Bought our Venza from this dealership, and we were pleasantly happy with our experience. Alicia our saleswoman, was professional, kind, and super helpful with finding us the perfect car. It s been hard to find any hybrid cars right now, and it seems that right when we were on the way to test drive one, it would sell before we got there. Alicia was communicative and let us know as soon as the right color and model we wanted were actually at the dealership.Rouaa in finance was also incredibly kind with presenting us with our paperwork. I give our experience a 10/10. Again, thank you Alicia, Rouaa, and the managers at TOP for helping us get a good deal. Not every dealership is as professional as this one. We will be back when my son graduates to help him get a new rig.

I recently went to this dealership after dealing with a few others and I wish I could have gone here first. My salesperson Robert was super helpful and matched my energy right from the start. He wasn t pushy or aggressive but cool, calm and collected. The finance department helped me work through a slightly more difficult than usual loan and the entire staff was friendly in general.I am very happy with my experience at Toyota of Portland and look forward to driving my new truck!

Unethical and unprofessional:We recently purchased a NEW 2024 Toyota Rav4 at this location, only to discover that the car had rust on some integral parts of the car ( see picture for details). We went back to discuss our findings with a manager and we ended up talking to the most rude and unprofessional manager by the name of Tray, he not only yelled at us when asking him, if he knew that the cars had rust on bolts why don't you tell your customers he responded saying "why would we tell our customers that." This was in front of other customers and employees, it sets a bad example for Toyota of Portland. It was a very bitter experience to know that this lot has knowledge of the defects of the vehicles but neglect to inform customers and when the customers show proof of the concerns their best response is to yell at the customers. It is a shame that people like Tray bring a bad image to Toyota when their motto is "Toyota will lead the future mobility society, enriching lives around the world with the safest and most responsible ways of moving people. Through our commitment to QUALITY, ceaseless innovation, and respect for the planet, we strive to exceed expectations and be rewarded with a smile." If the regional manager Scott would like to get ahold of me I would like to personally discuss this incident, this behavior coming from a sales manager is unacceptable and should not be tolerated by Toyota of Portland.

I initially wasn t having a great experience with other salespeople, and was walking out on a car that I really loved because of that. She took notice and helped me through the whole process. I had a fantastic selling and post-sale experience at Toyota of Portland with Robert and Vic. They were most warm and welcoming when we arrived. Robert took his time to listen to my requirements and find me a car that met my needs. He was also very transparent about what I don t need so I didn t waste time trying to wait for an unavailable model that would not make too much of a difference. I felt the negotiation was fair and I didn t have a lot of pressure either way which helped me decide on a purchase.I ended up driving a new white Toyota RAV4 Limited Hybrid that night when everywhere else was putting me on waitlists for my color or trim requirements. Robert kept waiting for me to finish up my transaction and supporting me way past closing hours and I truly appreciated this! My transaction was unique and never did Robert make me feel bad about the details or how long it was taking. Vic was also super proficient with the finance side and helped with everything I needed before and after the sale. I cannot recommend Toyota of Portland enough! Will be going back when my family and I need another new car!

I recently purchased a used RAV4 hybrid from Toyota on Broadway, which has since been recalled due to a manufacturer issue. As a hospice nurse, my car is my office and my second home. Losing it has created an inordinate amount of stress for me.Each time I have called my service agent Anthony Freeman, he has responded with calm compassion, patience, respect, and professionalism. He follows up every time promptly and keeps me informed. He takes me seriously. He listens and empathizes. He reassures me that I will be 'taken care of.' He has never once left me feeling like he's in a hurry to attend to someone else.I want to make sure he receives management commendations in addition to my gratitude.Thank you for your time.

Great experience buying a new Grand Highlander. Took a while for delivery but went in expecting that. Mostly want to shout out John for being an excellent salesman. No pressure and could answer literally every question about the current features we had. Top notch!

Actually the worst car experience I've ever had. I came to this dealership so I could get a loaner car while my Tacoma needed service. I had a creak that was VERY OBVIOUS and pointed in a good direction of the problem. At first I was optimistic, I was thinking that this was going to go well. The loaner vehicle was good and that service was exceptional. My car spent 5 days at the shop with no diagnosis other than 'It's rusted' and you have to replace this whole suspension assembly but that 'may not fix the issue.' When asking for further information the staff was vague, and was not helping me understand what part was corroded (that would be the case since the rust was there) and ultimately ended up feeling so belittled and left in the dark on purpose to upsell me on things that I didn't need. I was calling back, emailing and trying to get to the bottom of the actual problem but they kept giving me the go around.When I took my car to a suspension specific location (Art of Maintenance) they told me that the diagnosis from Toyota Portland was wrong and it was a completely different reason for my creak (BothBall joints and control arms were in desperate need of service). They talked me through each individual part, provided photos and actually provided service that was needed. I would not recommend anyone take their car here for anything other than an oil change or tire rotation.

