on the road.Services: Tires, Body & Trim

VIP Collision Center was awesome! They reattached the rubber seal to the inside of my back hatch door without charging me! Plus the customer service rep chatted me up about music and was very charming. A++ all the way.