Our sales rep Jonathon Sokol made it very easy for us to trade in our Scion xD for a more fuel efficient Toyota Prius. He's a great communicator and helped us get the best deal he could. Ara and Alejandro provided excellent service to us, from helping us get the car we wanted to guiding us through the buying process. Both were knowledgeable, responsive to our questions, and generally open and helpful. We are now proud owners of a Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid Max Platinum! The whole sales and service team was great. We received a fair trade-in value on our older car, and they even took in our trailer on trade, making everything so simple. Thanks to everyone! This was our second happy transaction with Toyota of Portland.

I had a great first time experience with Toyota of Portland! Alicia was so helpful in not only finding a car that was a good fit for me, but also talking me through all the jargon that comes with buying a car. She went out of her way to make sure that I got the best deal and kept me updated of it's shipment status. I walked out of the dealership knowing I made the right choice and I also have much better understanding of the process (that for me was very smooth). I am so happy with my new Rav4!

I got into a car accident back in December and needed a new car for work. Alicia from Toyota of Portland was able to help me find the perfect vehicle and had it shipped. While I waited for the vehicle, Alicia kept in contact, giving me updates on the vehicle status. Singularly unpleasant car shopping experience. Salesperson treated my female companion dismissively and disrespectfully, including addressing her as young lady. Was overheard being told to take his time getting the car we wanted to test drive, and he did. It s not like it was busy - several salespeople were standing around. Meanwhile another employee slouched and scrolled on his phone at the front desk, looking bored with life. Once we got in the car, the salesperson s personal hygiene also left much to be desired. That may sound petty, but with him in the back seat we couldn t finish that test drive fast enough. Add to that either his apparent ignorance of the car s other trims, or his disinterest in discussing them. Pro tip: if someone says they are not buying today, give them a reason to come back when they are.

Purchased a RAV4 hybrid from Donovan a month ago. He really worked hard to earn my business. We were checking out 2 other dealerships and he just felt like the one I can trust the most to give me the best deal.I ended up getting the color we wanted and about $1k lower than the other dealer.From beginning to end, Donovan did a great job going back and forth with his upper management and we got a great deal!I do recommend you watch out when you go into the back office and talk with the finance manager. I clearly communicated that I didn t want any of the additional add-ons but he tried to sneak the basic package on me. He quickly quoted the price and asked me to sign. I stopped when I realized the number he gave was higher than the number Donovan and I agreed upon. When I pointed this out he pretended like he made a mistake and ended up removing the add-on.Be VERY cautious when you go in the back to do the paperwork.Thank you Donovan for all your hard work and being honest with us.

This was the best car buying experience of my life and I ve been around a while.It started with getting a quote via Consumer Reports (as a member). CR found the dealers closest to me and within minutes, several dealers had reached out to me.Alejandro Sandoval from Toyota of Portland contacted me and helped me get the best price for the car. I was able to apply for the car online, get approved, and the best part was...Alejandro delivered the car to my driveway and I finished the paperwork at my dining table!It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Alejandro is a very courteous, calm, respectful sales person and I really enjoyed working with him.After we finished the paperwork, he spent 1/2 an hour getting me acquainted with my car.Fabulous!Toyota of Portland really goes above and beyond the service of other dealerships. Highly recommend.

I bought new Rav 4 in Feb of '22 and I'm still waiting for my second key fob which the dealership never gave me, despite having paid in full for the vehicle at the time of purchase. Texts go unanswered, calls either get routed to a msg service or go unreturned, emails are not answered and I have received no communication or updates for almost 6 months. Would never recommend this dealership!

If you are looking to purchase a new vehicle, I suggest you reach out to Alicia Kuzmenko. I have been in contact with all the Toyota Dealers in the Portland to Seattle area, Alicia has been probably the best in terms of writing emails that are helpful and concise. I can tell I am receiving generic emails from certain dealers, maybe they just auto fill my name and the vehicle, but the emails are so generic.

I called yesterday talked to Taylor told him my payoff was 39600 Taylor said we will give you couple grand more. When I came in he said I told him payoff was 26k not sure how that can be miscommunication. Taylor mention his dealership take 3k from new cars not sure why. He lied the whole transaction dealership didn t take responsibility worst place to do business.

After searching a number of months for the right vehicle, I found one I liked at Broadway Toyota. I sent an inquiry as to if the vehicle was in stock. From this moment on, I was very well taken care of and treated great. Andrew helped me with the whole process, providing clarity and information, while apply zero pressure to make a sale.
